after one week and several attempts at getting my cell fixed three times with Target and once with Best Buy it cost me just under $1000.00 and they could not fix it. Batteries Plus fixed in one hour and cost $150.00 - I love them

I was in a parking lot with the radio on waiting for my son’s boss to show up So I could drop him off at work. Battery died. now, I knew it was due to be replaced because they had told me that my last oil change I just had put it off. They brought the battery out to where I was at and installed it in my car. A++ service. John and Adam were amazing! Highly recommend!!

Each time I call or email, everything I need is sent to me immediately. My national account rep and my local rep are on the ball at all times. What I like most is, if anything is going to be delayed, I am informed right away. In my world of AV, that's vital! Not having batteries for my wireless microphones, remotes and other such things can really effect each event we execute.

The guys here went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my new work truck. Highly recommend coming here for any battery needs.

The lawn and garden battery has manufacturing date of 4/2025. So since it is already end of September, I may use the battery only for one or two times till next spring. I asked the person at the counter about the 6 month warranty , which will expire before the spring, he suggested to use the trickle charger. I don't have this charger. So I am not very happy about it.

I’ve been getting my key fob batteries here for years. Very easy and I only end up paying once with insurance. Today I stopped in and got a car battery tested and it was the best installation I’ve seen in years. Thank you again Willow and Adam. I’ll be back, but not too soon. Thanks to you.

Update: I originally had a very negative experience at this Batteries Plus location due to an unprofessional encounter with an employee. However, after I reached out to customer service, the district manager took my complaint seriously, conducted an investigation, and personally ensured I received a full refund for my battery. Their willingness to take accountability, communicate with me directly, and resolve the situation completely changed my perspective. Mistakes can happen, but how a company addresses them is what truly matters. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and would give them another chance in the future. OLD POST: I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this store. I went in to address an issue with a battery I purchased less than two years ago (still under warranty). The front desk employee, John Rinne, immediately cut me off while I was explaining the situation and began yelling over me, aggressively explaining the warranty process. I politely asked him to lower his voice and let me speak, but he completely ignored me, continuing to shout and interrupt. When I tried to raise my voice just to be heard, he escalated the situation even more, screaming at me and refusing to provide warranty service. I left feeling disrespected and went to the dealership instead, where I bought a new battery without any issues. This store seriously needs to re-evaluate who they have representing them. No customer should be treated with such hostility. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I needed a special battery for a Triumph TR6. I ordered and paid online. The battery was in stock at a good price plus I had a 15% off coupon. They sent me a quick email to tell me the order was ready to be picked up. Went to the store and met a very knowledgeable and accommodating store manager who brought the battery out to my car. A very good experience. Easy peasy

My I phone screen was broken. I set up appointment online. When I got there, they were ready and fixed my phone in less than an hour. No hassle just a great professional job. This is the place to get phone fixed

From my initial approach into the store, the girl was tired and sighing. I felt like I was a burden and she was unsuccessful with my phone repair. She gave me many excuses to not fix my phone although the person on the line told her to proceed with fixing it. Very disappointing.

Today I went in for the first time to get my phone screen fixed.. I got there at the same time as another customer and let them go ahead of me. This customer was so rude to the employee that was only trying to help and would not except the correct information being given to him, instead he would continue to argue with the employee saying she needed a better attitude. If anyone needed the attitude adjustment it was him. Although I wasn't able to get my phone fixed due to insurance claim issues. They were extremely helpful and amazing. Once I get the insurance situated I can't wait to go back to get my phone fixed knowing I'll be in good hands with people who know what they are talking g about.

Very good store. They know what they are doing. I would suggest coming here versus going to Framingham where they don't know what they're doing. This is a corporate location. They have much better access. Definitely come here for the best parts for batteries.

Friendly staff but they don't know what they're doing. Got s23 ultra screen replaced there twice and the battery was super super lose, I could shake my phone and it would move. Recently I had a TINY bit of water that got into the phone from a hose that splashed onto it. The phone no longer turns on, the camera doesn't work. They definitely didn't seal my phone correctly. Water got into every single camera

I had the battery replaced on my phone at Batteries Plus. I was very happy with the way the technician communicated with me. The phone was fixed while I waited. They have a range of products.

Staff were amazing. Got my iPhone 14 Plus screen replaced here a few months back, and it had many issues after that. It started clicking on random stuff when I wouldn’t even touch my phone and it would have white spots appear if I touched my screen with too much pressure. So I did go back and get it replaced again for free because of this issue. Staff were amazing about it again no complaints on that but my phone is having such bad issues at this point and I’m going to just have to replace the entire phone. I’m no tech person but it seems that the screen could be too tight or have too much pressure because instantly the next day of replacing it the 2nd time.. my screen had a small crack coming down it. Weird because I know for sure I didn’t drop it. And still the issue of it pressing on random things has become way worse. At times I can’t even use my phone because it makes it randomly clicks on stuff and glitches out.

Went to the Marlborough, MA location for the first time. I had preordered a car battery the night before. I went to pick it up (did not need installation) and I also wanted to get 3 watch batteries replaced. My salesperson was Dakota. I put a lot of stock in first impressions. Dakota was very attentive and competent. His communication skills were excellent. I took my lady to lunch nearby after telling Dakota there was no rush with the watches. He called me a few minutes later and informed me that one watch ran fine, and the other two had internal issues (not surprised, as I have a bunch of ESQ watches and some do fail). I went back to the store and he walked me through the watch results. I can be quite critical of shabby treatment but just remember 2 words: Marlborough, Dakota. Thank you.

What can I say. My battery was dying and my dealer didn’t care. Batteries plus got one in my car ASAP and I feel safe again. Highly recommend this place. The young lady put it in for me. Girl power!!!!! Thank you!

Pickup my order at the store was an easy experience and the battery is a quality item as described. The service guy was pleasant to talk to, he would answer whatever questions I have and took a great care of battery installation. Thanks and highly recommend.

My car key FOB stopped working. I have an older car. I was afraid there wouldn't be any way to get a replacement, or a new battery would cost alot. I remembered Batteries Plus is just on the other side of town. I went to their website. Found what I needed. Placed order. Salesperson/installer contacted me right away to get the process started. Waited 1 day for part to come it. (short amount of time). Came into store for setup. Sales people very nice & helpful. I had a problem with my old FOB after battery was replaced. I came back in to talk with them. They were very nice and solved the problem. Easy peasy. I was and am very happy.

This is one of the few locations that does Android warranty work for T-Mobile. So it would be one of the few truly trusted vendors to fix cracked screens. They fixed my phone on a walk in basis in about an hour and I saw 2 other people drop off phones while I was there. They were pleasant and courteous to all their customers 5-stars.

I love Batteries Plus. I bought my home 6 years ago and have gone in a few times over the years whenever I need any kind of battery. Most recently I needed to replace my car Fob battery and I knew I'd have to pay something like $200 to get the battery replaced at the dealer. Not only did I get the battery replaced for a fraction of the cost, I was told that next time, the cost to replace it would be zero!! That is amazing!! Also loved the sale on regular AA and AAA batteries which are always needed. Thank you so much!!

Bought my car battery online, picked up in store 20 mins later. Battery was in stock and waiting for me when I got there. Brought back the old battery and got the core charge refunded. Customer service was great. Price was reasonable. Exact battery replacement for what is in my vehicle is a quality product - the old one lasted a long time, so I’m expecting this one will too. The only negative (if I should even call it that) is that I had to buy online and use a card in order to get a discount that was offered. I’m generally a cash buyer, so that’s merely a preference and not a problem, so not really worthy of subtracting a star(s) from my review.

Quick, friendly and professional service. Ordered a replacement car battery online for in-store pickup, and received an email notification that the order was ready for pickup within 5 minutes of the order confirmation. The representative at the store was excellent and was able to help me with a question on a replacement key fob. Excellent service all around.

We were so pleased with this experience. We ordered our replacement battery late (after 7pm), but received an order acknowledgement from the website immediately. Within 20 minutes, the order was upgraded to pickup/ready to install. Given the late hour, we called the Marlboro store; John answered & said there was enough time for us to drive to the store (15 minutes away from home) & for him to install it. John double-checked to be sure it would be quick - yes, he could do it tonight. We arrived - 15 minutes to closing; luckily, no other customers. John had the new battery ready & started the install immediately. The old battery was original equipment, 7 yrs old. John had to persuade some of the parts to loosen, but was successful in removing the old battery. The new one dropped in & John completed the install quickly - with a few minutes to spare! John then checked the final numbers to make sure the core charge wasn't on our credit card - all set. Can't say enough about great customer service - no complaints from John; just a can-do attitude & willingness to help us out quickly. We consider that "mission accomplished". Thank you, John.
