Great store, excellent employees! Love stopping in here ?? one of the employees is extremely generous and knows I have children, so he gifted two hats for the kids! Will come here for every need! Great service!!
I was visiting a family member in the area and was planning on changing my brakes, found what I was looking for and everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive.
Your posted hours say you are open until 8:00pm. I wasted a trip to your store to find out you closed at 7:00. It would helpful if that info was accurate
This used to be my go-to auto parts store. The staff was knowledgeable, and they had decent stock and prices, with a laid-back feel.
I went in most recently for air filters for 2 vehicles. They had both filters for my newer vehicle, but only the cabin filter for my older vehicle; they had to order the engine air filter. [BTW, my vehicle was a transition year - my unit didn't have any cabin filter.]
While I was there, a staff member (Manager?) was whining about how they had more returns than sales for the day, and was swearing up a storm.
I gave them my number so they could call me when it came in - obviously not urgent, but avoids having me to make multiple phone calls or visits to see if it's in or not; no need to bother them. I waited about a week with no phone call. So, I went down to the store to see if it had come in.
The staff member pulled it off a shelf (I didn't see my name or number or any other identifying information on the box), and sold it to me. I made a comment that I hadn't changed it for a while, and that I thought it was round instead of rectangular, but I wasn't sure.
Sure enough, when I got home, the actual filter was round. I decided not to upset the Manager any more by having ANOTHER return that day, so I waited to call for the next day.
They mumbled about how they couldn't get it, and that I'd have to pay for shipping, and that they couldn't get a transfer from a sister store, blah-blah-blah. They finally found one for ~$80! That's about the book value of the vehicle!
I found 2 (TWO!!) different brands in stock at the competition for $25-30.
I'll be travelling the [literal] extra mile to go to the competition from now on!
Love the friendly people and Anthony goes out of his way to get me what i need for the best price. I appreciate how they don't push to get something i don't need.
I came here because I had to get a battery for my car. The staff were nice to me and the line was not to bad. The parking lot was medium size with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. This place sells car batteries, window wipers, Engine oil, antifreeze, and car accessories.
Excellent place, and I don't say that often. The staff is very good, very friendly and very knowledgeable. It's a well stocked place, and if they don't have it - they can get.
Forget Autozone, forget Advance, NAPA is the place to go. parts are better, and the knowledge of the behind the counter staff is a good as you can expect. been going here for years for the odd and hard to find parts.
Worst NAPA I've ever been in. Nice new store, workers were morons, needed a 12mm, 12 point socket. The said they didn't have any 12 point sockets in the store. How can an auto parts store not have this?
Best NAPA store, I purposely drive from CT to go to this store because of the people who work in it. Josh and the crew are very knowledgeable and always offer insight into whatever part or item I am purchasing. Reminds me of how all the NAPA stores use to be. Other stores closer to my home in CT do not even match up, those stores usually give you your product while discussing some other topics completely unrelated between themselves. And when asked a question they have no idea besides what the NAPA website says. Heck i can get that info off my phone. Also this store is one of the best stocked and organized stores I have visited.
Make the extra trip you won't be disappointed.
NAPA read this review ,the way your other stores are going you may not be around long, use this store as a model it's what built the brand.
