Went here for a state inspection last year and again this year same guy, same attitude. Very rude and visibly irritated both times. When it was my turn I greeted him and asked how he was doing, he looked right through me and didn't say a word and I proceeded to go through with the inspection. While I was waiting in line, a customer came in behind me and he was shaking his head, muttering and swearing under his breath. I get that it was close to closing time, but another employee had to tell her they’d stopped doing inspections because he couldn’t be bothered. When she pulled up to simply ask what time they open the next morning, he ignored her completely. This man totally forgot what it's like to talk to a human.

I keep returning to Parrotta’s for my typical maintenance on two cars and any vehicle emergencies. It is easy to call and get an appointment for regular maintenance and inspection. I’d recommend my friends to go to Parrotta’s. They will do a good job maintaining/fixing your car at a reasonable price. For me, it is important for my car mechanic to answer questions about the service they performed on my car, and what potential items maintenance is upcoming like tire wear or changing break pads. The mechanics at Parrotta's answer those questions and I value that.

I brought my mini cooper to parottas for a battery issue, they diagnosed the problem and fixed the car in a timely fashion. It has been going back there for brakes and oil changes since. They are always accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to bring my mini there for service.

Bruno was faced with a difficult task with my electrical problems. Twice he had to trace all my relays etc.. to find the problem causing my electrical system to malfunction. They spent a lot of time on my car, but being a 2004 Volvo, parts are hard to find. Bruno managed to find the parts I needed and now my electrical problem is solved!! I would also like to add that they gave me a discount for being a Veteran, which was greatly appreciated since I am handicapped and on a fixed income!! Thank you Bruno and Woody and Parrotta's for a job well done!!

Save your money, absolutely terrible customer service. Came here for an inspection, it seemed like the inspector (I think) has never interacted with another human before??? Left to go somewhere that was much better

I recently visited this location for a state inspection on my newly purchased vehicle, and I was shocked by the treatment I received. When I entered, there was only one person inside—a bearded man who I couldn’t tell if he was the owner or an employee. I greeted him politely and asked if they were available for an inspection. He looked at me angrily and pointed outside, saying, “Get in line,” in a very rude manner. I tried to stay calm, thinking he might be having a bad day. However, his overall attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was just trying to get some basic information and decide whether to proceed with the inspection, but his aggressive tone made me feel unwelcome. I ended up leaving because of his behavior. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially when simply trying to inquire about a service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and professional customer service.

I have an older car and needed a lot of work done, they found and fixed all the problems. My car runs so smooth now, you would never know it was 16 yrs old. Thank you so much for giving me many more years with having no car payment!!

Bruno and team are awesome. They are very precise and accurate when diagnosing my vehicle and also very quickly to get right on it to get me back on the road. 10/10 recommend this shop I have a 2016 Chevy Tahoe LT that I don't need to bring to the dealership for service. I bring it to Parratoas

My car had a transmission-related issue and I got off the highway and luckily pulled into Agawam to Parrotta's. I had no idea what was wrong. Woody was kind, greeted me, test-drove the car and helped me to figure out what was going on. What was incredible was that he simply helped me right away and couldn't have been nicer. First-class. Honesty. Integrity. Top-notch service. They were there when I needed them and I could tell this business is about truly helping people with kindness and courtesy. Highly recommend!

Went in for an inspection sticker yesterday. I got my first rejection sticker! They discovered I needed a tie rod. Got me in the next day. I feel so safe now and the gentlemen were very nice, and honest. You have to go there!

Went there today to get my brakelight fixed, est cost between $300-500. picked up my car, no charge! Maybe a loose wire! I so appreciate the honesty they could have easily charged me anything as many places do and not care. Can’t find many honest mechanics so I’m glad you restored my faith. Thank you!!

Tesla Repair: My wife owns a 7 year old Tesla Model S which had begun to have increasing noises from the right front suspension. Closest Tesla repair shops are about 2 hours away in any direction. We looked online and found Parrotta's Auto Repair in Agawam advertising Tesla repairs. We spoke with a friend who had used this shop before and gave glowing reviews of the owner, Bruno, and his staff. We took a chance and had Bruno take a look. Within a day he had diagnosed the problem (lower control arms) and within 3 days he had parts in hand and soon after installed. The noise is now gone and my wife says the car now rides better than before the repair. Very happy with Parrotta's given the close proximity to home, rapid turnaround time, quality of service and great communication. Many thanks Bruno!

Bruno is a Saint! During the beginning of a trip over an hour from home, and some debris puts a hole in my radiator. Despite Parrotta's being extremely busy and on the solar eclipse day no less, he quickly found and clearly explained the issue. Quote was extremely fair, but still a large unexpected expense. His passion for autos was undeniable, and he came up with an alternative solution that allowed me to drive the car home same day, at a much lower out of pocket expense. I am cautious who I let work on my car and I felt extremely comfortable there. You can really feel the family run aspect to it and that they all know what they are doing. I would not hesitate to come back the next time I need work done.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and mentioned that my brakes had been squealing as well. They quoted me $600 to replace the rear brakes on my twenty-year-old car and told me that my check engine light had turned on for three separate reasons and that my car had multiple oil leaks. The guy calls me and tells me that fixing it all would amount to $4,000. I knew that my car was leaking oil, but that's typical for a car as old as mine, and I had only asked about the brakes. I'm a woman in my early 20s, so I must look like I don't know much about cars, but $600 to replace the rear brakes on my old car is pretty steep. Anyone with internet access can figure that out. I got a second opinion from another repair shop, and they said my rear brakes were in decent shape. My front brakes were the issue, and they fixed it for $120 less. They also didn't try to convince me to drop thousands of dollars on other repairs. Given all the favorable reviews I read about Parrotta's, I felt disappointed and frustrated about my own experience. Get a second opinion if you have the time.

The best thing about Bruno is no matter what, no matter how busy he is, he always stops to say hello and see if he can give you a quick hand, and if not, he still tries to help you regardless of how busy he is. All his employees are extremely professional and courteous And you couldn’t find a better shop to work with.

Had to get a few things wired in. Bruno did a fantastic job wiring everything in for me. Got rid of my check engine light so that I can get my car inspected and not waste my time and energy trying to figure it all out, all for a great price. They follow through on everything and keep you updated with further pricing making sure you get the best out of your buck

I'm a long time customer of Parrotta's and once again am very pleased. My car had big leakage repairs, they gave me a loaner, told me the issue, cost and how long it would take. They fixed, the cost was fair and around what they quoted and my car runs even better. I'm always recommending this shop to friends. Quick response and quote. Very fair pricing. Bruno the owner is a very honest and friendly person. He was very attentive to the issues and details leading up to them. Was in and out in 1 day. Vehicle was ready on time as promised. Update: I've been working with Parotta's for some time now and with multiple services. Friendly people and very fair. Bruno the owner is a stand up guy and of the highest integrity. I will continue to use them for any repairs.

They were great. Had a messed up muffler and damaged gear shift assembly. They even fixed exterior damage to my door. Changed my front tires as well as inspected my vehicle. All in one day, while keeping me up to date on things going on. I was prepared to walk after dropping my car there but they dropped me off at my house. They even picked me up from a different location after my car was repaired. My second time here and I would definitely recommend. Very generous. Ty again guys.

Bruno and his crew are terrific. He dropped what he was doing when I stopped in to talk about my car. They do a great job communicating and delivering exactly what they said. Sadly, I had to find a new mechanic this month and Perrotta's lives up to their great reviews and will take car of my car from here on out.

When I was considering buying a mini cooper i did some research of owners and repair shops. Which first brought me to Parrotta's I had brought my (new) Used car to Parrotta's before I bought it and had them look everything over. They did just that in a timely manner and with there stamp approval and a TON of new knowledge about my purchase good and bad I bought my first Mini Cooper. Through the routine maintenance, oil changes etc they have been great. Then the dreaded check engine light popped up. I called to make an appointment, they said to bring it right in when the fix was going to be more than few hours I was offered a loaner. There were a few things happening they got right to it and explained it to me every step of the way. They also worked with my warranty program. At the end they reviewed all the work and parts with me and said that in the future my cooper will need x,y,z and this is what it will cost and how much time we will need. Very honest, consistent, reliable team over there! Everyone is on the same page and I feel really great about my service and experience! Coopers can be tricky I've been told so I feel really lucky to have Parrotta's on my side. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.
