After having tow issues with AAA, I called Leonard’s Tow & Repair because another tow company didn’t do their job properly and left my car in the middle of the street instead of my driveway. Leonard’s came through! The driver picked up my truck and handled everything with no problem. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you again for the great service — I really appreciate it!

Triple AAA directed me with this towing service Waited 3 hours for my tow last night from 12-3:30 am he came and then got mad and started swearing and drove off and left me on the side of the road on the highway very unprofessional.

FANTASTIC COMPANY! With EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was in need of a tow quickly. Leonard answered my call, was wonderful & sent someone right away. My Driver Chris handled everything from pick-up to Drop-off taking great care of me and my vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

All around positive experience; from Tiffany in the office with estimated wait time, to Brian in the truck! Great service and great care taken while loading and off loading our car! (Car Owner tip: make sure you have your lug nut key in your car!)

I had locked myself out of my car and was about an hour from home with my phone and keys and wallet inside my car and with no realistic way out of that one, out of the blue came a driver from Leonard’s in a tow truck who just so happened to be putting gas at the gas station I was in and he decided to help out and open my door for free! That type of service is what Leonard’s is about!! Definitely recommend.

I was stranded and relying on Mercedes Roadside Assistance to arrange a recovery. They called from their list but no one had the necessary equipment (my Sprinter 10’2” + flatbed 4’ = 14’2”… too tall for underpasses) Needed a Medium Wrecker and a wheel dolly or drive shaft disconnected… Several days into my unfortunate adventure they called Leonard’s and a crew (Eric and Kevin) made it happen. They got my Sprinter van back to a dealer when several other tow companies had failed due to the wrong equipment for the job at hand. Flatbed no… Wrecker yes… Thank you Leonard’s and Eric/Kevin for going the extra mile…!!! ?

Jonathan just got off his shift but still got back in the tow truck to take me all the way to Waltham at 2 AM. That's simply amazing service. Leonard's gets an A+ from me!

Allstate has given me this location for a tow. Waited from 430-635pm (635pm being the time for there arrival). From 620pm - 730pm, I called them 10x with no answer or call back. I got in contact with allstate live chat with two workers who then tries to contact this tow truck company as well, In which they both had received no responses either. I would never have this company tow my car, work on my car or be near any of my future cars I have throughout my life. I ended up canceling the pickup and called AAA, who then answered my calls, have been in contact with me and was on time.

Jonathan was excellent and incredibly helpful. Made a stressful situation very easy. Thank you very much.

AAA left me for 3 hours, called Leonard's they picked me up in 15 min. Great job all around

If I could rate lower than one, I would. These people are thieves and liars. Yesterday my car broke down and I called Leonard’s who advised it would take 21/2 hours to pick my car up. My car was directly across the street from Silka Honda. A half hour later Planet Petroleum said that they could pick it up right away and do the work. I called Leonard’s and spoke with a man giving him all my info and confirmed the cancellation of my tow. Fast forward two hours and planet petroleum calls me to inform that the car is not where it is supposed to be. After calling the police to make sure it was not towed. I called Leonards to see if they had accidentally picked it up which they confirmed and then told them I would not be paying for their service because I canceled my tow. I was hung up on called back And left two messages. this morning I called Planet petroleum to see if my car had arrived. They said they never got it. I called Leonard’s. Leonard said they never touched it at all. At that point I called Silko Honda who checked their video cam, and sure enough Leonards was there picking up the car and dropping it back off. These people are liars. They’re scum and I’ve just lost an entire day because of their negligence , I will be seeking legal recourse for hours lost at work capital do not use this company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Eric H is a liar. Probably lied about being veteran owned. This company no showed a AAA call. When AAA called they said the service was performed meanwhile I'm sitting on the curb waiting

When they came out to fix a flat tire we found my spare was also flat, so they changed the service to a tow, brought me to their shop, fixed my regular tire and my spare tire, and was so very quick about it. I noticed when one guy was fixing my tire another guy made sure all the others had good pressure. He said he just wanted to make sure I was safe. I'll be going back next week for brakes, because I just found my new mechanic thanks to these guys! Such nice attitudes I've never seen before at a mechanic.

Erik showed up in 15 minutes when I locked my keys in my car even though AAA said it would be 45 minutes. He was so polite and had a special pump tool that didn't scratch my car at all. I was so surprised at how fast and clean everything was done.

All I know is they have a driver "E" this is the guy you want! Hard working and safe he will make sure your delivery gets to where it's going safe

Called AAA for tow last Saturday. AAA contracted this business. Waited 4 hours and no response. No answer at phone number listed. Strange for 24 hour tow company to not answer phone. I had to make AAA call someone else. Do not be listed with AAA if you aren’t going to come. East Coast towing arrived in 10 minutes. Terrible.

Eric in the white truck was the driver he was very courteous. My driveway is not an easy driveway to back into in a big truck and he did it one shot with the greatest of ease. It was great dealing with him today. And it was a fair price.

Towed my model A hot rod today. Driver went above and beyond to insure that there was no damage and it arrived safely at my house. Very happy with the whole deal! Thanks!

My tire popped for the first time in my short 5 years of driving and I had called AAA for a tow. They told me there was no one out and nothing they could do besides cause me to pay for a tow home. Lucky my Insurance knew how to do their job and contacted this company who sent Brian. Brian was one of the best, if not best, tow truck drivers I’ve met/dealt with. He gladly gave me his name without a second thought, and listened to me explain the past issues I’ve had with tow truck drivers. He made sure my car was on the tow truck correctly, best way not to ruin my rim, and made sure not to scuff the bumper coming on and off the tow truck. I had been stuck since 1130 without a tow, and he was there 15 minutes after I got connected with him. Thank you so much Brian! You made sure my car and I were taken very well care from the moment you got assigned to the moment you got to me!

Great experience came quickly and towed me to where I needed to go post flat tire in Dighton, MA.

Came back to the office to find my personal truck with a flat in the parking lot, and these guys had me picked up, a new valve stem installed, and the tire replaced inside an hour or so. Can't recommend them enough.

Waited for over 3 and half hour for tow. Every time you call they say “driver will be there in 20 minutes. I placed the call at 10:13am somehow I’m still waiting right now at 1:31pm

This place is amazing. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made a bad night into a good night for me, my husband and 2 small children. He jump started our car and made sure we drove off safely. He even waived hi, smiled and made my children happy and we felt safe being in such good hands. ***I will update when I find out his name.
