Worst service I would definitely not recommend with this guys. Very highly priced and very unfair with the price I called them and asked why are my neighbors are getting charged 25$ and I am getting charged 50$ since a year and they do not have answer and very rudely they respond I do not know. Who ever calls and says I have a different vendor who is charging 25$ then they will change it to 25$ but how come it’s fair who are genuinely being your customer since so long and you are charging them so high price. Very bad customer service.

I Initially had dooley and went to win as it seem they bought them out. Never got new trash receptacles and my bins are nine years old. I would have to keep calling in and saying I was gonna switch to get my bill lowered. Finally switched to a new company and they told me they never received the postcard although I sent it out weeks prior. Stated they would not refund me their money even though I didn’t leave the bins out For pick up. I spoke with two women in the company over the phone and one told me she would schedule a Courtesy pick up next week never sent me the email To tell me which day. Worst company and customer service. Extremely rude employees

I feel obligated to leave a positive review for Winn Waste Innovations. In an industry where customer service with transfer stations, dump sites, landfills, and corporate take overs in the garbage industry in Massachusetts have become normal this facility still does this one thing very correct treat their customers with respect, and dignity. Having been in the garbage / junk removal business since 1994 it has turned into a viscous industry, over saturated, and the big companies are trying to run the little companies out like mine. I base my success with my company on my faith, and the work the good lord has set forth for me. What has prompted me to leave this review is that the former NER was bought out, but yet to pull on their scale is still just $200.00 and some change. I used NER for years and it was nothing but a pleasure. The same applies for Winn Waste Innovations they have not forgot about the little guys. I use to dump in Rochester Mass the former New Bedford Waste for years as well, but the corporate buy out happened their as well with Waste Connections from Texas gobbling up all the South Shore garbage companies making it a monopoly now under one name but still operating under their former names. What use to be New Bedford Waste who sold out was a $200.00 minimum to pull on their scale. I was told about 2 weeks ago since we hand unload our box trucks it will now be the $200.00 minimum and an additional $270.00 making one dump for a 15 foot box truck $470.00. After 12 years of dumping their and paying them at least $200,000 this is what these disgusting conglomerates do to companies like mine because we don’t have dump trucks. You wonder why this country has, and continues to fall apart the audacity of Waste Connections out of Texas. They more than doubled our dumping fees without notice. It should be illegal what they have done. Imagine if your livelihood was directly affected by this as mine has been. Imagine your mortgage company doubling your mortgage without notice our whole nation would be homeless. Just an example and an analogy why small businesses disappear over night. My point Winn Waste Innovations bought NER, and yet their hand unloading price for box trucks remains the same maybe a few bucks more. I take my hat off to them for doing the right thing. Let me some it up after being self employed since 1994 the big companies in my opinion Waste Connections out of Texas is an unethical business. Bottom line it’s all about the dollar. Let’s not forget that America is run on small businesses like my small business Waste Away Junk Removal, LLC. It has taken me years to have thousands of real genuine 5 star reviews. They tried to bang us for $100 8 months after canceling their service (due to constant rate increase) and kept changing which invoice they got that from. If it were true that we owed money, they owed us *more* money from the same invoice they decided on that we never received. They never responded after I asked them to justify this. As it stands, they still owe us $2.72

I had decent-enough service from them for two years. But selling my house, I find that they have no good way to end the service. It can only end on the last day of a calendar month, and the bins can only be retrieved 7 days after that. So the buyer of my house now has an awkward assignment because I chose a weird trash service.

This company is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, leave trash on the street, don't care about their customers and try to cheat you on their invoices. I can't wait to see them drive by our house and KEEP DRIVING. Please, don't provide me with you TERRIBLE COMPANY services.

We changed companies after this one gave us nothing but problems since they took over Frates. We never had any problems with Frates. This company took over and we experienced nothing but problems, and from their other reviews looks like we weren't the only ones... with the same issues!!! DO BETTER WIN WASTE INNOVATIONS! I also wish I could give 0 or negative stars.

Never received a refund after they kept billing me. They would just not come or not take recycling. Don’t use and if they buy a smaller company change immediately. I never had trash issues until they took over.

Terrible customer service. Thought my account was set up for autopay, apparently was not. Sent me to collections for $140 without notifying me. Nothing in the mail, nothing in an email and no evidence of this on the website portal with my account information. I paid the collections company and was told by WIN Waste that someone would call me back to discuss concerns. One week later, no call. So I called back again. I spoke to someone that was more than happy to re-activate my account. I expressed dissatisfaction in the means of communication, that I have had a few smaller issues in the past and that I wasn't sure that I want to continue services. I was told there were 3 robocalls back in May to my cell phone, although never received a voicemail indicating there was an issue with payment. I really can't imagine many people answer all their unknown phone calls while working during the day, but that seems a very poor way to be the only form of communicating something like this. Customer service rep told me that I "didn't have to be rude." Although I had tone due to the fact I now have a hit on my credit and the lack of responsibility or apology for their poor communication, nothing I said was rude. At that point I asked to cancel services, in which I was informed they will not pick up the barrels if there is trash still in them. I would have to re-activate my account, pay the quarterly fee and then they would pick up the barrels with the trash still in them. I requested to speak to someone higher. I was put on hold for several minutes and told there was no on available and they would call me back. Still haven't heard anything from anyone and still have 2 full bins of trash and recycling. Realizing now I should have listened to everyone else in the neighborhood that already switched from their services.

The price going up with no reason We have terminated the cooperation They take their trash bin and they keep sending me the bill Jesus, we have no work with each others but they keep sending me the bill So bad , Don't be fooled by them. Driver was coming at 6:30am every day, waking me up 20 minutes before my alarm. I explained this to the customer service line, they scheduled the guy to come by even earlier at 5:30. Now they wake me up almost an hour and a half before my alarm, and I've already expressed to them my difficulty sleeping. These people are some of the most inconsiderate people I've ever met.

The worst dumpster company. 2 months in a row they over charged me. They missed a pick up and said that I did not call them within 3 days to tell them that THEY MISSED A PICK UP! This happened 2 times In The past 2 months.each time being a double fee for the lid being open when the arrive. They said they would refund my account for only one of them ! My contract says every other week not every 15 days! They don’t care! And I can not be dumpster watching to make sure they do there job! Stay away!!!

Quite possibly the worst company i have ever worked with. And probably my first time giving a one star review. Had to cancel our contract with them as they broke the lock from the dumpster on each pickup and could not get new locks to us in a timely fashion, canceled with them and was promised a pickup before a certain date and it was not picked up before the date promised. A year later received emails from a collection agency wanting payment for the additional month the dumpster was on site after the agreed upon removal date. Would never use this company again.

Spent hours on hold for customer service. Our trash was regularly picked up 24-48 hours late and our barrels were always in disarray. It took months to get a 10$ credit from a completely missed pick up. I called to cancel my service at 8am Monday 2 Oct., and they want to charge me for all of October service. They did put in a request for an exception, so we will see. Positive note: My customer service agent, Patrick, was lovely! I waited about an hour to speak to him, which was frustrating, but he was very nice and helped me cancel my service quickly and offered apologies and no excuses. I'd hire Patrick anytime! Overall, a bad experience.

Good luck getting someone on the phone or to respond to an email. I've called several times and waited on hold for hours. I have sent 3 emails in the last 2 weeks without a response. I understand that companies are having staffing issues but this is pretty brutal. Customer service is terrible.

SCAM FEES! BEWARE OF THEIR "special item disposal fees". I got charged $150 (YES, $150) to dispose of 2 regular car tires!!!! $75 Each!!! WHAT?!?! Any tire shop charges $5-$10 per tire!!! This was on top of the $340 i paid for the rest of my trailer load! I even asked If I could take the tires back and get a refund, NOPE!!! Once they have your money, ITS GONE! Maybe management will see this and make it right, but probably not. Suppose its my fault I did not read the fine print... doesn't make price gouging right...

I have no issue with payment or billing. My issue is they will go through your non recycle bin and take trash out randomly. For example, today I had pieces of all sink, driver pick them out and left on my lawn. What is the point of trash pick up if you not hauling my trash. I had a local trash pickup company in Berkley MA, this was never an issue. This is a trash company that doesn't pick up trash. What is the point. Avoid.

RUN!! Don’t walk from this company, they recently purchased our local trash pickup company. Horrible customer service. You can call, email till the cows come home and you will never hear from them. This week they didn’t pick up the trash for anyone in town. STAY AWAY

From the day, orifice was taken by WE WIN, the service provided by new the company is beyond FRUSTRATING. Not sure where the issue- Management or the trash collectors. Eitherways, its time to walk up WE-WIN. You have a BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and customers are not happy as evident from the other comments. We will soon be using to BP waste collection. Good luck staying in business...

Garbage, they don't really collect it. Their customer service is it. They don't return phone calls or emails. They are garbage, not to be confused with collecting it. I don't recommend using them unless you want poor service and/or no service. Oscar the grouch does not approve...

I'm so disappointed, I want NER back! Don't even try to call, you wont get anyone. And IF they call back its someone from a central location in another state. I wasted 90 minutes on hold... all I needed was an updated list of prohibited disposal items and the price for disposing mattresses and tires. After an hour and a half on hold.... 90 minutes... I DROVE TO THE SCALE HOUSE, walked in the office, and snapped a photo of the new pricing on the counter. Such a simple thing wasted 2 hours of my time. Absolutely unacceptable. When it was New England Recycling I never had this issue. I was a customer for 8 seasons. Staff was always accessible, you could get an answer quickly, and dump fees were reasonable. The price increases are impossible to absorb without passing along massive price increases to my customers. Its terrible. And as there are only two waste facilities within 30 miles of me I have no other option.

Contractors and private parties beware. NER gets 5 Stars for their service, but new owners, WIN Waste Innovations, gets 3 for hidden price changes. For example, a 15 yd can on NER Website lists 2 ton limit currently @ $479 for the can. However when billed, you are invoiced for 1.5 tons, and any overage is prorated at $130.00 per ton. You may not even notice if you are auto-billed. NER Website has not been updated with new pricing structure yet. Do your research.

What is the point of renting a dumpster if you have to pay for additional items to go in the can? They charge extra to dump a television, and several other items. Be aware and read their 'no dumping' list before renting. Charges can accumulate quickly.

I’ve used NER several times for a variety of services and have never been disappointed. All costs are stated clearly on website, they provide same day delivery, and customer service is wonderful - friendly AND they call back when promised (a rarity for a lot of companies these days!). Definitely recommend!

Don't go here unless you have all day to kill. The yard guys were on break the whole 2 hours I sat in my truck. When I got here they're were 10 trucks before me. And no body seemed to care. The women behind the counter were nice. But I don't recommend doing business here. Go to another place

If your looking for a dumpster for your next big clean up job, This is the company to use!! I compared several places in size and price, and they are the Most reasonable. But the Best part is that they actually sort out the contents and pull out anything that they can recycle. That's a win for Me and our planet. They were super nice to deal with. Friendly and fast. I highly recommend NE recycling! MB

If you are looking for a company to put dents in your driveway when they deliver and pick-up a dumpster then this company is for you! They showed up without any plywood. I gave them some. They dropped the can and when they picked it up they dragged it off the wood and left the dents. After speaking with the safety manager he says that the driver should not have even put it on my driveway. Well, that was an admission that the driver should have known better. The main argument was that it is not their fault because my driveway is not pristine and has some repaired cracks and depressions. Really, if you further damage someone's property would you take responsibility? And btw; all I asked them to minimally do was put some cold patch in it. I didn't ask for a driveway. Just something to keep the integrity of the driveway and keep the kids safe when they are on their bikes. The company answer. This happens all the time; there is nothing I can do about it. Beware; they take no responsibility for their actions.
