I found Williamson Auto online, as I needed to find a mechanic that I could trust... as soon as I walked in Mrs. Lil was friendly and helpful. I've been going to them for my car care needs for more than a year now. Mr. Gary is knowledgeable and friendly. He and his folks will get down to the bottom of your problem quickly and for a reasonable price.

mr williamson was such an amazing help today ! i came to get my car today after it being stolen. mr williamson and the auto shop fixed everything that was needed ! even my car was super clean. after receiving my car mr williamson let me know that my battery was bad and that i would have to jump my car every time i wanted to start it. i was super stressed due to finical reasons and couldn’t afford the battery but gary saw my stress and deeply sympathized with me and found a way to help me drive home satisfied with no worries. he was huge help and put the battery on for me with no charge. thank you so much mr williamson i truly appreciate your help and kindness. - aniyah

Williamson Auto Repair has been the only auto repair service for my vehicles during the past 25 years. I have never been stranded because of a broken vehicle. I recommend this service to everyone that inquire about an auto repair shop. My vehicle required extensive troubleshooting to repair air leakage issues. I had the most amazing experience when I found Williamson Auto Repair. Fast, reliable, good vibes and honest! I had my mirror replaced in less than 15 minutes! For a walk up at the end of the day, I was more than pleased! For you ladies who feel out of place at an auto shop, come to Williamson!

Great customer service, explained what was needed for my car and went to the dealer to pick up the parts so that I could get my car fixed the same day without having to wait until the part was delivered later in the afternoon. Took me home and picked me up after my service was complete. Loved the personality of Mr. & Mrs. Williamson. The price was right as I had done my research before going to him on a recommendation.

I highly recommend Williamson Auto. Great customer service, they make you feel like family when you walk in. They helped me reattach part of my bumper and a guard that was hanging from beneath the car. Everything took about 15 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. Very friendly and personable. Will continue to use them for any needs.

My 17 yo daughter received her first car which was an older vehicle that required A LOT of work. Not only was the communication top notch but so was the workmanship. My mind is at ease knowing my daughter is in a vehicle that had extensive repairs by Williamson Auto Repair. I look forward to working with them in the future and referring them to everyone I know. Took our little limo to Williamson’s and was pleased with the professional, efficient and respectful service given. Very courteous staff. Mr Gary is the best. Limo is back on the road ,thanks to correct diagnosis and repairs done. We are so appreciative.

Mr. Williams was very professional, understanding. I came in very worried he assured me that everything will be okay. He even took me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. This review is a months late because I’m terrible at leaving reviews and haven’t left one for anyone in years. But they deserve it. My 2020 Yukon starter went out, and I called that morning, hat it towed there that morning, told them I needed it for my business (I own a tour company downtown and had a tour that evening) and they had it done by that afternoon. And they had a lot full of cars and got it done. Mr. Gary and Ms. Lily, were super accommodating and they have no idea how much I appreciate them. You need some work, don’t hesitate. They will tell you exactly what you need, and you can tell their mechanics know exactly what they are doing. I appreciate you guys!

Lily & Gary are the best! From my first visit in 2022, I continue to experience excellent workmanship and prompt service. I love the warm, friendly atmosphere in the office at Williamson Auto Repair. To me, it feels like I am visiting family. The location is perfectly convenient, just a few minutes from Washington DC and the Beltway. Gary and his workers are attentive to details, and so I feel quite comfortable taking my car there. The smallest problem like checking my tire pressure to changing brakes, every job is handled promptly and efficiently. I have the highest regards for the owners and staff at this company, and highly recommend Williamson Auto Repair for your auto repair needs.

Really great customer service. The staff is amazing. The wait time to get my car back wasn't that long and they had my car looking like new again after finishing repairs. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Excellent Service!!! Let me start by saying the wait time is phenomenal! I visited this shop on three different occasions and never spent over 45 mins in that repair shop. I was having issues with my Honda Accord starting Mr. Williamson didn't quit until he got it right. I have no worries getting into my car knowing it's going to start without any hesitation. Not only did he replace the starter, but my oil was also changed, and my battery was replaced I'm very satisfied with the cost and I feel safe driving in confidence. Williamson Auto you guys are "AWESOME" up the excellent service!!

Mr. Williamson is god sent! I had to get my car towed to Williams Auto Repair after the dealership that I originally took my car to overlooked major errors. I arrived close to the end of business hours however, I was still greeted with amazing customer service. Mr.&Mrs. Williamson listened to all of my concerns and went over and beyond to insure that my vehicle was returned to me quickly. Not to mention affordable!!!. He talked me through the estimate and everything that was needed and why it needed to be done. I would give this business 10 stars if I could!

I have been in search of a good, honest mechanic for some time. When I called my insurance company for a claim to repair to my front bumper, they recommended me to Williamson Auto Repair. I am very glad they did. The experience was unlike any other I have had. This is the first and only auto body shop where I have been invited to the lift to watch while the mechanic worked. Gary, the owner, helped reattach my front bumper quickly and skillfully. We talked while he re-fastened the skirt under my car. This is a family business, and has been for nearly 30 years. When the time came to pay, he informed me that the work was free of charge. I'm still shocked at his generosity. Williamson Auto Repair knows how to treat a customer and inspire their loyalty. I know where I'll be going from now on.

Someone sideswiped my car and my poor mirror was hanging on by a thread. My insurance company recommended this repair shop and I’m so grateful they did. From start to finish excellent service! The owner is amazing super sweet and updated me throughout the entire repair process. The front desk receptionist was amazing and sweet as well. Finished the repair a week early and cleaned the interior at no cost so I’m extremely happy. Thank you for repairing my car and getting it back to me before Christmas!

I was rear ended and had my car sent there for the repairs. Mr and Mrs Williamson were always nice, polite and very professional. Got my car back today and I was beyond impressed! My rear bumper looked like new and they detailed my car on the inside and have my tires and rims looking really good! Would most definitely recommend them hands down! And they stayed around to wait for me past 5pm so I could turn in my rental and pick up my car! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Williamson! 😊

They patiently explain the repair(s) needed, why it's needed and the mechanical/financial scenarios you face moving forward.
