07/19/2024-TGIF!!! I went early (on my way to the office around 8:30 am). The staff was polite, knowledgeable , professional, ready, available and on time. The sales team member accessed my tires(condition); gave me recommendations, changed all four(4) tires, wiped and shinned up everything! I paid, was back on the road and made it into the office early! Amazing! Great job!
I just went there for two tires of which 1 of my 4 wheels had a scratch, then at the time of disassembling the tire they scratched the other wheel , and at the time of putting the wheels already with new tire the man dropped the wheel with the side of the face, so I arrived there with 1 bad wheel and got out of there with 3 bad wheels, ya’ll can imagine the fight of having my money back sooo bad..
I’ve gotten several used tires from this place (10 minimum). They were good at first but then came the scamming and cons. My last 3 of 4 visits I’ve been sold a bad tire. One of them literally leaking air overnight! Also, the price is never consistent. Price gouging on used tires is crazy! I would inspect but I’m not sure what to look for so they take advantage. There’s one decent guy working there but he’s not always around. The rest are crooks! My advice? Don’t trust any of them! Find you a decent tire shop.
They were able to put my caliber covers on while I waited for my windows to be tinted. Everyone was really nice and helpful with the ton questions I had lol
Quick and affordable! Would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't tried to send me on my way without putting my rim back on or putting my spare back in my trunk properly.
The gentlemen that work there are pretty fast and efficient. Call before you go to make sure they have your size tire or can help you with what you need first
Excellent service, polite, with good pricing. Remove two tires from one set of rims and placed on two other rims. I was in and out less than 20 minutes!!!
They were extremely polite and had the tire I wanted ready as soon as I walked up. The whole process took no more than 5-7 minutes. 10/10 will come back!
Best price ever! I desperately needed a tire. Was able to replace all three tires at one time. Before I went to just tires. What I have paid for one tire, I was able to buy three. Thank you Carlos for excellent customer service.
Very good the only reason I didn't give 5 is because initially they didn't have my tire and ordered it from another location and told me it would be in at a certain time and it wasn't and I had to wait a couple more hours than planned otherwise they were awesome and communicated well with me.
I use them for any tire related work... I've purchased used tires from them, I've had them R&R and balance tires that I purchased elsewhere and they always do professional level work in that regard. I would not go there for anything other than tires so from that point of view this business always gets my business.
They knew their stuff. Came in looking for two tires ended up leaving with four that were better than the ones I recently had one. My ride is much smoother and more stable now.
I needed 2 tires for MD inspection, went to this place they only had 2 tires for my car which is crazy with all of the tires they had there... Both of the tires had 2 nails each... One nail had to be drilled out of the tire and then they were planning on putting them on my car... I don't think so. This place is the worst.. Just trying to save you the headache.
I give One Star, because they answered the phone. I give them 2 thumbs down. How you gonna call your business "Quality Used Tires" an have no Tires to sell? SMH!!!
I always get good service and great tires every time I go to them. The prices are very reasonable and they'll even work with you on the amount that you can spend per tire.
Low priced tire shop that get the job done without any hassle! I go any time I need a tire. All of the tires I have received from them were of great quality and have lasted me a long time without any problems. They also don't make you wait long which I love. I have also had a tire plugged there and they didn't hassle me to get another tire as previously mentioned in another review. The customer service is good as well so I'd definitely recommend them.
Myself and my family have been to this tire shop on a couple different occasions. Usually it's a quick and reliable service and they have you out of there in no time. Tires are cheap if you want to avoid spending the extra cash for a brand new tire. If there is a screw or something that caused the flat, they will plug for a low fee without trying to persuade you to get a new, used tire. I'd say go for it.
