Tanisha was very helpful with my emergency car repair. She made a quick appointment for me, explained everything that I needed done, was very pleasant and I was done in under 2 hours for everything that was done.

10/10…definitely recommend! Musa got me in and out today and always has great customer service. He aims for customer satisfaction and has lived up to it on every visit. The other staff are helpful and I will be back again! Thanks NTB gang!!! 💪🏽

Mr. Jones was absolutely amazing and super helpful. I arrived to my appointment and he was not only friendly, but exceptionally kind. He made sure all my required vehicle maintenance was done!!! Definitely recommend Mr. Jones!! Also want to give a shoutout to Tanisha— she was great too.

I came in on Sunday morning around 10:40 AM for a wheel alignment and was left standing at the front counter without any acknowledgment. When the young lady at the desk finally acknowledged me, she had an immediate attitude and was rude and dismissive for no reason. When I calmly asked why she was being rude, the situation escalated unnecessarily. She refused to provide her name, told me she “did not have to help me,” and said she “could say whatever she wants,” and that someone else could help me because she wasn’t. I have never experienced that level of disrespect as a paying customer with a corporate account. I immediately stop doing business with NTB alone! There was zero professionalism, zero accountability, and no basic customer service courtesy. No customer should be treated that way when simply trying to get service. Management and corporate seriously need to address the customer service at this location. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this NTB to anyone!

I literally stopped to have my tires checked. My tire pressure light kept coming on and they checked my tires very thoroughly at no charge! I definitely will return if future service is needed.

I had a great experience working with Musa from NTP. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. Musa truly goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. I entered needing a tire for my daughter car. The service lady Ms. Tanisha was very helpful with finding a tire in my price range with a good tire mileage warranty. She was fast with getting me in and out of the facility.

Tanisha was so professional very knowledgeable about cars and skills has auto technician. Do think she a woman that’s she don’t know. Also it’s a Super Bowl Sunday and attitude was good.

Wow is the best word I can say to describe my experience first time experience at NTB tire and service center starting from the phone call to inquire about my tires a representative immediately gravitated to me and my needs and made me feel that I was important. She also resolved my concerns she got me exactly the package deal within my budget. It was really cool to make a reservation and when I arrive to the actual location the body shop. I was greeted by Tanisha she was very courteous, professional, kind, and she spoke clearly with clarity and she explained things well and professional. The inside of the building is really big including a separate seating room for people to sit down and wait. In addition the waiting room has a television, tea machine and vending machine soda pop and snacks machine. I was very excited and pleased with my overall experience due to not having to wait a long time which is really good. In addition to my first experience. Let's talk about my second experience with the taller gentleman named Mike. I take Exceptional care of my vehicle. Before getting serviced at this body shop. My last body shop I was with for six years. I got everything done at the one shop. After the last two great experience I decided to choose this shop NTB to be my new car care home. I experienced a pleasant greeting by Mike and Tanisha. They both listened to my concerns Tanisha listened to me over the phone and Mike listened to my problem in person. We all agreed to do a recheck for my vehicle. Now let's talk about my third experience. Initially I walked in the door and again I was warmly acknowledged by the team Tanisha and Mike and the shorter man instantly came off talking Rude, Abrupt, Unpleasant and instead of listening to me he rudely interjected into the conversation when I was talking to Mr. Mike tell him I was still experiencing the bouncing of my tires so I bought it in to be rechecked and when I called and talked to Tanisha it was a wonderful call she listened and she told me yes bring my vehicle to check my vehicle. Mr. Mike again acknowledged me. He stood aside and asked me, how can I help you! I explain the tires still feel bouncy and I am coming back to have them re-check. In the middle of our conversation a shorter man at the front desk interjected in the conversation. He was off bucks rude he did not listen me trying to tell him the history of my vehicle he assumes that is a different issue. Again, I could barely get my words out and put my them together to say I'm here for that issue to be rechecked. The shorter man used dismissive language. I initially work with Tanisha and Micheal. I enjoyed their professionalism and experience while waiting for my vehicle. Therefore, I consider myself to be a new loyal customer to NTB. However that man at the front desk raised the hair on my skin and made me feel challenged. I didn't come in rude. I didn't come in angry. I never roll the way. My grandmother taught me when somebody go high I'll go low. I live by that mantra. I'm a very nice young lady with a big heart. I just wanted to leave the review because Mike and Tanisha are doing an awesome job! Kiddos to team in the bay that works diligently I feel they are better than my last shop. . I come for resolutions and to talk things out. I didn't come to be dismissed especially when I'm a super sweet girl and I was only telling trying to tell the shorter man the history of my vehicle.

Tanisha was my service advisor today. She was extremely helpful. Love seeing women in male dominate roles - doing well. However, it took a little longer than anticipated. But, I would rather it be correct.

Mousa provided the best customer service today. I called early in the day hoping to get in quickly for a headlight repair, and even though I didn't make it until the afternoon he ensured that it would be a quick visit. He thoroughly explained the cost and the kind of bulb needed. I'll definitely visit this NTB location again.

Mr Jones and the team were amazing! He was able to asses my tires and let me know exactly which tires needed urgent care. He also offfered us promotional discounts that were being offered! It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but this place is the real deal. I bring my car here regularly for maintenance, and they never disappoint. Great, trustworthy service every time.

Mr. Furman was a breath of fresh air! He made my tire experience worth wild. Although they used to call it NTB he mentioned to me that they are now called Mavis and treated me like V. I. P. Mr. Furman made me feel like he wasn’t only helping a customer, he treated me like family. My car was serviced without an appointment in a reasonable time. Staff was friendly and communicative about issues related to my vehicle. Tanisha in particular was quite pleasant and very helpful during my entire experience.

They did a wonderful job even though I'm not sure if NTB or Midas which is next door broke my TPM mess light for my tire. But above all he fixed it and it gave me a discount

Today was an unexpected day for me, and MR.FURMAN went above and beyond to take care of me as a walk-in. Every time I visit this location, the customer service is top-notch, and today was no exception—10/10! Highly recommend coming in for your services, and the location is fantastic as well right next to a car wash…look at that!
