As a woman, you never know who you can trust in this type of business and he not only made me feel safe, but explained everything throughly and recommended how to handle the situation afterwards. He stayed with me the entire time at the shop, making sure I was taken care of. I am SO grateful, what could have been an extremely dangerous, stressful and overwhelming situation was deemed so much more calm, smooth and easy thanks to this service. HIGHLY recommend. I got a flat and needed a tow. Called Fahad at 7:30 am on. Wednesday and my car was picked up within an hour. He quoted $200 for a 10 mile tow, which is good price considering it needed a dolly (towing without a dolly is cheaper but could damage the all-wheel drive). I paid by card over the phone. The driver was nice and careful unloading the car. I have saved their number on my phone and would definitely call them again if I needed a tow.
Great customer service, my new car broke down on me & Fahad arrived pretty quickly and ensured that I was safe. My car was on a busy road & I honestly was in danger. Someone had to swerve my car because they almost hit me while not paying attention before he arrived. I appreciate him for looking out for me in my time of need.
