The driver responded timely and provided EXCELLENT service. My wife and I are seniors and our car broke down on a major highway. The. driver made sure we were safe at all times.We really appreciated his timely response and EXCELLENT service.

I was connected to this towing company through my insurance carrier’s roadside assistance service. All points of contact were efficient and professional. The driver arrived promptly and safely towed my vehicle to my preferred destination. The interaction was short and sweet and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

H&H was supposed to tow my car at 1:47 pm, about an hour after I initiated the tow through Geico. I called to say that I had a toddler with me and asked if they could arrive sooner; the answer was that they would try. By 2 pm, the truck hadn't come. I called again. I was told the new arrival time would be 2:45 pm. No truck. I called again at 2:55 pm. They said the truck was 5 minutes away. Then at 3:05 pm, they said it was 15 minutes away. Two more calls around 3:25 pm then revealed that the car was either 10 or 15 minutes away. I canceled. Who knows whether a truck was ever en route. I would not trust these people to tow a raccoon across the street. PS. H&H's reply to my post claims to care about the toddler that was with me in the back seat of a freezing car. Well, you decide: I informed H&H from the very beginning that I had a toddler with me. H&H then made one false claim after another about when the truck would arrive and left me sitting there for almost three hours. No truck ever arrived.

Service was great tow driver was fantastic. Had the car loaded onto his truck and back to my location in wha felt like no time. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and prompt company. I needed roadside assistance through my insurance and I am very satisfied with the professionalism of H&H. Raid, the servicer arrived within 30-40 minutes of my claim.

Subsequently & Unfortunately my experience with H & H TOWING was horrible. I requested a tow truck through my insurance agency Gieco which happened to be H & H towing. At 9:49 am, l received a text notification that my tow truck driver would arrive approximately at 10:45 am which was far from the truth. I didn't mind waiting a little longer because l know tow truck drivers have to deal with the traffic and could have possibly been on another job prior before my call. Once l called the service number to track the ETA of the tow truck arrival time around 11:03 am, the male operator informed me that he was near by and l would be seeing him within the next 20 minutes which was a lie. I had to call another three more times to receive a more accurate explanation of the the location of the driver. Nevertheless the tow truck arrived at 12:30 pm, two hours and forty minutes from the initial call. My point is the lack of respect by not being transparent was unprofessional and disrespectful. To be fair the last operator did apologize multiple times for the inconvenience. Luckily l was able to find shelter in the local FOOD LION who the employees noticed l was waiting an extremely long time by asking me "Your still waiting?" If not for FOOD LION and my constant calling l probably would have froze to death on this sub 39° degree day. I will be canceling my rode side assistance with Geico and take my chances with AAA.

I had a great experience with this tow company. The driver was attentive and respectful! The wait time was not bad at all, they got my car up and load and to the location efficiently!

Great customer service. The wait for the tow wasn't long. He even called to give me a heads up as to how long he would be until arrival. During the drive to the dealership he conversed, making me feel comfortable with an unfortunate car situation. During drop off, he was very careful to ensure no damage to my car and was very gentle. I highly recommend this company and would use them again although hopefully I won't need a tow anytime soon.😊

Mohammad was fantastic. He was able to come within 15min of the call to change the tire that was on my car on i95. He was a great communicator, installed the donut and advised on the punctured tire. Highly recommend.

Had a situation where I needed my vehicle moved from one side of the driveway to the other. The vehicle was parked and no keys were accessible. H&H towing responded to the call within an hour and completed the task successfully. It was evident they were professional at what they do. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Fast rescuing towing company. Very professional. I was worrying that we would be waiting for ever for the tow truck to come to the scene but they came with in 25 minutes versus 55-75 minutes as they first estimated to us on the phone. Highly recommend this Hannan towing company to anyone.

They got to me rather quickly while I was sitting on the side of the road. The driver actually took me to the Urgent Care after the accident because I had no car to use and I really appreciated it. He should have been tipped for that extra service but I forgot. My head wasn't right. I'm sorry. He really was good to me.

After an awful experience (waited for almost 3.5 hours and never showed up) with the company that picked the first request to address our roadside service call, we asked our insurance company to request another service provider. Mohammed came out and replaced my flat tire. He was very nice and knowledgeable about tires and took the time to ask questions and explain anything I needed help understanding. I would def recommend this company to any just because of the customer service that I received from Mohammed.
