This man is a ripoff! I asked him work on my car as if I’m his mother or sister. Gave him a lot of money and he gave me cheap parts. Went to another mechanic and things that this mechanic charged me for were never repaired. And he installed a radio and backup camera that stopped working 90daya after! FRAUDULENT STOLE MONEY FROM ME! Still trying to recover!! Fraud

Asked for an estimate for labor for a repair since I already have the part. Was told I must be calling around for the cheapest price and I would have to come into the shop. Wild assumption to make. Illogical to drive there when based on their labor rate an estimate can be given on the phone.

We had to stop over night in the Greenbelt area due to a mechanic's mistake in Virginia the previous day, and we were on our way back to NYC. After calling/visiting a few different auto repair shops, it seemed nobody had the time to fix our minivan that day. However, I finally landed on Morgatech, and I'm so happy I did. They diagnosed the problem accurately, performed the fix perfectly and quickly, and charged me a reasonable amount. They also told me about two other problems that were minor and didn't need to be fixed right away. The owner (I think), Anthony, and his employee were friendly, smart, and careful. Since I'm not from the area, I wanted to make it clear online that this auto repair shop is top-notch in my opinion.

Received great service from this establishment. My car was overheating and losing coolant. Previous took my car to a deal who could not find the problem. Took car to another mechanic who also could not find the problem. This business was able to find the problem in a timely manner. Also, charged a fair price.

The quality of repairs was consistently poor, requiring multiple returns due to recurring issues, highlighting a lack of expertise among the technicians. They proposed and worked on some solutions that didn’t fix the issue. They charged us $350 for some service that another mechanic did for only $85. I will never go to this place again.

As my friend Jayanta mentioned, at first the behavior of the owner was nice. We thought only changing the faulty spark plug will fix the check engine light. But then the engine light kept coming back. The owner was changing one sensor after another but nothing was working. I’m not sure if he understood the problem correctly or just doing trial and error to solve the problem. Later when my friend asked him whether he relearned the after market sensor, the owners behavior was not professional and rude. I won’t take my car there in future.

First of all, I think all the reviews here are fake! I strongly recommend not going to this autoshop! My car engine was misfiring due to problems in spark plug and I searched google for a good autoshop nearby and towed my car to this autoshop. Morgan was really helpful in the beginning. He immediately changed the spark plug and I was happy. I took my car back and the check engine light came back again! This time he started getting rude. He will not explain anything politely and never listened to any of my concerns! He changed my camshaft sensor and as usual I took my car back only to find the light came back on! Next he changed the crankshaft position sensor and the problem was still there! I left my car to him for 2 days and returned to Baltimore only to find he did nothing with the car! When he changed my spark plugs and sensors I specifically asked him to use factory products (OEM), but he acknowledged later on he used after market modules!!! He was planning on changing the metallic timing chain for 1246$ which has lifetime guarantee from Hyundai! I tolerated enough! He already charged me more than 1000$ and was kind of reaping me off! I was suspicious the car computer was not recognizing the after market sensors! I took my car from him and his behavior was really rude this time and kind of harassed me! Now another local autoshop in Baltimore fixed the sensors for half the money Morgan took and the car is perfectly fine now! I again caution everyone against this rude and novice autoshop!

I can't thank Morgatech Auto enough. I am from the Pittsburgh area but my son recently drove to Maryland and his car broke down. He was 240 miles from home, on a Saturday. I'm not sure who he worked with there but they truly went above and beyond to make sure my son's car was fixed so he could get home safely.

As a BMW owner, I have found it extremely difficult to find a good mechanic. I am extremely happy with the customer service, level of professionalism, and SUPERB work that Morgan performed on my vehicle. My car needed some major repair. I was being advised by almost everyone I know to get a new car and do a car payment. I was hesitant about doing that so I started calling around to see what it would cost to have these repairs done. Morgatech offered the best price, so needless to say I decided to do business with them. I use this car for my side hustle and so far I've used this car to make back almost 5 times what I spent for repairs and it's still going strong and still don't have a car payment. To sum it all up: Morgan and his mechanics are very knowledgeable. They know their thing an their prices are right. I had my car fixed and I didn't break the bank. Morgan the owner is customer oriented and tries to find me discounts whenever possible. I will continue going here. I would recommend anyone to go there so you can understand what I'm talking about. I typically don't write reviews but I feel like everyone should know about this place.

I went to Morgantech Auto for an engine light. I had gone for a diagnostic somewhere else where they told me the wrong thing AND never followed up for the work. Morgantech was a lifesaver! He did the diagnostic, took care of my oil change (oil was EMPTY) and fixed my transmission sensor. He stayed on the job until it was done and done well. I am very happy and will definitely call on Mogantech again if necessary.

I replaced the cooling fan for my nissan after overheating in this summer. Anthony helped out and did a good job. The price is fair. Because the parts shipment took a week to arrive and I had to used car taking my cat to surgery, Anthony offered one of his car for free, which is appreciated. I found this place on Google, the reviews really help!

I really don’t know where to start. The staff are really friendly, patient and reliable. They installed and lowered my Tesla model 3 using a BC Racing coil over; Along with other body works. They kept constant communication with me throughout. I’m told I can call whenever to change the height of my car. Great stop! Would highly recommend!
