The old black lady with the updo that’s a bronze blonde at the register is rude and ignores you. I have been here twice in seven days and the first time she was talking crap about a coworker to herself out loud and really angry he moved things around. Came in today and waited for 5 min before my fiancé went to her and said we were waiting at the front. She just said “I’m coming”. Mind you the store was packed and she definitely saw us waiting and the manager saw us but no one came to help. It’s just bizarre to have no one at the register when the store is packed. Every time I’ve been here the cashier has had a bad attitude as if she has never heard of customer service. She seems irritated that she has to help you. As far as the store like any thrift store you really have to be patient and search to find something good but I literally found 2 great pieces for a good price so that’s why I will at least give this place three stars.

Terrible experience and will not be going back ill shop elsewhere like savers where the staff is friendly and don’t mind to help. The staff at this location Are rude and don’t care about customer service and I am thinking, they treat their customers, rude and poorly because their manager doesn’t care and she is also miserable herself. What’s the point of treating others with disrespect smh never again.

This Goodwill is over priced! This is not Macy's! People shop at Goodwill because they need to. Why charge high prices for used items. The lead cashier MS. Jeanette is not customer friendly . She is snappy and grouchy.

Don't waste your time going here to donate, they are turning down donations and are only taking high end items. Go to savers donation center instead, they are actually accepting donations.

We just had the worst experience in a Sunday afternoon !! Two staff members called me and another shopper ( So Rude ) loud out in the store in front of other customers Cz we asked if we can have someone at register to help check us out after we’ve already been waiting for 10 minutes! We left the stuff at the register and they still yelled ( SO RUDE ) … staff definitely needs customer service training even if they’re attending at the least fortunate customers they can not treat people this way!!!!!!!!

I want to share my bad experience with Goodwill. Yesterday, I found a table priced at $20 and asked the staff if they could hold it for me since I couldn’t transport it immediately. They said they don’t hold items, so I planned to come back later or the next day if it was still available. When I returned today with a bigger vehicle, I found that the price had been increased to $40. When I asked the manager about the price change, she blamed it on the manager from the previous day and refused to take any responsibility, insisting I pay the new price. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. I traveled 40 minutes just to face this kind of treatment. I want to warn others to be cautious when shopping here, as they engage in such unfair practices.

Rude and discriminatory behavior. My mom has visited this store twice, and both times, she was treated poorly by an employee. She doesn’t speak English, and during her first visit, she struggled to understand the cashier's request for a credit card. Instead of assisting her kindly, another employee—who wore a red wig—rudely waved a card in her face. On her second visit, she asked to see a pair of shoes from the showcase. The same employee became visibly frustrated, and when she finally understood, she aggressively tossed the shoes toward my mom and slammed them on the counter. That is no way to treat a customer. I called the store to report this, but the manager insisted they needed the employee’s name—even though there are multiple complaints about the same person with a clear description. Why does it take a receipt to address consistent bad behavior? No customer should be treated this way, regardless of language barriers. Respect should be a basic expectation in any business.

Overpriced and rude people working there. Manager had to be called for a return that i just bought and she got into a huff because i had the nerve to change my mind on a dish. Then insisted on combing through my receipt to make sure i paid for everything that i already bought. Also- don’t forget to bring your own bags of course-AND newspaper or whatever else, if your buying anything breakable. But most importantly-always “remind” whoever is checking you out-that you have the Goodwill card, where as you get points/money off, the more you spend. There’s certain cashiers there that “forget” to ask.

Some stores are not well organized. Some racks are half full and others are stuffed. Place all same price together, instead of mixing them up, get rid of the loyalty program and reduce the prices.

The cashier was so patronizing for no good reason. The check-out area was empty and she was doing nothing, so I asked very nicely if I could leave 1 bowl at the desk until I was done shopping. Before I could even finish asking she cut me off and said, “No you cannot! You’re going to carry that bowl with you!” There are so many nicer ways to say the same thing. I’ve left fragile items at the register before at other Goodwill locations without issue. Regardless, her tone was arrogant. I think she thought I was a child and that she could get away with taking a condescending tone with me. Totally unnecessary and soiled the experience.

This review is for the Donation Center only. I visited during my lunch hour on a Wednesday, and it was quite busy. Expect to wait in your car for at least 20 minutes. You can stay in your vehicle while they unload your items from the trunk. The only downside was the wait time. It's a one-lane waiting line, so it's best to come when you don't have to be anywhere soon. If you need to leave and there's no one behind you, you can reverse out of the line, though I wouldn't recommend this for safety reasons. If you have clothes to donate, they have a clothing donation bin in the Wells Fargo parking lot down the street.

The customer service is a little low key. And the donated unused items are always priced too high. Two left field for me. I come here once or twice a year. One day they get some new employees that respect their customers.

Been shopping here because its the nearest thrift store but in recent weeks the pricing has become crazy. All dress being around $17.00 and if a t shirt is in decent condition it will be $11.00 even if it's a target brand. I found a T-shirt with 5 dollar price tag from Target marked as 11.00. Very disappointed. I like to thrift shop because it's better for the environment and cost efficient but with their prices being the same as shein or Amazon you might as well get something brand new.

Not the best goodwill.around. The store was messy and dirty.Very small/Poor selection (most of the furniture was broken or not worth being sold). And the staff were not happy to be working. IMO asking an injured customer on crutches to put an unwanted item back.on the shelf is not exactly good customer service. Will stick.to the other locations.

Store empty and over priced. The male that works there is creepy and thinks it appropriate to follow people around trying to engage in conversation and 2) comment on the things that people are buying. The entire staff other than the processing team all stood at the register “Posted up” talking about what money they were going to exchange out the register coupled with having prolonged conversation while I’m being checked out. Meaning; the staff who was checking me out stepped off 3 times to continue her personal conversation with the other team members. I love camaraderie at work but it becomes a problem when that is more important than taking my money and letting me go. Overall underwhelmed!

My son (special needs) and I went to this location to look for luggage. My son saw a $15 suitcase that he wanted to purchase. We looked around at some other items and by the time we got the register, I noticed that the tag was gone. Basically, the tag slipped off while my son was walking around looking at other items. When my son approached the cashier and greeted him; the cashier said nothing back. I told the cashier that the tag must have fallen off, so he called a manager for a price check. While we were waiting on the manager, I started looking around real quick to see if I could find the tag. I did not see the tag and by the time I got back to the register the manager was present. The manager said that the suitcase would be $20 because it is in "good condition". I told him that the tag said, $15. The manager abruptly said, "where is the tag then"? At this point, I addressed my son and asked him to retrace his steps. As I walked with my son to see if we could find the tag together; the manager felt the need to tell me in a condensing tone that the "tag must say suitcase too, not just $15". Though my son and I saw plenty of tags on the floor in different areas, we did not see the tag that accompanied the suitcase. So, I decided not to buy the suitcase. As we were walking out, I tried to thank the cashier, but he was so busy gossiping to a co-worker that he never even noticed us. I am not upset about the price of $20 even though the original tag stated $15. There were other suitcases the same color, size and condition that had the price tag of $15. I could've easily pulled a $15 tag off of one of the other suitcases, but it wasn't that serious. I also wanted to show my son that the next time that he picks up something to buy to make sure that he is mindful of the tag as some do slip off. My problem is this...I have been coming on and off to this Goodwill for years. The workers there are some the rudest people I have ever encountered in life and I am four decades in. The don't like greeting you, they talk to you in a nasty tone, or like you are stupid, they hate showing you items in the display, they hate having to stop putting clothes on the rack to rang you up. They ALL seem miserable as heck. I have been in that store and seen customers complain about these workers countless number of times. The manager could have kindly stated to me that if I couldn't find the original tag that they would sell it for $20, but the attitude was so unnecessary! It's not what you say sometimes, it's how you say it. It is not the managers fault that the tag slipped off, but why are you all so awful and rude! If you don't like working with people why don't you get another job where you don't have to engage with customers. The same energy that you guys put into dressing those mannequins so weird, you should take some training in basic customer service skills 101.

This is a large and very neat store. Strangely, the donation center is a drive-through (not a walk-up). Some items are over-priced but I suspect that they lower costs once something has been sitting on the market for long enough since the two arm chairs I got for $5 each had layers of stickers with higher prices. The manager was forgiving of my unbelievably dense (and in retrospect selfish) walk-up donation and even went so far as to help me load the arm chairs on a sweltering day out. If you are hunting for household items or furniture, this might be the location you find it. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I hadn't been to this location for awhile and sad to see how much they are pricing items up now. I am not someone who usually gripes at Goodwill pricing up some things, they always miss ALOT but this was literally every other item marked up at their 'boutique' prices. Bare minimum an item should be a significant discount from what you could get it for new at the store. Pictures to show what I mean. I still found items to purchase but it makes me hesitant to come back to this location. I don't want to overthink my thrift purchases because of the price. They aren't paying for their inventory!

Seem like the cashier really don't want to be there ,or you need to train your people to be more polite,I was checking a big box whit dresses that you have in there and the cashier scream at me all the way from the register "DON'T TOUCH THAT " when you can just put a sign or at least be a little more respectful. Than when I get to the register ready to paid she was talking whit another coworker and she turns to see me and just said "WHAT?", I was ready to leave the stuff there and just walk away but your company is not about her behavior.

What most people don't realize is that goodwill has a website to sell any high priced items that get donated to the store. They don't make it out of the back. Ever realize this?? Also know that the store is a franchise store! Not what you think it is. Also what people don't know is that alot of people are working at the store to work off community service hours. I have never had a bad experience in the store but know what goes on. I try to treat everyone the same, sometimes just being nice to a cashier will make their day alot better!

Well, my experience was good at first. Until I had to return a ladies' suit after bringing it home and finding out it didn't fit (because dressing rooms are still closed due to COVID). When I took the suit back, the cashier rang the return up wrong and charged me again for the suit to my credit card instead of crediting a refund to my card. I left and was about 5 minutes away before I realized her error. Had to turn around and go back. Thankfully a manager corrected the issue. But it was a bit annoying and time consuming to have to go back a THIRD time before the issue was (hopefully-both charges are still pending on my card with no credit noted) resolved.

So I reported to store workers that a sicko was going around the store recording this woman's butt and they did NOTHING! The girl laughed at first went and told a guy working there, then they proceeded to discuss and still did absolutely NOTHING! DISGUSTING. I will never shop at this location again, the sicker part of this is that he had kids with him, the lady was alone and he literally pushed of the kids out of the way to record. When he noticed I saw him he stopped for a min. Then started back up and I pointed out both ppl to staff. The man recording was a Caucasian male look to be in his late 40s and he was recording this other Caucasian woman who was alone shopping in the store. I'm just disappointed in the lack of response and actions of the associates!

This place is exactly as nasty others have previously stated. Staff let the man in front of us get out of his car to drop off donations. My wife got out of our car to simply reorganize the back to make it easier for them to grab items. They barked at her. We both told them to chill our. He just kept talking over us. Should have just chucked the bags out the back into the ground. Seriously get over yourselves. Get another job if you hate what you do that much.

You can always find something great here and if you get the good will card you can earn back cash to use on future purchases! Left here yesterday with two pairs of shoes that had absolutely zero signs of wear!

I always have a great time at my favorite Goodwill. Me and my 13 yrs old Grandson just love that wonderful woman at the checkout, she's very helpful and we always leave with a smile. Very clean, organized and always have great prices on great items everyone needs. My 36 yrs old daughter got jealous and now she's going too! LOL

I went to this store today to donate several items. I arrived around 5:40 not knowing there was a time limit of when you can donate. I waited in line patiently and then spoke to the cashier who was a older Black lady with a short hairstyle. She acted as if I was bothering her and had a very rude attitude and look on her face. She snapped at me saying “you’re going to have to come back tomorrow because it’s closed, you came too late.” If she would’ve told me in a nicer tone and body language I would’ve gladly came tomorrow. She was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her, I will find somewhere else to take my items. I was just trying to help.

Well organized clean store, offering clothing and household items. I hoped to find costume jewelry but did not see any. The second hand shoes and dresses were very good quality, clean, and a wide selection. Good prices. There were signs and price tags for to indicate item price for most items, but not all.
