The advisors are really nice, they give you a reasonable amount of wait times. They answer all our questions politely, the new manager was really so accomodating!

Wayne made a world of a difference with the stress of getting a flat tire. His communication with timing and price estimates was great, and we will definitely be back in the future!

I've been getting tires here for 5+ years and service is always quick and friendly. On my most recent visit on 2/10/26 for a tire patch, Marvin was particularly excellent. The patch was covered under the warranty, and Marvin got me in and out in under an hour.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at ANY establishment. Ever. 4 hours after my original appointment (oil change), my car was still sitting in the parking lot. No one provided me updates on timing so I decided to leave. When I asked for my keys back, an employee got angry at me and yelled at me from his desk in the next room. I figured me wanting to leave wouldn’t be a surprise given the time, and I expected to walk away with a smile and a “have a nice day.” But for some reason this man took it personally that I couldn’t spend my whole day there. I was going to give 2 stars, because when I called yesterday to schedule the service, the person I spoke with was friendly and got me scheduled quickly. But everything else was so bad that there’s no way I could give 2 stars. As people say - I’d give zero stars if I could. I hope the man behind the desk - slight build, goatee, baseball cap - at least gets some training. No part of my interaction with him was acceptable.

I cane in for a battery and was assisted by Marvin. He was very nice chained my options and the warranty that gives with my battery. He’s a great Custer service rep and I’m glad to be a Firestone customer.

The guys over here at this Firestone were amazing! They helped me understand even when I had a thousand and one questions. They made sure I understood what my car needed.

Great service from start to finish. Jawanda and Duane were amazing. Brandon recommended I take my vehicle to the Firestone on Loch Raven Blvd., where I received new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. The customer service was excellent, and my vehicle has never run so smoothly. Compared to the dealer, I paid a fraction of the cost for maintenance. Thank you all. I would highly recommend.

My car battery died and I was able to be seen the same day and the whole visit took less than 45 minutes. Staff was so kind and helpful!!!

They did it again!!! My dealership did a multi point inspection and it reas that my battery was gone. Fast forward to Wednesday when I needed a jump and now the firestone auto shop check that I needed a new battery and the warranty is good for three years!!! I am very satisfied with my service once again!!

Marvin, have timely and perfect costumer service, I came in for one tire, but also needed brakes they were able to get everything done on time. Highly recommended Jawanda the new manger also is super nice and both are informative ?

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe to the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Loch Raven Blvd, Baltimore MD after experiencing serious drivability issues, including sudden power loss while driving, warning lights appearing, hesitation, backfiring, and loss of power steering. I paid for a diagnostic service and was then advised to approve nearly $1,000 in recommended repairs and maintenance services, which I did in good faith, believing they were intended to address the problem I reported. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved at all. Two days later, the car stopped driving and left me stranded. After towing my vehicle to another mechanic, that mechanic identified a clear mechanical problem that explained the symptoms — something that was not addressed during my visit to Firestone. After reviewing the invoice more closely, many of the services performed were routine or preventative maintenance (fluid exchanges, fuel system cleaning, etc.) and not clearly connected to diagnosing or fixing a dangerous power-loss condition. While I understand diagnostics are not guaranteed, I do expect recommendations to reasonably relate to the problem that brought me in. The staff was polite, but I left feeling that I paid for a large amount of work that did not solve — or even meaningfully investigate — the actual issue. Don't go to Firestone.

I made a last minute appointment on Saturday for Sunday and they were able to see me and get me taken care of for a full set of tires. Marvin was especially nice and helpful and I would highly recommend!

Phenomenal, quick service. Flat tire hit at the worst time (as is usual). Jawanda at the front was helpful, honest, and supportive. An hour later, back on the road at a fair price.

Jawanda at the front was very polite and friendly. She greeted me as soon as I walked in which I know may not seem like much but a lot of ppl do not know good customer service these days. I was also satisfied with the timely matter of which they got things done while even calling the day of and fitting me in for an oil change on a Saturday.

I made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off and it was ready in an hour and a half which was great. The people were friendly and the price was very good. I will definitely come back!

Jawanda saves the day! In short I had a bone head moment and locked my keys and cellphone my car. I walked into Firestone Complete care and Jawanda allowed me to sit and gather my thoughts to figure out a plan. She even used her own phone to link me to my insurance carrier who solved my issue. Came into Firestone today off a hunch and a follow up call. Miss Jawanda answered the phone and let’s just say my car was at the store within an hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE, attention to detail is A1, and the customer communication compiled with a transparent review of my vehicle and services can not be matched. 10/10 recommend!!

Marvin Smith is a very excellent specialist to work with. For starters, he's brought back excellent customer service. He's very thorough in explaining the car issues before your car is worked on, and explaining (with the receipts) the outcome of the completed work. I highly recommend Loch Raven firestone for your car service needs.
