They was sent out to tow my work Van and literally comes out with the wrong tow truck and stated that another one was coming in 20 mins, as I waited it was an hour when the next tow guy came and he had a very VERY rude and nasty attitude to whereas my co-worker had to come out and calm me down as I was getting more frustrated with this driver. I wouldn’t dare recommend these people to any company let alone my personal vheicle and from these past reviews it’s seems like this is normal transaction of behavior here and everyone is stating the same facts and issues that I experience as well. I would like of the owners contact me or else I’ll go to the city of Baltimore to file a Bad Business complaint against this vendor for sure.
This company, or whoever these people are they are crooks. They have a brilliant set up, but then the tow truck driver (crook) tried to ask me to send him a copy of my title (front and back). His cellphone number appears to be California when I'm in Maryland. He said he needed it before he will come pickup the truck. Now, I already sent the VIN number to prove I have the vehicle. When I texted the tow truck driver why he needs a copy of the title he texted me back, "HE NEEDS A COPY OF MY TITLE FRONT AND BACK". I called him. He said, "Don’t question him", and hung up on me.
I tried to call back several times, but he didn't answer.
No one ever needs a copy of your title.
I would never business with this company, ever.
I called a set an appointment with these guys and the day of my appointment I was completely ignored did not get any service. Completely unprofessional.
Please be careful all of you . They didn’t gave me price which I was asking before pickup my car and they only take cash which is unfair. It was just 8 mile from w Timonium York rd to Loch raven firestone and charge $150 .I post this to make everyone aware Thankyou .
