The person that work her took the pin pad and signed my signature for a refund I did not approve of. I asked them to refund everything in one transaction. Furthermore, I returned wipers that I was assured would fit my vehicle, I asked twice, they did not fit. I told the staff twice that pieces were missing from the wipers, I was ignored. Don’t come here!!!!!

Meant to do this last week but there was a guy there with dreads that was sick and he was going home. As he was walking home I had asked him, unknowingly that he was sick at the time, to look at my wiper blades. I hadn’t bought them from Autozone and he joked with me about not helping. Then he came over warning me that he was sick, and took care of my wiper blades in seconds! For that I’ll always recommend this Autozone!
The staff were incredibly unhelpful. They refused to even look up if a part was in stock. There were no other customers in the store and there were 3 staff members just chatting at the front.
Went to this location to try to get coolant fluid at 7:50 am doors are locked called the store a young lady answered saying she can’t open the door because the manager is not there That she went to the store so she can’t serve customers Thought this was very unprofessional if you open up at 7:30 and no one cannot come in until a manager is present because she wants the store

Tried to return a temperature switch that was unused and in the box in the alotted time frame and without a receipt and I was denied even though I had the return code on my phone from my account.....Per their instructions on the back of all of their paper receipts I didn't even need that....All young people are not lazy however this young man was and has no business working the front counter......Transaction Took place 3:27 pm at the Taylor Avenue location
This place is the best Raye treats me like family always remembers me and what I generally need. The way he handles customers and runs the store is nothing short of professional. This is the only place I shop because I get treated well. I highly recommend this store .
This place is amazing!! Upon walking in I was greeted by everyone in unison. I’ve been in this store multiple times so I know this is how their store operates. The new manager there Ray and his entire crew did such an amazing job tending to not only me but all of the customers. When I asked about the customer service he replied that he wants to be the chick fil a of Autozone! Please shout this manager out for his amazing dedication to customer service and the culture he created in that store!
This place is MAGNIFICENT!! There isn’t another store I would go to. Rae, the store manager provides exceptional customer service as well as Temar and Rob! I absolutely love the ambiance-there’s music playing all the time, beautiful smiles, and all around positive attitudes. Great work Store 5981!
Absolutely excellent! My car has been driving shaky for the last few days. Engine light came on, they ran diagnostics and after buying a box of ignition coils and a few spark plugs, my mechanic is ready to pop them in! Everyone there is great, but if you can, ask for Roman!
The guys here were incredible! I had my elderly father in the car and the battery died. We got a jump and headed to Auto Zone as neighbors had said good things. Sure enough, Rae, the Manager and Roman took exceptional care of us! They had battery options specific to our car in stock, and installed it. Can't thank you guys enough for your incredible service. This autozone doesnt have everything, but they have enough to suit the majority of the needs I have when I need to fill in the gaps on a project. The staff is like family and remembers you when you frequent there.
This location fulfills a perfect niche of the little plugs, sockets, exhaust tube, solvents and materials that I need. Also ask about the lifetime warranty on brake components and batteries, its insane. Advanced autoparts wont take returns when this location will. Again, the staff are amazing, and human, this is my go to autozone if I ever need anything they could possibly have.
I recently just had the most beautiful experience at the Taylor Avenue 5981 store. These employees are the epitome of what excellent customer service should be. Rae the store manager and Bryana the commercial manager are such a good pair as they are so attentive to the needs of the customer. Even when dealing with me every single customer still got greeted and helped. Please give these two whatever incentive can be given because they definitely deserve it. I’ll definitely be back!!
Outstanding customer service this evening from Trey, Rob and Cuz! We were immediately greeted by them as soon as my husband and I walked through the doors with an upbeat and positive “Hi how can we help you?” We seriously haven’t come across this in a very long time shopping, which is hard to come by nowadays! Trey helped us find the windshield wipers we needed for our son’s car and even went the extra step providing outstanding customer service and happily offered to put them on for us! We didn’t have the car there, but we were so impressed with his eagerness to provide us with the help we needed even beyond our purchase! We always come to this Auto Zone (Loch Raven & Taylor Towson Store) for this very reason! They make the difference and they should get kudos and receive recognition for their outstanding customer service, eagerness to help, and their upbeat kind and genuine spirit! You leave there feeling relieved because your problem you came in with needing help was not only fixed/helped, but also feeling uplifted and grateful! Outstanding service and price/value! Thank you!
This was my second time visiting this Autozone. Both times workers were very helpful, patient and kind. I especially wanted to thank Temar for helping us with replacement of our burnt out headlight bulb. He made sure I was aware of my options for the replacement and was very efficient in making sure we could get home safely with both headlights working correctly. Thank you!
Great store, great employees. Bought some break calipers and got a free warrant for life on them. They said bring them back when they are finished and we will give you a fresh set upon turning in the oldies. Two men and young lady working the counter were super nice, friendly, personable, and helpful. The young lady answered the phone earlier when I had called and she was the one at the counter when I arrived and was beyond helpful, friendly, and nothing short of lovely.
Shawn was so helpful my car battery was loose and he fixed it. He also gave me a hug and told me everything would be fine because I was about to lose my mind. I appreciate him Shawn is the best. He deserve a raise.
Reggie in there was a tremendous help. I came in there to replace a failing car battery. The man Reggie offered to help me test my battery, and chatted me up about the issues I was having with it. Based on the conversation, he realized that my old battery may be under warranty, which I was completely ignorant of. I had planned to just walk in and buy a battery. But in about 5 seconds he looked up my info, confirmed it, and sent me on my way with a free replacement. He didn’t have to look out for me like that, but he did. Excellent customer service. There was another guy there helping test the battery who helped us figure all this out, but I did not catch his name. But he was great too. Plus, this has been my main automotive store for about 3 years and every time I come in there it’s clean, stocked, and organized. Things can change quickly in retail but as of today 06-11-23, this is easily my favorite auto store.
On the surface this location doesn’t seem to be in a great area, but inside everything is perfectly organized and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive. Unfortunately they did not have the battery in stock that I needed, but they printed out the information and gave me a list of other locations that had it in stock. I would 100% go here again. Every transaction that I observed while I was at this store was respectful and positive.
