Excellent service from the manager and the team Prompt in work orders at all times and above all please with the community.

This place is located in a great spot nearby shopping centers and also with great staff, they help out and are very attentive and kind. Thank you Edwin for your professionalism and what a nice apartment

Lack of communication I put my application in last MONTH it’s still in process pending no one in the office but Edwin can tell me anything and he’s never there. Edwin was rude and questioning my life instead of updating me on my apartment

I have been with Wildercroft Terrace for almost 3 years and I have met many people in the office since i been living there, but Mr Edwin is so amazing with everything and he is so professional about everything and I give this community a 10 plus with 5 stars, keep up the Awesome work, they need more people like Mr Edwin.

I decided to give this place a try to apply for residence moving out of state. Let’s just say, I was glad the process DID not move forward. After getting my questions out that I had I had finally felt comfortable applying for the “so called” unit that was available & I did, Edwin I believe was his name who was supposed to be the agent acted as if he literally did not or could not answer the phone EVER. Which made it difficult to actually feel like my needs were being met. After about 3-4 business days I was told we are sorry but the apartment you applied for is no longer available. My issue wasn’t that the apt wasn’t available anymore because things do happen, but I was first told oh you’ll get a yes or no decision within 20-30 minutes, then that turned into 3-4 days when obviously you knew before hand the place was never available so you took my money and then didn’t even really try to accommodate worth nothing. Then Edwin said oh well we have an apt for damn near $1400 a month without utilities included for a junior one bedroom? No sir. At all. To me, this place maybe for someone but it WAS NOT for me a straight robbery & the run around. The only reason I left two stars was because of Estephany a sweet young lady who was kind enough to answer the phone when the supposed agent I was supposed to be dealing with did not. The lack of professionalism I felt from this complex and Edwin was the it for me, cause If you act like this to a prospect tenant I’d hate to see what happens when you actually live there. With that said, I’m okay. Luckily I ended up finding somewhere to go nonetheless. And no…. Wildercroft, do not change the truth here because y’all know what y’all did, I did apply and was greatly lied to, you should’ve reached out as soon as the apartment wasn’t available anymore. YALL ARE TERRIBLE. But to the tenants that do life there I hope y’all treat them with the respect y’all did not do for me, cause Lord knows oooof y’all a mess over here tryna act like ya not. It’s CALLED COMMUNICATION.

Where do I start, I would like to say the customer service is... outstanding for the reason that I just recently came into the US and was able to find a place to call home. Everywhere I searched were just unpleasant presence but as soon as I met Edwin, I knew this was the place. The apartment is spacious and the price is just right. Thank you for providing us with a place to call home.

I have been living here for like 4 years and I have to say things have definitely changed from maintenance to the office staff... all for the better, they are excellent and thank everyone for their hard work and customer service. I would recommend this place. Kudos to the team: Bobbie, Sherrita, Melvin and Edwin. Awesome people

Its a nice place to live in but its expensive now. The air condition system and heaters are old and not functioning well especially the heater, in winter you better have your personal heater or else.....

Love it here almost a 1 year ago My family use to love it.The mouses ran me out…..The property is nice but the mouses it outrageous.The property’s manager the staff and the Maintenance Mens Are great But they have and infestations and It’s not staff fault they only can do what the Company allow them to do.The Mouses ran me out last October 2021 So if you not dealing with them not That’s great But soon or later you will I over look the issues because the staff try but soon I couldn’t sleep the crawling on shelves beds. I move in 2017 and Move out 2021 After the mouses wasn’t out of Control but from 2019 to 2021

I have been living here since January 28, 2022. Everything about the property is great. I love it here. I feel very safe and it's quiet. Sherrita and Edwin are very nice. The staff treats us great and handles situations very well. The assistant manager, Sherrita, she is awesome. She was the one who worked with me getting my apartment at Wildercroft. She is very patient, pleasant, helpful, and nice to work with. The maintenance team are very quick with responding to my requests and they are very friendly. I have had Welington fixed a few things in my apartment so far. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he is always happy to be of assistance. The community is very clean and well kept. The cleaning lady here does a really good job at keeping the laundry room, stairwell, and outdoor area clean. I would recommend my friends to live here.

This community is not safe! Someone broke the mailboxes in building F but the leasing office has not fixed them (see pictures) . The mailboxes have been broken for 2 months and the election date is soon. A few packages have disappeared in the past and today, just today someone opened one of my packages. Finding parking is not possible after 6:00 pm because spaces are limited. This community is cheap and affordable but is not safe.

Rental office lies, washing machines don't work you put in dirty clothes you get back wet dirty clothes, the worse place I could have moved to.

PURE HELL I WENT THREW FOR 4 MONTHS. MY FIRST NIGHT I CAUGHT A MOUSE AND HANDED IT RITE TO MAINTENANCE. FROM THAT NIGHT ON I MANAGED TO CATCH 11 MICE PER MONTH. I CALLED THE RENTAL OFFICE AND THEY THOUGHT THAT PUTTING TRAPS DOWN IS OK AND I SHOULD BE OK. EXSTIRMINATON DID NOT HELP THE WHOLE 4 MONTHS NOTHing WORKED THE MICE ARE IN THE WALLS THEY JUMP OUT OF THE FURNACE THEY ARE ON THE STOVE THERE ARE OVER 20 TRAPS IN MY HOME IT GOT SO DISGUSTING I JUST UP AND MOVED....DO NOT GO THERE WORST PARKING EVER AND U WILL SEE THE RATS FIGHTING BY THE TRASH AREA YES TRASH AREA NO DUMPSTERS. I HAD LEAKS MICE POWER OUTAGES MY HOME SMELLED OF GAS VERY OFTEN STOVE WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO NICE DUPLEX BUT NOT FOR A HARDWORKER DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE I SWEAR.THEY TAKE THE TIME TO FIX THE LINES IN THE LOT BUT NOT FIX THE MICE INFESTATION

The rental office is rude, sneaky they listen to the other tenants you get videod , taken pictures of, mice infestation you can't have guest in peace they favor foreigners the maintenance man was drinking beers with the tenants out front he also tells the manager all your business big snitch tenants are nosy

Now I’m not typically the one to write review but I had to write one about this community especially with all that I have endured. Okay where do I begin...I'll start with the positive. The location of the place is convenient (public transportation, Rite Aid & Family Dollar across the street), not far from most stores and the beltway (295, 495, 50). The parking entrance into the community is so small and tight that two cars can barely fit going in and out of the community; especially if you have a trunk like I do. The property manager (Ms. Lois McCray) appeared to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about renting apartments. The property manager showed me an open model and it was very nice. I was pleased with what I saw. I signed the lease a few days later. The community and staffs appears to be friendly at first but it’s a thing where they say you’ll find out their true colors later. They do not work with you to resolve situations; instead they write you up. Also, you’ll find the property manager (Ms. Lois) and office secretary (Sandra) are mean and not so courteous as they appeared to be. The maintenance team; particularly the light skin dude (Jerry) is very rude and come into your apartment as he wishes. It takes forever for the service team to respond to maintenance requests; and when it’s done. It’s NEVER on time. Plus they think they can walk in & out your apt anytime. For example, he came knocked at my apartment door one night around 1am talking about he was investigating a neighbor’s complaint. And the pother time he came to do some follow up work in my apartment and wasted oil all in my oven and my kitchen floor and had the audacity to leave the mess only to come home and put my oven on and there were smoke everywhere. The rent increases every year so you’ll end up paying more than expected. One will think they ride the rent for the purpose of remodeling but NO. The neighbors are nice but there is one particular nosey lady that lives in building 6811; Apt 101 that snitches on everything and even goes as far as calling the police about every DAMN THING. One night she called the police and made up false allegation about noise disturbance during the day when we was NEVER home and had just walked into out apartment around 9:30pm. There are many thugs were hanging in the building shooting craps and smoking weed. It was dangerous especially coming home late. There's also a random undercover police officer that parks at the top of the hill, and no one really knows what he's investigating. All in all, I honestly wouldn't really recommend this property. It's cheap, but is cheap for a reason. You've been warned. If you were thinking about moving to this property, I’ll hardly suggest you look some place else because this place is NOT worth the money. All in all, I honestly wouldn't really recommend this property. It's cheap, but cheap for a reason. DO NOT DO IT -- You will regret it!!!!!
