Used to shop but it is owned by Bezos so we quit going. MoMs is a much better local option.

Rude and uncomfortable interaction near registers on Saturday January 24th around 12:30-1:00 pm, I briefly stood near the registers by the wall (I was trying not to block the walking path) for less than 10 seconds while looking for my Amazon return QR code. A rude employee (middle-aged woman with short hair wearing a light blue long-sleeve shirt) approached me from behind and repeatedly said, “Excuse me! Excuse me! You can’t stand here! You can't stand here! This is for checkouts!” while making shooing gestures with her hands. While I understand if I wasn’t allowed in that area (I didn't know), her tone and her gestures were unnecessarily aggressive and rude. After I began moving away as instructed, she started walking extremely close behind me, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and excessive. She continued to hover around while I searched for my code near the Amazon returns area. I only come to this place for Amazon returns and sometimes I'll buy something while I'm there. But this place has never been welcoming to everyone. After being treated this way, I’ll find a different place to handle Amazon returns so I don’t have to return to this store ever again.

I’m very disappointed with the level of disrespect I received while in the store. The employee named Nichols was standoffish and very lackadaisical when I asked for help. Instead of being attentive or courteous, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, and this experience was neither

Excellent store. Hard to find parking (and there was plenty of parking space, just none to be found). They have an Amazon Returns desk in the front and 2+ employees to assist with Amazon Returns. Store is clean. Store is very popular, seen by lack of parking in the ample parking lot and LOTS of shoppers coming and going the entire time. Healthy food options from what I saw while there.

Usually go here to drop off my Amazon returns. Always helpful, efficient, and courteous. I recently decided to chow down on a piece of pizza from the deli counter. It was so good, I decided to get a whole cheese to take home. We now get our pizza from there. Price-wise on par with elsewhere but loads better

My experience was a mixed bag. I grabbed a meal from the warm food bar and everything was great, except for the broccoli, large chunks of an essentially raw vegetable, not even lightly steamed. As dessert, I had a macaroon from the cookie section, sadly it was gross, like it's been sitting there for over a week. As other ppl said, certain items are very expensive, while others, I noticed, rival the prices of Lidl and Aldi's. Customer service has always been great at this location.

I experienced racism with one of your employees at this Whole foods yetersday Wednesday October 8, 2025. Attached is the receipt in hopes that you all will know who this man is. I purchased self serve food. I paid for my items and proceeded to leave when I heard him ask this causaun lady if she wanted a bag and I indicated that I would like a bag to put my food in too. He placed the bag on the counter and did not want to put my food in the bag which I know is his job. I have always enjoyed shopping at this Whole Foods but I don't believe I will be shopping here anymore because I will not tolerate this kind of so call service. I. did report this incident to Ms. Angela. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter. If I could rate 0 I would.

I was at the deli counter today to get some meat and the gentlemen making the sushi was coughing and not covering his mouth. He did it several times. When he saw me looking at him he drank some water but that did not alleviate the cough. He was maskless. I pointed it out to the young lady packaging the desserts. She told me if I wasn't getting sushi it would be the other young lady who would wait on me. I was there around 12:30 if you want to check your cameras.

We went to Amazon for a return and did some grocery shopping at Whole Foods. The store was well-staffed, clean, and offered the consistently high-quality products we’ve come to expect.

I like this wholefoods a lot. It’s super chill and have ample parking. I feel like people who come here are super chill too. They always have police presence tho. Maybe that’s why it’s peaceful.

Everything is kind of organized in a strange way, like juice drinks...saw them in like 4 different areas, not counting refrigerated units near checkout. Different brands in different places but generic store brand in all of them. Also kind of expensive, I understand why...it's supposed to be using healthier ingredients, still seems predatory when there are farmers markets all over to go to. Good variety of foodstuffs so overall just okay.

This location seems to offer a good balance between location, ambiance and service. Parking was plentiful, employees were pleasant and helpful, inventory was clean and fresh. I went there to use the Amazon return desk and ended up staying to enjoy the totally wonderful eclectic marketplace.

Quite the amazing and convenient Whole Foods, and the assortment of dates straight from Saudi Arabia won me over. Tons of parking outside and they also have a great selection for whatever you need.

Glad to have a store of this caliber in the area as Prince Georges County is often overlooked. The store offered many options and seem to be pretty popular. There were several items I was looking for in the staff was very helpful with locating items and answering questions. Overall, the store was clean.

Please start shelving the romaine lettuce stalk down because the tops ..the part we eat ...get damaged and yucky from the dirty wet shelves. Please stop putting stickers on all the produce especially the potatoes and cauliflower. It's really weird. Hanging bananas on the thin metal rods ruins the bananas, causing early decay from the stems. These things are clearly weird and inappropriate habits.

Whole Foods is primarily an organic market. I find it comforting to know that the food I'm buying is free from pesticides. I'll be glad when supermarkets start to address the problem of plastics and PFOS. When that happens, Whole Foods will be one of the leaders. I would give this market a five-star review except for the hot bar.It's almost entirely highly processed food. This is still an elite market.

This is a huge thank you to Lorenzo who works here - such a kind, friendly, thoughtful person! I saw the ridiculously giant pumpkins they were selling and would never have been able to get it in my car alone (despite really trying) - and even though I'm pretty sure he was on a break (and on a phone call!), I heard him tell his friend he would call him back later, and came over and lifted this MASSIVE thing into my car. Just the nicest guy. Thank you!!!!

Sure there are less expensive stores but I do enjoy shopping at Whole Foods. I’m a visual person and the displays are right in my element. I’m also an Amazon prime member and that helps when I treat myself to specials like 12 oysters for 12 dollars on Fridays and half price items on Tuesdays.

Very easy to order and do in store pick up. The aisles were really clean and staff was friendly. Plenty of specials and Amazon prime perks. I try going early as this location can get packed. Their hot food bar, sushi bar, seafood section and produce area are always fully stocked

This Whole Foods Market offers a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Staff was friendly and this store was clean. The parking spaces are very narrow side by side, you can’t hardly open up your car door. Parking spaces need a little more space for open a vehicle door.

This store is located in a nice place with a bunch of restaurants. But during the covid times, the store needs to regulate the number of people inside. There were too many people inside. Apart from that, the produce is nice and fresh. It’s not as expensive, just a bit pricy though.!

Smaller then most but I've gotten better service here. I like whole foods due to the free range no pesticide / glyphosate foods. The organic nature should reduce the pesticide /herbacide food print. They have a wide variety of cofee, rice juice drinks kombucha, cold pressed oils. I loved the cheese and the cheese stand the worker had. Many types of cheese whole foods sells that I dont even know. The salad bar is my primary objective and good for a quick meal. If you want to sit down and eat, plenty of spots are available

I have a different story. I called Whole foods Sunday afternoon to ordered a 4 topping pizza. I asked for sausage , mushroom, onions and pepperoni. What I got was three toppings and uncooked diced "peppers" on the pizza. I tried to ask for a manager, Pia, but the staff said there was no manager "available". Now, I see a ton of great reviews for Whole Foods at University Park and I believe them. Maybe the color of my skin precipitated the lack luster response to correct an error on Whole Foods part. I truly think, just watching how staff respond to different ethnicities, that their is some priority of service based on who they think is really important, or more to the point, who they think will be listened to if a complaint is lodged. I got a lack luster pizza and I did not want to wait for another one to be baked nor did I just want to walk away since I had taken the time to drive over to pick up the order. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND STOP JUDGING WHO YOU CAN PROVIDE DECENT SERVICE TO AND WHO YOU CAN IGNORE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HARD IF YOU TRULY WANT TO DO GOOD BUSINESS. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I ORDER ANYTHING FROM WHOLE FOODS AT UNIVERSITY PARK/COLLEGE PARK.

This Riverdale Park Station Route 1/Rhode Island Avenue location is very clean, neat and convenient near Maryland University College Park campus. The hot and cold food bars are smaller and provide fewer choices than the Bestheda location I frequent the most. Kids will enjoy the mini water feature especially on those hot summer days. The area is still under construction but nice.

great addition to Prince George county. nice large store with healthy food selection. wonderful fresh fish and seafood. Much needed.
