I’d like to formally recognize Jai at Firestone Complete Auto Care for her outstanding service and professionalism. From early this morning through the time I picked up my vehicle, she was consistently attentive, responsive, and proactive. Jai communicated clearly, followed through on every detail, and made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and reassuring. Her efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care reflect extremely well on Firestone as a company. Employees like Jai set the standard for customer experience and brand trust. I strongly hope her leadership team recognizes her contributions, as she is a true asset to the organization.

This was a terrible experience. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, but a female staff member told me that an engine oil change would take an hour and a half and that it would go past their closing time. She then unilaterally canceled my reservation. As a result, I wasted an hour just traveling there for nothing. Canceling a customer’s appointment like this was completely irresponsible. You should not treat customers this way just because you want to leave work early.

The guy at the front was polite, professional, knowledgeable and let me know my cost up front which I appreciated. The wait wasn't too long either. I will definitely be back.

Thank you Jai for your awesome customer service. You were understanding, nice. Thank you to the service workers for being quick and prompt. You all were my life savers this morning. I appreciate you all and would recommend people to come get service from this particular place. If ever I need service again. I will be coming back here.

It was a cool service! I got released an hour early! Did took a while for one tire. That’s my I’m giving 4 stars. Would have been five if they would’ve have explained the wait! I’ll bring a water next time

Jay was very welcoming along side with Christian. Christian at the front was a wonderful person and very patient and professional. Had questions and he was able to answer all of them! Highly recommend this location. For oil changes!

Ms.Cassie was very helpful with helping me get my friend vehicle serviced. Upon check out, I had the pleasure to be assisted by Jai, very nice and pleasant. I love the business and operation Ms.Cassie runs. I'll be back to get all the work done, in March for the epic event!!!

Brian was helpful & just about ‘spot on’ w/his est. time for completion! However, the ‘Firestone’ Website took my Car info, but then offered up Coupons / Discounts which DON’T even apply for my vehicle!?! So, i/o getting a Standard $29+ Oil Change, my choice was limited to a Blend’ or ‘Full’ Synthetic option at a much higher rate of~ $70 - $110 respectively. Felt underhanded.

Jai is always super helpful and she has helped me get my car back up and running on multiple occasions. I truly recommend this firestone location. They are fair, punctual, and do good work.

Had an excellent experience here from Bryan (?) today (I never got his name, but that’s who is listed on my receipt). Every staff member was incredibly patient and understanding, especially considering that the shop was busy and I came in without an appointment. My car was fixed up hours earlier than anticipated and they even gave me a significant discount. Thank you for making what was the most stressful part of my day into no biggie!

On Saturday, 04 January 2026, I took my truck in for service without a prior appointment and was still able to receive a same-day appointment. A couple of hours later, I was contacted and informed that my truck was ready for pickup. I ordered a Lyft to get there; however, the ride never arrived, and I had to request another Lyft. During this time, a Firestone representative called to inform me that the store would be closing in ten minutes. I explained the situation and that I was on my way. The staff reassured me, made me feel comfortable, and waited for my arrival. I ultimately arrived more than 20 minutes after the store’s closing time, and they still assisted me without hesitation. The team was extremely professional, patient, and understanding. I truly appreciate the phenomenal customer service they provided and the care they showed in ensuring I was able to pick up my vehicle without stress. This experience reflects outstanding professionalism and customer care.

I had the best experience here! I had a battery issue with my car and called ahead of time to see if they could take me without an appointment. The black girl with locks (sorry, I didn’t get her name) I spoke to on the phone was so nice and reassuring! Then I went in person and she was working and even nicer in person. She genuinely turned my day which started off so badly into a much nicer day! I’ve been talking about her to all my friends and family because I haven’t experienced such pleasant customer service in a very long time!

Ms.Cassie and her staff was extremely helpful. The dealership has no idea what they talking about, please come to Firestone if you have any concerns with your vehicle; The Manager staff was very honest!!! We will be back.

Was having problems with my TPMS and called the day before to make an appointment. They got me in quickly the next day and in and out before I had work in the afternoon. Christian was nice—my GOAT. I also worked on graduate school applications in the lounge area but the only downside was that the cooking shows they were playing were making me so hungry. They do have a vending machine though which I was pleasantly surprised by. Anyway turns out I had been driving with a nail in my tire for like three months. Firestone FTW!

These guys were awesome. When my tire pressure monitor went off they were able to help me top up my tires and get back on the road. They reassured me everything else looked good. Can’t say enough nice things about them! They were fast, friendly, and really put me at ease.

I had such a great experience at this Firestone location! Jai was very kind over the phone when I asked to bring my car in same day because my hood was stuck. She remembered me when I came in later, and her and Booz explained the issue and next steps so well. I'm very thankful for such a smooth experience! I definitely recommend!

Great customer service! They got us in earlier than our appointment, gave us a heads up on additional services that may be needed soon without upselling. And we’re helpful in explaining everything! Recommend coming to this location.

My experience at this location is always good! I came in for what was supposed to be an all-day oil change, but Christian R. went above and beyond to get me out hours earlier than quoted. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for customers really stood out. Truly appreciate the extra effort—thank you, Christian! I can’t forget Jay and her politeness with keeping me informed of the recommendations for future service along the wait. They were the dynamic duo today - on a Sunday!

I was working out of town and had a tire issue that needed immediate attention. My wife called for me and they were able to get me in quick with no appointment. Bryan got me back on the road. Front desk was also very helpful. -Justin Curtis

Jai was my care advisor and from the moment I walked in she was very pleasant. She accommodated me although my appointment was for the next day and kept me in the loop during my service. I’d highly recommend.

To make a long story short, I brought a 2004 Chevy Malibu in for an issue with the air intake actuator. For $1500+ the car was fixed up for everything, BUT the air intake. A bit of a silly oversight, however, Cassie saved the day. She was polite, professional, found that there was an error made on the shop's end, and it was corrected. Turned out there was a wiring issue that took less than 10 minutes to fix. Then she gave me the assurance that if the issue DOES persist, she would take of me if I needed to come back. The rest of the work that was done on the car was excellent as well. I appreciated the transparency and accountability taken by this shop, I will be doing all of my future business here when it comes to my car. Thank you Cassie!

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I wanted to schedule online but saw an earlier review about the system not working. So I called after scheduling online, and the person I spoke to told me the online system works fine. He told me that the appointment request would come through within 15 minutes, and he would call me back. He called back sooner than 15 minutes and confirmed the time I requested online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour and a half, and that’s exactly how long it took. The person who answered the phone and works at the counter was very nice. The service was done in the promised time. No complaints. I didn’t catch names, but this will be the place that I bring my car now that my service warranty has run out, and I don’t want to continue using the dealership. The price is reasonable for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation, and they applied available discounts making it a really competitive price.

I had a great experience at this location. Cassie was able to assist me over the course of two days and even stayed until closing Xmas eve, just in case my tire arrived in time after her team went home. Her and her staff were friendly and professional and location was clean. There were several customers who spoke another language and I noticed Cassie use her phone to communicate back and forth without skipping a beat. Could use some new chairs but overall, it’s been several years since I’ve been to the Riverdale store. I would patronize/recommend. I want to thank Cassie for her help during a few frustrating days over the holidays and getting me back on the road.
