Jenny is the best in the business. We trust her expertise. We have used her for personal and business matters, ranging from title transfer of personal vehicles sold to filing ifta and renewing apportioned plates. The time we save from not having to deal with the MVA is superb!
I went here last Monday afternoon and left an hour later due to the incompetence of the employee. I just moved to Maryland and needed to register my car. He did not know how to fill out the basic registration form, had to text a colleague for help, told me I needed a form that I did not need, and then calculated the total amount I would need to pay at over $700. I gave up and just went to the DMV myself the next day. While I had to wait for an hour, the total fees were under $300. I'm concerned because this business advertises that it is by and for immigrants and it seems that this business could be taking advantage of people either on purpose or through incompetence. I am also contacting the Maryland licensing program to share this information.
