I was sent to the store from the Easton store because the part that I needed for my car Easton did not have and I bought a pair of wiper blades from Easton cuz I needed those I got up to the store in Denton and a wonderful woman named Kristen helped me I told her the part that I was here for she got it for me she made sure it was the right part but here's the part where Kristen really went above and beyond she came out to my car to make sure I had the right wiper blades and help me put them on and help me put them on the car and when she realized one of the wiper blades Easton had sold me was not the right size she took me back in the store got it exchanged and made sure my wiper blades were 100% operational before I left the store Kristen is an absolute Rockstar who excelled in customer service and making sure I was happy she is awesome and needs praise and recognition AutoZone has an absolute gem in Kristen she is amazing!!!!!!!!! Could not be happier with the service I was given by her she is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
I recently visited this AutoZone location and had a very disappointing experience. Before I even entered the building, I was treated rudely by one of the associates, Kirk, who is apparently the parts manager and has been working there for five years. There was no effort to be polite or understanding—he simply insisted he was right and I was wrong.
I truly don’t understand how this location maintains five-star ratings when the customer service from Kirk is poor and, in my experience, mediocre at best from others. The knowledge base seems to come entirely from the computer system, with little to no actual mechanical expertise from staff.
I may give AutoZone another try someday at a different location, but I will not be returning to this one.
Top notch, quick service! I called, confirmed my part was available, went in the store, rep was waiting at the counter, gave him my info, he pulled the part, swapped it out under my warranty policy and said have a good evening! In and out in about 10 mins. Now that's what I call great service!!
I went in on Wednesday evening because the driver windshield wiper "tore" when I was driving my husband's truck. I couldn't see out of the window very well and knew I couldn't figure this out on my own. Wyatt saw the puzzled look on my face as I entered the store, kindly greeted me and offered his assistance. He looked up what I needed based on the information I provided but even went out to the truck to confirm the exact fit. Upon check out, he even offered to remove the old and teach me how to put the new one on. Wyatt was very kind, professional, well mannered, and most importantly informative! I cannot recommend the store, my experience, and hope that everyone gets to experience Wyatt's greatness!

I really wish I could post a 0 cause we stopped here to get wipers for my daughters car and she walked in and no one at first would help her until she got ready to walk out the door then he flat out and said they don't put them on so she had to figure it out. NEVER again will I stop here. Bunch of lazy people!!!!
I bought two fittings from Denton AutoZone today and when I went to go turn in the manager told me I could not return I open them and she told me that they would damage but I never use the fitting and I have never had problem till now
One of the worst customer service I ever got. I call in 11:52Am this morning. Asking if they have the battery she said yes we do have in Stock.
I come back around 4:30 pm and ask. If they said they don't have any they have to order one.
The guy working here when I came was super nice and went way above and beyond it was pouring rain and he came out and changed my wiper blades for me, it was super nice thank you again if you see this you're amazing!
Employees are very polite and helpful and the store is always clean. I was looking for a specific part which they didn't carry but the cashier took the time to locate where I could purchase one. Best customer service and great prices what more could you ask for 😊
Stopped on my way to dc from the beach because my wipers were rubbing loudly…and I had a new puppy in the car who was terrified. I had trouble changing the blades before, so I asked for assistance. Kristen, the manager, offered to assist me so I could get back on the road quickly with the pup. The first box of blades was missing a part, and she went back into the store and got another set. Ended up with a couple sets of blades that either didn’t fit or was missing something. She was extremely patient and determined to make sure she found me a solution. Very rarely do I write reviews, but Kristen went above and beyond any expectation I had before stopping.
As an owner of several restaurants, I can say that people like her are few and far between. Kind, considerate, and focused on customer satisfaction. Well worth the stop…and if she is the boss…I can only imagine the rest of the staff follows her leadership.
Bambi (the puppy pictured below) also appreciated it…she slept the rest of the ride with the new wipers quietly operating and keeping us safe!

Today I met the best person ever who didnt want to let me go without solving my problem. Some guys came to help me and I finally left safe (I tried to find them again to thank them but I didnt find anybody). Really a good place for help! They saved my week-end!
Amazing service! Stopped in because power steering stopped working on my car! above and beyond service! Not only did he assist me with my power steering, but helped fix the issues with battery corrosion as well!
i needed new wipers in a rainstorm and the guy installed them. it required some doing but he was able to get the old stuck wiper off and then I was on my way. couldn't have been a better experience
As usual if it's anything you need they don't keep it in stock. You can check on line but usually Even when they have it they don't have it. Only thing they stock consistently is oil and you can beat their prices next door at Walmart. If I have to wait as usual Amazon has it.
Not only did they have what I needed and accepted my military ID, they even put the item in for me. Can't go wrong when you treat customers as real flesh and blood

Update
And it gets better. I ordered breaks they came in and went on the truck perfectly. I also rented / borrowed a fan clutch tool to help my step Daughter replace her water pump on a 97 Chevy Blazer. It worked perfectly. Two hours of trying a few different things then renting the tool. It ended up being used for two minutes. Thank you again.
Worst Autozone I have ever shopped at. I stood in line for 15minutes while one employee waited on one customer and another employee talked to a customer in great detail about the past 10years of his life and his vehicles and jobs. When he was finally done showing the customer pictures on his phone he kindly took the time to ring up the fuel filter I stood in line holding for 15 minutes.
This business has just about any part or accessory you would need for a vehicle. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. What part not available is brought in from another store. The best part: those with military ID receive a 10% discount that pretty much covers the added tax of this greedy state.
Ricky, the store manager was so helpful. My battery died and I was right up the street in the shopping center. I called to ask if anyone could please come and help me. AAA was going to be at least an hour. Ricky told me that he was on his way to help me. He showed up and hooked up the cables and was able to get my car started for me. I'm so thankful that he was able to come help me. I normally have cables in my car but for some reason they were not. Ricky also told me that he could do a battery test on my battery and explain everything to me. But I just wanted to say thank you again! I have also called his district manager to let him know what a wonderful help he was!
They had most of the parts I needed in stock and ordered the other ones that they said will be in first thing in the morning. Service was immediate and efficient with the parts brought to the counter within a couple of minutes.
Most helpful with many female auto workers this staff is extreamly competent when it comes to new hard to find parts, lubricants, special deals too. I got a free yeti cup with my brand new radiator on sale to boot. Well lit clean store and not much of a wait when parts have to be delivered. Great job for anyone who loves the automotive industry.
Went in today to buy a brake light bulb for my 2006 mini cooper . They offered to put in in for me. It took the manager. About 45 minutes of hard work but he did it. I really appreciate. The great service....I will be back
