Never again one star is to high! took my wifes truck in to get repaired it's Cremsom Red a 3 stage paint that needs to be blended to match the other panels and you can't panel paint it. When we took it in it was one color now it's 2 different colors and they are trying to blame it on everthing but that they didn't do a blended paint job. So I wouldn't take a BICYCLE to them work on.

So if your with out your car waiting for someone else then it's never a good feeling. I was very impatient with Wayside and for the quality of work done it wasn't fair to them. Only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because communication wasn't perfect but who is. I do recommend them and to be honest they even did some extra things for me they didn't have to.

Very friendly and courteous. Quality control needs help though. They missed a 3' stripe on the side of my RV. I lost 2 hours of drive time. Basically I pointed out the issue. BUT, they fixed it the following week. Excellent. That's why only 4 stars. Very professional.

My 2018 Ford F-150 looked better than it did before the accident! Very professional: great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would strongly recommend Wayside to others!

Victoria exceeded all expectations in assisting me. She greeted me the moment I arrived and was incredibly thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. Despite traveling 40 miles one way to get here, I would gladly travel 80 miles for her exceptional service. The technician was also a delight to interact with and extremely friendly. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Our fifthwheel had a tire come off and created skirt damage. The moment we walked in their door, we were greeted with kindness and promptness. The facility is properly equipped and care went into all stages of our repairs. All friendly and attentive, they got right to work on it. Communication was excellent, always informing us as they worked on it. The extra touch of a complimentary wash before pickup was impressive and generous. We felt our fifthwheel was kept safe and the work done from the paperwork to the mechanical to the decals, was commendable. Thank you, it looks great !

They got us in the same day as our accident and was finished a week early. They were great and Aaron kept us informed about our car the whole time. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Thank you

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did a beautiful job with my car. They kept me updated every day with progress, handled my insurance, and my car was cleaner than how I left it when I picked it up. 10/10 recommend.

Terrible experience, we were scammed. They gave us a quote for $5,000 to repair our truck. Then once they began repairs, it escalated to $16,000! While the insurance company was evaluating if our truck was totalled or not, Wayside began charging storage fees and we quickly ended up with $2,250 in storage fees for our vehicle to sit in a parking lot. SO, they underbid the quote by $11k and then had the balls to charge us $2,250 in storage. The manager Elijah was not helpful, understanding, or willing to work with us at all on the storage fees. I would never recommend or use Wayside Body Shop again.

I give them a 5 star rating!!! Excellent service, they did a great job on my truck, had it done much sooner than expected, cleaned it inside and out, highly recommend them!

Worst experience. Sloopy workmanship. Uncaring management. Bad attitudes. Damaged my vehicle and refused to repair stating, "its per our discretion and we are not going to fix it." Had our vehicle for over 8 weeks. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not take your vehicle to Wayside.

If i could give negative I would. 2 week job a month later. Aaron told me I can get my vehicle back on 7/4/23, Who's open 4th of July? Got my vehicle with my high end audio wires ripped out. They lied saying they didn't touch the seats or move anything. It was very clear they touched and moved seats. Customers beware I'm out 2 hours and multiple hundreds of dollars.. Run fast and far! Paint specks they were supposed to fix not fixed, Grease on my seats, black spots all over my roof, their techs ate and spilled sticky stuff all over a brand new amp installed the day it was dropped off. They ripped out high end rca cables out of a amp,

If zero stars could be given that would be the review. We can’t encourage anyone enough to never use this business. Our truck was damaged at the Chevy dealer and they took it to this body shop for repairs. What should have been an easy paint repair on a bumper turned into a nightmare. They obviously did not prep the entire bumper for paint, which caused a chemical reaction, bubbles and dirt in the paint. They then tried to say that our brand new vehicle must have just had a rusted bumper and pass off excuses for sloppy work. The vehicle was left to correct the job. When it was finally completed the vehicle had over 20 miles on it, 1/8 of a tank gone of fuel. A back window was left open and cracked, grease on the seat, and food crumbs and salt on the seat. Do not use this shop and avoid sloppy work, excuses, and your vehicle being run for joy rides and lunch runs.

If you have the misfortune of having no choice but to go there… DO NOT PAY WITHOUT INSPECTING THE WORK DONE 1st. Dropped my car off on May 4th, was told it would be ready in a week. . Was not ready until May 23rd. Went to pick up and was asked to pay without my car being anywhere in sight. I asked if I could check it out before making payment. One glance and I noticed the door didn’t close all the way. when I mentioned it to Aaron the estimator, he tried telling me it was bc the gasket was new and that with time it would close all the way bc of the gasket needing to be worn down some..I wasn’t going to accept that answer so he took my car back to fix it. Aaron also informed me, after questioning why there was a scratch on my door handle that they reused the original handle and my mirror cover. Close to a $4,000.00 bill for a door replacement and parts were reused. Kevin the manager did not think it was a big deal to tell his customer that their car was ready and have the car In fact NOT be ready upon arrival. 1.5 hours I wasted there not to mention leaving work early to ensure I be there before their 5 o’clock closing. And when asked, are you even going to offer me an apology for this inconvenience? Received a “I thought I already did”.

I needed my car fixed from 2 different accidents. The front end and the passenger side back bumper. They said it could take up to a month and it was done in 3 weeks. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed and my car looks great! I was updated threw texts which was convenient. My insurance picked this place because it was close to where I live but they did a great job! I am very happy with the job!!

Don’t waste your time here. I dropped off some parts to be painted, was given a price and left them there with a one-week supposed turnaround time. I called them after two weeks, only for them to say they were not going to do the work. Wasted my time. When I picked up the parts, they never said one word to me. No apology at time of pick up. Very poor customer service. Not to mention the parts were scratched, the y were brand new. 🤦‍♂️

Great people. Experts The customer service is always excellent. They explain everything to you. They answer all your questions. They take time. The actual work is amazing. They are very good at what they do. I would not take my car anywhere else. They are awesome.

They did a great job fixing our car after an accident. The people were very friendly and I was very surprised that they also took the extra step and cleaned the inside of my car! My only negative comment would be that once I dropped it off, I didn't hear anything from them for a week. I called to check on it and it was ready. But other than that, I would highly recommend them for any auto body work you need done.

Had my truck for two months, ridiculous, If I could of given them less than 1 rating I would, hope I don't ever have to use them again, promised to keep me updated lies, I had to text and call them, again ridiculous. Wayside use to be one of the best years ago, now too me they are the worse, rubbish.

This shop claimed they had the part available for my car even though they did not have it (replacement door). This happened for about three weeks before they admitted that the part was not coming in. Perhaps worse than that, they claimed that my insurance canceled the ticket and it would take a week or more to work with the insurance company again, but when I talked to the insurance company, they clarified that the shop can submit new information immediately, without a wait. After the repair was finally “complete,” the door lock didn’t work at all. I had to go through the driver’s side door to unlock the passenger side. They wanted me to wait to have that repaired too, so I took it to another shop and had it fixed immediately.

I've never had my car serviced here but after decades of driving past their store to get to my grandmother's house, I have fallen in love with whoever does the signage on the board. It is hilarious! Heartfelt! And always a hoot to read on our way to and from. Thank you!

Love wayside body shop, they have been go to body shop for several years and have repaired a few of my vehicles. Becca was on top of everything and handled everything when it came to getting my car repaired. Becca made sure I was updated often and made the experience easy for me. Thank you! I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and the repairs they made left my car looking brand new again!! Thank you Wayside Body Shop!

Wayside Body Shop was a wonderful experience! They were very professional. I had scratches on my brand new KIA and they were able to make the car look like nothing was even scratched on it! I highly recommend Wayside Body Shop!! Kevin is your go to guy if you need body work done on your vehicle!

Dropped off my spoiler/wing to be re painted as clear coat was peeling and paint was severely damaged. They did an awesome job with the paint match and the quality of of the re paint was on point. Overall very happy and have made a returning customer out of me. Plan on having some minor dings and scratches fixed over the winter. Great job wayside.

Wayside has great customer service and a great system for keeping the owner informed during repairs. My passenger door needed to be repaired. The repair looked great but the interior door panel had an alignment issue and needed to go back for rework. Wayside was great about getting the car back immediately in the shop and took care of the issue same day I dropped it back off. I would use them again.

The work done to the car was good but the communication is lacking. Was not notified when my car was finished and ready for pick up. Manager Andy Fleetwood acknowledged he assumed we knew the car was ready from a previous conversation. This miscommunication is costing two extra rental car days over $100. Contacted my insurance company and we will not use this body shop again.
