PSA: The dispatch team and parts drivers are very incompetent. If you order from this company thru CCC make sure you check on your parts to make sure your parts are on the truck for the correct delivery date... They have no care in the world. You can make complaints till your blue in the face they will continue to miss the mark and act as if it's no big deal.. Delivery time means everything in the body shop business and these people think that's a joke.. costing me money and time having to clean up behind them driving an hour from DC and an hour back to DC to pick up my own parts every week is No Fun Burning unnecessary fuel to keep my customers happy because these guys keep dropping the ball. I can't even trust this company or their word any more when they say they're going to do something because typically they miss..
I was honored today to be attended by the one and only cynthia in the accounting department.She made me feel that I matter as a customer.I think this company should have her train all phone reps , so they get the awesome experience.
VERY unsafe practices. One of the drivers stopped paying attention (I believe he was on his phone) on the road (i95 S, Exit 7B going towards Branch Ave around 2:30 p.m. on 10/12/22) and almost slammed into me and after honking proceeded to try to run me off into a side barrier. I wish I had got the plates for the van. Thank God for working brakes. Unfortunately, this speaks volumes for the company itself. Your drivers and workers are your ambassadors. I wouldn’t trust this brand with anything after that.
They need to do something about their website it's so hard to find any of the bars on their website because you're not a customer you can log in or you can see the parts and you can figure that out otherwise I guess everything is OK
