How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. From the 1st phone call requesting help to the paying of the bill these people were awesome. Tow truck arrived (driven by a very competent and friendly driver) within 20 minutes. Salli was seen quickly, again by a friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. I was apprised of her condition as they worked on her. I didn’t expect them to love her like I do but I believe they did. She was wheeled out in a couple hrs, feeling like her old self. The charges were fair and reasonable. The clerk was so patient and sweet. Salli and I can 100% recommend Denton Auto Care.

I’ve had a great experience with this auto shop. Was recommended by a friend for my inspection and tires. Will be a returning customer!!! Thank y’all so much!!!! If you want an honest shop this is the place!!!

I was in Goodwill today in Denton and when I came out I had a flat tire. I called Denton auto care and asked if they could tow me and fix my tire. (My tires were about 3 months old). They sent a tow truck right away. The gentleman was very nice and loaded up my car. I rode with him to the shop. Come to find out I had a drill bit on the sidewall on the inside tread. The tire could not be fixed they were going to have to replace it. I told them to go ahead and do it. I was then told that they didn’t have the tire in stock. I explained to the ladies that I had no one close to pick me up, and with some hard work they were able to get me a tire and fixed my car. These people went above and beyond to help me out. From the tow truck driver to the ladies in the office and to whomever worked on my car. It was after all they had done that I told them that I had recently lost my husband. There are wonderful people in this world and I can’t thank them enough. You see I don’t live in Denton, I live in Chester, Maryland. I will forever be grateful for all the staff at Denton Auto Care and Tire. Thank you, thank you! Mary B

We had our 2016 Mini countryman in the shop after it broke down on us on the way home from ocean city. We had it towed in on a Monday morning early after calling to make sure they could take the car amd were also comfortable working on a MINI as some mechanics are not. They assured us they were comfortable and could take the the car and look at it the same day. We called after it was there for most of the day to check in to see what was found. Whoever we spoke to on thw phone jad no idea and said they would have someone call us back. We waited an additional 2 hours and no one called. It was now almost 2 hours before they closed. We had to call again to find out what was going on. They gave us a list of issues they found after diagnostics were run. They gave us a quote and told us it would be done by Wednesday likely. We gave the go ahead. Thursday came and we have not been contacted so we called and again had to be called back. No one called back so we had to call again. This was starting to feel uncomfortable now. Communication felt terrible. Then we were told they found a bunch more wrong wirh the car after they put it back together and what they already repaired did not actually fix the whole issue. So then we were given another quote for more repairs and they charged us an additional $500 in labor to take our car apart again. We found this ridiculous but agreed because we were kind of in a spot where we had no choice. We needed our car back. We made arrangements to get a part to them that was needed by early the following Monday because they're not open on the weekend. We called Tuesday about an hour before they closed. Again the person that answered couldn't tell us anything and said someone would call us back. Shocker.... no one called and ir was now 5 mins before close and we had to call again to be told oh yeah its finished. We had asked for a tire rotation which we were told couldn't happen bc supposedly our tires were worn unevenly on the back. Ok fine whatever. We asked if they could please loosen the lugs as they were over torqued from our last shop. Asked that they hand tighten them for us so we can do a brake job once we get it home. They say sure no problem. We arrive friday morning to pick up the car and pay our bill. We asked if they loosened the lugs and were told yes. Low and behold they were not loosened at all. I cant recommend this shop based on the terrible communication and the price gouge in labor costs. We won't be returning. They didn't really seem like they knew what to do wirh a MINI at all sadly. Our car was in the shop about 9 days which is a long time..... UPDATE: The Manager contacted us yesterday about the lug nuts and asked if we could bring the car in so they could loosen the lug nuts as promised during the time our car was in the shop. We came to the shop as asked only to be greeted by a very confrontational hostile manager (james) who only wanted to address our review. He proceeded to bully us to change the review or he was not going to loosen the lug nuts as promised.James continued to speak in a condescending manner stating that he felt the review was unfair. We were willing to have a conversation professionally about this in fact we never spoke disrespectful or raised our voice and stated that we would consider changing our review. This manager then spoke in a very disrespectful manner saying "then I will consider loosening your wheel bolts" this was enough for us to just turn and walk away. We were not treated professionally or respectfully. Had this gentleman not approached us the way he did and was more welcoming and apologetic, had he been more professional and taken the time to explain his side with out being disrespectful and condescending we would have gladly amended this review to reflect that. This was a terrible experience. 100% DO NOT recommend this shop.

Just came to visit cross-country from the PNW in my Subaru and got a code pop-up after crossing the Bay Bridge. They were able to provide quick, courteous service with spot-on findings and tangible next steps. Only reason I went to the dealership after was because it was covered by warranty, which they made me aware of too! Great local folks.

I had an emergency stop due to my car failing on a trip. I was two hours from home and needed attention quickly. My car was towed to Denton Auto Care, and they were extremely accommodating. They fit me into their already busy schedule. The work was great, and their people are very friendly. I was back on the road quickly, and the cost was very fair.

Denton Auto Care & Tire is fantastic!! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind! I came in without an appointment on my way home from the beach after realizing I had one tire rapidly losing air and another with a nail in it. They took my car back quickly and diagnosed the problem with my second tire right away. When it was determined I needed two new tires, they put my spare tire on and called other establishments close by to assess who had tires in stock so that I wouldn’t have to call around. Not being from the area, this was a HUGE help!! Their kindness and concern for my situation was beyond appreciated and I have no doubt they treat every customer with the same care and professionalism! If you are looking for a trusted establishment to service your vehicle, look no further!!!

The crew and Jordan are all so helpful. They had my truck up and running in no time and even filled my tires for me and replaced all my fluids. Wonderful people and extremely helpful!!!

Great customer service. Fast response to fixing my car. I stopped by that morning told them what I was told was wrong with it. They picked up the car and diagnosed it within the hour. Something completely different and a lot cheaper. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Especially when it comes to vehicle repairs. Denton Auto is the place to go. Thank you

Shop was great! They were able to get my company vehicle in last minute to do an oil change, brakes and plug a tire. Everyone was very friendly and definitely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Will recommend to family and friends!

Recently had a vehicle break down while camping at the state park in Denton. We had it towed the Denton Auto care. The experience was good, they are professional, and they were so easy to work with which was refreshing especially with living 1.5 hours away. I would definitely recommend!!!

2nd car to get inspected by them. Got me in quick and completed affordable service repairs with estimates that make sense. Best of all I feel safer driving afterwards. Great communication as well.

I took my F250 Diesel to them , they fixed my truck were very professional gave me estimate via text and would also call. the best part is they will call you a few days later and ask you if everything is still ok with the vehicle. Awesome job! Would recommend anyone looking to get repairs on vehicle done these folks can get it done for you ! I will be taking my vehicles to them for now on.

I was stranded on the side of the road from a 3 hour journey on my way to babysit my grandson, so my stepson and his wife could attend their Christmas gala where she was receiving an award. Great place to get service. Very friendly people, local company, extremely fair pricing. I get oil changes regularly and find their prices on tires to be the best in the area. Highly recommend for anything and everything automotive.

I had an issue with the front end of my daughters car. We had the tires replaced but still had issues. The manager by the name of James went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was found and taken care of. During the process he kept me updated as to what was going on. I really appreciate a business that cares about the concerns of thier customers. James was very professional. That's really hard to find these days. I will use them again for our vehicles.

Arrived early for an inspection appointment. Left vehicle there while having lunch. Come back to hear "it's next in line, will be about an hour" so we leave & return again in an hour. Vehicle was taken out of appointment status & placed in waiting status. Was told, again, that it was next in line, will be about an hour. When asking for clarification of "appointment" VS "waiting" & why I was already 2 hours past my appointment, I got rude comments back from 2 separate employees & a definite attitude. Was then told I could reschedule if I had to have vehicle back right then. I decided my money & the money of my friends, family, etc would be better spent elsewhere. Gave a 1 star only cuz there was no half option.

Completed my initial inspection, Marked multiple things that were not factual. I called the office three times And spoke to Cassandra, She was very nice, but not helpful. I was requesting a list of repairs that were needed to pass inspection, And an estimated cost. I was told each time that Michelle was busy and would get back to me. I left a number And my name. After a week, I went to another Auto Shop. Who did my inspection. It has now been two weeks and I have still not heard anything from Denton auto

First experience was positive, they were able to get me right in and see what was going on when my car started shuttering and the engine light came on on my way home to NY from ocean city MD. They had a tow sent right out to get my family back to their shop. They fixed a spark plug and told me they didn’t have the coil pack needed but were confident I could get home (5 hours away). Great, I paid them and left. Hardly an hour down the road the light came on again and again, the car started aggressively shaking. After finally getting it to a car shop in York, PA the mechanic there told me they didn’t even use the right spark plug, an additional spark plug needs replacing, and the coil pack. I was informed had they used the appropriate spark plug for my vehicle, it wouldn’t have caused issues as quickly as it did. I called 404 to tell them what happened and they quite literally told me if the original parts hadn’t malfunctioned I would have never had to come in, they knowingly used a different spark plug (not to my knowledge) because they thought it would work and get me home for the additional work. They were well aware that I had a 5 hour drive and told me they were confident I could get home, now they “don’t have a crystal ball” to know how far I can get. Had they just been open and said we could stay in the area, I would have. Because now I’m just an hour down the road, paying for additional towing and mechanical work. If I knew their estimate of how far I could get would be an hour, I would have just stayed there to get the rest of the work done the following day. Over $190 total for a $16 part and an hour’s work, that wasn’t even correctly done. Incredibly disappointed that this initial positive experience turned out the way it did.

The mechanics and owner are very polite. The prices are affordable, and they do great work. They will never misguide you. I was worried about my air conditioning system, and they checked it. Said everything was perfect, and not to try and repair it. I was told if I tried to fix it, when it isn't needed, it will ruin the system. Very trustworthy. I always go there. Been going to them since 2012.
