I've used this location several times over the years, however, today was the worst. Had an appointment for oil change and two new tires. When I arrived at 1:00, there were two people in the lounge, so I figured 2 hours tops. Of course that didn't happen. I asked one of the staff who was behind the desk if he could check the status of my vehicle and he went to the back and never came back out. I was told he was a mechanic and didn't know anything, but he was behind the desk. After waiting for another 35-40 minutes, I finally got an answer from the front desk staff after I inquired again about the status of the car and was told that they were greasing the tires to put on the car. Didn't get out until almost 4. Pathetic!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this location, probably the best customer service at any car mechanic I have ever received. They were honest and efficient.

Justin provided excellent service while the store was close to closing due to two flat tires from a huge pot hole that I ran into. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and the repair of the tires

I was down from NYC visiting my best friend when my car starting making a weird sound and having a hard time coming to a full stop without thumping. I woke up at 6:30 to bring the car in for 7 am opening. When I got there they told me to come back in a few hours and they will have an answer. Came back around 9 am, and they hadnt done it yet, but they did look at it by 10 am, and found that the right back tire was missing some lug nuts and that everything else was in order. They only charged me for the cost of the lug nuts, the initial exam, and some of the labor - 40 DOLLARS. This was amazing news for me and I am glad that they did not try to skim me out of any more money. I had brought the guys some donut holes from Dunkin and they were most appreciative. If I lived in the area, I would always come back when needed!

Avoid this shop at all costs. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and coolant service—they took my money but never completed the service. Now my car is overheating. This place is completely untrustworthy. If you’ve had your vehicle serviced here, I recommend contacting their corporate office immediately.

Towed my 2006 SS Trailblazer there after the oil pressure reached 80 (around 40 is normal) for me. They said they ran a manual gauge test to check the actual oil pressure. They said they didnt even get enough pressure to the gauge to get a reading. Following thay test, they then called me and told me in order to further diagnose the issue they would have tk remove the oil pan, which was an 8-hour, $1600 process. Not having $1600 to throw at this issue, I towed the car to my house and committed to suffering underneath it to get the job done. Doing research for maybe 10 minutes, I realized it was most likely the oil pressure sensor, which is common for GM vehicles and is not hard to get to. Also, this sensor would have been the thing the technician removed to do the manual gauge test, so I dont see how he "didn't get enough pressure for a reading". Also they charged me $109 to do absolutely nothing, so there's that. Anyways, parts and tools to do the job cost me a total of $140 and took less than an hour to do. Thoroughly do your own research before you believe any high prices these people throw at you. This is why people don't trust mechanics. To the Firestone crew: stop being lazy and start giving a shit about your customers, at least enough to recognize they're normal, everyday people thay don't have insane amounts of money for auto repairs. Do better.

I recently had a timing belt changed out and the vehicle and customer service were both great! The front desk was very respectful on the phone and in person, answering all my questions and never making me feel like I was asking too many. They worked with me on drop off and pick-up times, and make it easy to work around my working schedule. The service was excellent, no messes in the car or outside of the car. No bad smells, and the car is running great! I asked to see the old belt and they cleaned it off and had it ready for me in the car as requested, not chopped all up and fully in tact. This helps me understand a little more about my engine, and car. They email you a receipt and made payment as well as pick-up a hastle free process. Overall, I like this Firestone location and would recommend it to others. The people are courtious, trustworthy, and tallented.

Had to add air in all tires the next day. Manufacture requires 35 lbs this time of year. All tires were 27 lbs or less.

Just picked up my GMC last night from Odenton, MD's location only for it to be back in the shop today...not even 12hrs later. What happened you ask? I'm stranded in Wyckoff, New Jersey. Why? Two hours into my drive and guess what...a malfunction! You don't say. But how, why a malfuction after paying nearly $2000 yesterday ? Good question. I had to leave my truck there which won't be fixed until possibly Friday !!! Tomorrow is Xmas Eve and I'm stranded; away from home, away from my spouse, and without the certainty of getting my vehicle back in a timely manner. Not to mention the possibilty of another unexpected expense...Thank you team Odenton Firestone.Not only did you lie to me about working on my vehicle when it was clearly parked outside when I drove by, but you must now feel so proud about teaching me a lesson for bringing that to your attention... noted. Thank you for ruining my family's holiday too. Top notch service all around !! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Called ahead originally for a spare tire and brake inspection. Was told originally that the tire was in stock but then told it was back ordered. Left spare rim and came back a week later after being told it was going to be ready. Stopped in only to find out the rim was missing. A rim was ordered no charge and waited a week and half and was told first same tire was available and then told they didn't carry it anywhere close. Subsequently noticed I had a coolant leak and dropped it off w an oil change was called three days later and told no coolant leak was found but had to direct them where to find leak. Waited two days and no call third day finally got a call asking if I was contacted about needing authorization for repair only to finally hear about total cost.

All four tires not to recommend pressure. If they can’t get that correct, what other short cuts and over sites occurred. This was $500 of service! I requested spare rotated into the tire rotation, it did not happen.

Same day appointment, i showed up with a tesla model Y (Tesla is a bit more complicated than other cars...), headed back to my office while car was being done, they called once job was completed...I came back, I asked them to save my tires because I had threads left for summer weather, they wrapped the old tires nicely with a plastic and put it inside my car. I wasn't expecting the tires to be wrapped, they obviously cared not to get my car dirty....which is amazing. Same day appointment flexibility + handling old dirty tires with care = I could not go without giving them a review. Keep doing what you all do!

When i first went there for an alignment since my Caster was off, and my tires were wornt out unevenly, I asked them to do the alignment to correct everything, the guy with draids said everything will be fine after the alignment. Nothing was fixed in fact, my handle was not even straight and my car vibrated even more. And also my car mirror are automatic yet the mechanic closed it manually so now its not synchronized. I went back two weeks later and he said he will take care of me so I went and I thought tire balance can cause that since i just changed the tires so I asked him to check and he said ohh then you gotta comeback tmrrw since tire machines are full...... I said what in the ..... okay I came next day wait 2 hours and they just finished my alignment and they have to do 2 more things to my car ..... Yet my Caster is the problem as that mechanic knows..... he is saying its a separate thing .... he didn't say it when I mentioned it before I got the alignment lol. These guys hardly know about cars and they do not follow right precisers. Never will go back to firestone cause of these liars that messed up my car more..... its 75k car.... if you dont wanna mess up ur car, dont go to this one

Very unprofessional and chaotic experience. While the end result was good because the car got fixed, getting there was a frustrating experience. When asking when the car would be finished, we were told 2 hours. When I arrived to pay for and pick up the car, they say oh it's not done yet and would be done at the end of the day. They called at 547 to tell us they need to fix another things and assured us it would be ready at close, which was 7pm. We got there at 645 and were told out car was NOT put back together and they were missing a part. FRUSTRATING. Be honest set customer expectations. If they say tomorrow, I'd understand. But not being open about what was going on was irritating and frustrating. When I asked what time the car would be done the next day they said lunchtime like that is an actual time. All of this vague conversation and timing let's me know that they do not pride themselves with being upfront with customers or being honest. Also the parking is ATROCIOUS & HAZARDOUS.

When I made my appointment, the representative input the wrong model for my car. Later I learned they installed the wrong battery based on the initial mistake. Nobody said anything. Forty minutes after I should have been back on the road, I approached the counter. A nice representative explained that a new battery was ordered and would arrive shortly. Right before the new battery arrived, I received a diagnostic email advising of the need for new filters; had they sent the email while I waited for the new battery, perhaps they could have had an upsell. The new battery is great but the customer service is lacking and, for that reason, I don't see myself returning.

Justin and Nick were both extremely professional and helpful to me an emergency situation with my vehicle. They diagnosed, kept me up to date and ordered and repaired my vehicle quickly! I appreciate great people and great customer service!

This is great shop! I came here randomly because I had tire issues and felt I needed to get off the highway quick! Luckily I exited right where there was a tire shop. Turn out I had a bent rim. Originally they told me I would have to to go rim shop, but then Jim(highly recommend him), said he would give it a try and knock it back into place and he did for free too! They also filled up my tires for free as well! Highly recommend this place!

After running over a piece of metal that pierced my tire, it instantly went flat resulting in a tow to the nearest repair shop. Thank goodness I went to this Firestone. Valentina wasted no time in helping me out! Her warm and welcoming energy paired with her willingness to help the customers out in any way possible is rare to find. Thank you Valentina! 💕

I recommend you never EVER go to this location. I have been using this business for years, but will never go back again after a brake job went horribly wrong. I should have known there was an issue when the technician was under my car after I paid my bill. When I asked him if something was wrong, he told me he forgot his flashlight. I proceeded to get on the road and immediately knew something was wrong with my car. I called the shop to try to understand why my car would be making a horrible grinding sound. I was told that it was likely a spill guard and to pop over to the Annapolis location to have them take a look. I never made it to their location as I broke down on the side of the road and was unable to move my vehicle. They did have me call a tow that they covered, and the car was taken back to the shop. They offered to replace the wheel and give a free alignment as it was completely ruined and I left the car there. When I picked up my car and told Nick about the incident with the technician, he took zero accountability for him and his team and the situation they caused. I then had to take my car to ANOTHER shop as the alignment was never performed and the brake calipers were STILL LOOSE. I also had a ball bearing break due to the previous damage from attempting to drive the car without the brake caliper as well as a deep scratch in my rotor they didn't even bother to look at or mention to me. Another $800 investment after spending $3200 at their store on brake and tire services. When I attempted to open a claim, I was contacted exactly one time. I left messages and was never contacted again to resolve the issue. They even had the nerve to send me a survey after opening a ticket and didn't follow up from that either. This company takes zero accountability for blatant neglect in their services. If you take the risk in trusting their team, do not expect them to right their mistakes or get any of your money back. At no point did I even so much as raise my voice to them, and look where it got me. Their team should be ashamed of taking advantage of people just trying to take care of their vehicle.

I came in there to get my brakes and rotors replaced. When the service was “completed” they called me and say it was ready for pickup. Mind you there was still a scraping noise in my car . So whoever fixed my car which I believe was a guy named Jamar, they heard the noise and still said it was ready for pickup. How can you test drive my car and still know that your job wasn’t done to the best of your ability and return it to the customer. Unacceptable. Then I came back the next day for them to check it again because of the noise. When I came back again they said whoever fixed it the day prior which again I was told it was Jamar they said he didn’t apply the brakes right or it wasn’t adjusted correctly. And one of the guys trying to explain things to me didn’t have a clue what was even going on and trying to rush me out of the store as if I won’t be asking questions. This was a horrible experience at this location. Something could’ve happened to my car when I was on the road. I would like to say thank you to Jesse for fixing my brakes and rotors the CORRECT WAY.

My car was ready but not notified. I was in the store along with other who were waiting longer than myself. Cars were done, no one was notified. I had to ask if the car was ready. Was told that car was being test driven. Tire was replaced about an hour before the advised test driven. Later found out manager was not informed car was done. Was asked to pay without receiving an invoice for the work done. No overview of the documentation. Subtotal was greater than the subtotal advertised on the website. Manager didn’t listen as I voiced concerns. Kept asking to see my phone and the subtotal after I already provided him he phone to see the subtotal listed online. Overall the customer service was poor. Manager didn’t listen to concerns and the service does not make me want to return to this location.

I have utilize the services of Firestone within the DMV for multiple years. However, the Firestone in Odenton, Maryland is one I would not even bring a tricycle to. If you do not pay close attention to what they are doing to your vehicle upon completion, you were paying for a service that was not totally completed. In many instances, they did enough just to get the car running. Let me share one of my experiences, but it took several months for me to notice the error. I was bringing my vehicle to the Odenton location to get the oil change for several months. In one particular month, my vehicle started sputtering and I could not get the vehicle to go over 60 miles an hour. I took the vehicle to the dealership by intuition. When the vehicle was looked at, they had asked when was the last time you changed your oil? I shared that I changed my oil in July, and it was now September. They shared that my oil had not been changed in quite a long time. I stated this is false because I changed my oil every 3000 to 4000 miles. I was shown the oil and the oil was black and watery, and on top of that my engine was about to blow because of the filthy oil. Had I noticed that the oil was not being changed earlier, I could have gone back to Firestone and blame them, but after 2 1/2 months of driving the vehicle, they would have denied responsibility. Secondly, in 2025 My Son had an emergency with his vehicle and he took the vehicle to them. Without going into a long drawn out story, he paid for a service in the Access of $3000-$4000, and after two days of driving his vehicle, he noticed that They did not complete all the repairs, but charged him an excessive amount as if the repair was completed. The primary reason for the vehicle in need of service was completed, everything else wasn’t and yet he was charged. If you were thinking about utilizing this location of Firestone, not all but This One. I would think twice. I have had very good experiences with Firestones in Baltimore County with exceptional service. However, this location Odenton Maryland I would think twice. Especially since there’s a high turnover in Management and Staff.

I had a great experience at the Firestone Auto Body Shop in Odenton! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The manager, Justin, and the Front Desk Staff, Jeff, were all incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. The work on my car was completed on time. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, quality service. Thanks again to the team!

Came in close to closing time after catching a flat on I97. They were packed inside the waiting room and all of the bays were filled. I was still hopeful since it was a pretty easy fix that I would be able to I have my service done there. It appeared that the tire I needed was not in stock. Mark Thompson checked a couple of different stores to see what other store may have had one - and they seem to be pretty far away, or at the warehouse best case scenario I would have had to come back the next day.but after double-checking, he saw that they had one in stock at his store which was great!!! The process was seamless smooth, and luckily, I had a warranty on my tires, which had been purchased back in October a so Most of the damage to it was covered. Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and professional!! Hats off to Mr. Mark Thompson, as he exemplified being a great manager and providing TOP TIER service. WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE FOR ANY MAINTENANCE I MAY NEED.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Mark Thompson and Nicholas Pappas at Firestone for their world-class service. I brought in a company vehicle with brake issues and a tight deadline — we needed the vehicle back on-site and ready to patrol the area by 6 PM. Mark and Nicholas went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they also worked with urgency and precision to ensure everything was done right and on time. Their dedication and customer service were truly impressive. Thank you both for making it happen — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

I purchased 4 brand new tires from Firestone. They said  tires had warranty and lifetime rotation as long as I owned the car. I didn't receive any documentation about it or email as it shows my warranty.  My right rear tire exploded in the middle of the highway. It was so hard to pull over and almost got into an accident. I put my spare tire and checked the tire. If it was caused by screw or any object, it wasn't a hazard or a pothole. There was nothing wrong with it. My tire just broke on the side wall. I called Firestone Center and explained what happened, and I said I needed to know what's wrong with the tire. I have 3 more the same tires I don't want to die. They gave me an inspection number and said I took it to the place I purchased. They will do an inspection about it and install my tire." I left my key and gave them the inspection number. The next day, they put a new tire and charged me money for installation. When No I asked about what is wrong with tire what caused there was no explain about what's happened to the old tire. After installing the new tire, 2 of the wheelnuts are missing on it, but there is no information about it either. They should offer would you like new wheelnuts or please be careful you missing 2 of them I don't want to die.they need to take it seriously.

According to them a puncture not in the exact center counts as "in the sidewall and cannot be repaired" They immediately tried to upsell and push to buy two new tires instead. Just go to Costco, half the price for the repair, and if you do buy tires there they do 5 years of road hazard.
