SCAMMERS!!!! Told me I needed 1,000s of dollars of work done on it to pass for the sticker. I took it up the road and got a sticker in under 30 minutes. Couldn’t come up with any response for the questions I asked like “why was this problem not brought up the two other times I was in here this week?” Not to mention the guy didn’t make eye contact ONCE!!! HE (guy in photo) DOES NOT RESPECT WOMEN!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYWHERE ELSE.

I scheduled a 1pm appointment to have two front tires put on. At 1:23 the lady at the desk said "well your truck failed the sticker test, it needs two tires and some body work". My truck is slightly dinged from an accident and has passed for a sticker 2 years in a row. In fact what they didn't know is my shop that I use already cleared it pending two new tires for the front. They failed to do the scheduled job and I caught sass from the mechanic as I took my truck back to take it to a different shop that would simply do the requested job, just mount two front tires in it. The front of your house should learn to communicate with the back. Go elsewhere

Wife's car had a small anti-freeze leak on our garage floor, and I could not find it. I contacted Brian and he was able to get me in. His team has the experience to know where to look and a few hours later - I was on my way. The repair was done - a new reservoir tank installed - and everyone is happy. Once again, thanks to Brian and his team for helping us out.

This review is based on emails I had through their website. I contacted Twin City from a recommendation by my mechanic regarding the rebuilding of antique automobile generators. Within the hour I received a response! Not only did he inform me that he gave up that type of service, but he provided contact information of someone who could. I asked more probing questions about this other provider and he continued providing me information that I requested. I was not a customer of his, nor have I ever been to his shop. He did not have to be so courteous, but instead went out of his way to help me find what I needed in a rapid, professional manner. Kuddos to Twin City Repair.

While traveling from New Hampshire to Kennebunkport we experienced trouble starting the car and felt the battery might be the trouble. We stopped by Twin City and a mechanic (Rick) found the battery behind the passenger seat and confirmed it was on its last legs. He directed us to Auto Zone where we bought a new battery but they would not install it. Rick quickly installed it and we were on our way with confidence. We were very impressed by this young man and the company. Very polite and knowledgeable. We are grateful for their quick and successful attention to our problem.

Inspections are not expensive and the staff seems knowledgeable. However, they WILL try to scam you, especially as a younger driver. They told me I failed inspection because I needed 4 new tires, saying my tires were cracked and would cost $700. My tires were perfectly fine after checking so I knew they tried ripping me off. I saved all that money by going to a different auto shop and passed inspection without a problem.

Excellent service in an emergency. I broke down on the turnpike late in the afternoon. I called Brian and had my truck towed to the shop. He called me early the next morning -,found the burst hose and my truck was ready by noon. I really appreciate getting in so quickly and my truck is running great.

Twin City is a reliable local mechanic shop. Their estimates are accurate, prices are very fair, work is done on schedule, the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. So glad we found them. Just had our windshield replaced. Thanks!

Another great experience from twin city, the owner sent updates frequently, vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and the work was done well. I really appreciate a place like this. These guys have done many repairs and all my inspections for 5 years now highly recommended

Brian was so kind, and accommodating, to get my car in for an appointment. They checked to see if I had any type of antifreeze leak, free of charge. Also put a new sticker on for me. I highly recommend going to see them, at Twin City Radiator!

Twin City was recommended to me by another trusted local mechanic. They appeared to do all they could in a timely manner, gave me an estimate for the fix and the worst case scenario cost. Luckily for me they were able to fix it without going further. Price was very fair, I would use them again without hesitation.

I gave this review a lot of thought and careful consideration before I decided to write this. Brain the owner did some warranty work on a car I purchased from auto appearance across the street. He was quick and did a great job on shocks. So much I decided to even had him check a problem on my classic Corvette. Again squeezed me right in and did me right. So a no brainer, when the car i bought from auto appearance needed a balancer pulley replaced, i got my insurance to tow it to twin city. The price was a little high, but they got it fixed, and I was able to return to work. They use flat rate pricing, and im not a fan of that, so I'll probably get my repairs elsewhere in the future. But thanks for squeezing me in.

I needed the brakes serviced on my car. I was able to schedule online and via text message. I dropped car off in the am and picked up at the end of the day. Quality work at a very affordable price.

Service is top notch. I would recommend twin city to anyone, prompt friendly service and great fair pricing with no surprise hidden costs. Repairs are done quickly so very little inconvenience for me not having my car. Reminder emails are awesome for appointments and servicing reminders, the car repair history online to view a bonus. Brought my vintage Corvette to Twin City to have a side marker light replaced. Brian knew this car was my baby and put his best, experienced mechanic on the task. Lot to be said for how much he values his customers concerns. Job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Twin City Inc.

We've been taking our family cars to Twin City for at least 10 years. They are always upfront and honest. Never once have they tried to sell us something we didn't need. Recently my brakes were making noise and I brought my car in to be checked. It turned out that the brakes just needed cleaning (I suspect a rock had also been stuck somewhere to cause the chirping & grinding). Twin City didn't take advantage of the fact that I thought the car needed brake pads and maybe even rotors--imagine the bill I would've gotten from somewhere else--and they even cleaned the brakes for free. I left feeling sure that my brakes were safe without a penny out of pocket. It doesn't get much better than that.

I’ve been going to Twin City for 5 years. Whenever an issue comes up, all I have to do is call Brian and he gets me right in. Fixes my issue and I’m always reasonably charged. He has picked me up and followed me to the shop, driven me to work if I had an emergency fix. He does all my oil changes, tube ups, tires and inspections, Always quickly, and aleays happy to be of service..

The owner Brian of the shop was EXTREMELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL to me and said "It's his shop and he can do what ever he wants". Came in to see if they are willing to "PRICE MATCH' the competition (Since their prices are pretty high) on a radiator leak that I needed to have replaced for my company car. He laughed at me and said if I wanted that price I should just take my car their...... and I will ! OVER PRICED , RUDE STAFF!

Since Brian has taken ownership of this facility, I feel 100% confident that I will not be taken advantage of re: vehicle repairs. Brian is such a good guy, so trustworthy and caring. I had an ongoing and very frustrating problem ever since I got a new radiator installed. Literally, the day after Brian bought the business, he said he would take care of me. Did he ever. He went above and beyond to make things right. His business took the hit for past mistakes, but he has gained a loyal customer with a big mouth. Every chance I get, I will recommended Twin City Inc. They are a caring bunch and take the time to explain what is happening and they stand by their work. My car has a problem, Brian says he’ll figure it out, and he always does. He and his staff have bailed me out often the same day I call. It is priceless to have a vehicle repair facility I can trust and one where the staff cares about me.

I’ve been going to Twin City Radiator for many years and have always had great service. They’re always accommodating, and I’ve never had any complaints with their work. You should give them a try!

I went into the shop for help with an awful noise that was coming from my car. The gentlemen who was going to figure out what was wrong, moved my car for about 7 seconds, listened to the noise, and concluded it was "definitely the breaks" and it would cost about $500 to start, at the very least. Not feeling comfortable with how little time they spent to figure out what the noise was, I decided for a second opinion. I went to a different mechanic in the area. They spent about 20 mins looking at the breaks, and concluding both front and back are fine, and the reason for the noise, was a simple rock that had stuck in a odd place, which they removed at no charge. Twin City spent zero time trying to fix my problem, and would rather rip you off on unnecessary repairs.

My car had starting problems, and after a misdiagnosis at another shop, I took it to Twin City after a good experience with them last year. They worked quickly, gave fair prices, kept me informed, promptly replaced the starter and alternator, changed the oil and inspected it. The old girl starts up dutifully now, and runs great-- and I'll take her back when that's inevitably no longer the case! Highly recommended.
