Went to this store with battery issues… Elaine and William were exceptional with their help! On top it was 10 degrees outside and nick (other gentlemen that worked there) volunteered to go out and change my battery for me! They will be getting my business for years to come and I highly recommend them for anything you might need!
My wife and my 10 year old daughter went to pick me up a battery while I was working and the guy behind the counter asked if she was the grandmother with no takt at all. He proceeded to over complicate the buying process with 0 customer service. My wife is a customer service specialist and knows how to treat people. This guy shoukd be educated or fired. He asked her questions about batteries that weren’t relative to the situation seemingly to make her feel stupid. Don’t go to the Biddeford location please .
My family and I, from Maryland, vacationed in Maine in September. When attempting to leave a small town, we discovered my truck battery was on a more permanent vacation. We looked up auto parts stores in the area and were directed to Auto Zone #3205 in Beddeford. The employee that helped us was awesome. I don't recall his name. He came out and replaced the battery and we were on our way after about 20 minutes. Can't get service like that in many places anymore. Transaction #457443

Been having issues with my car and the battery dying, so we bought a new one, had to come back to get a different size. It worked for a few days. My partner sent me back to get a battery tester. And when I ask for help finding it Melissa help me, she made sure to ask questions to get me the right thing. So that brought up the situation, she said that she wanted to make sure that we had gotten the warranty for the battery, and when she didnt find us in the system she made sure to get us the warranty.
Overall I think my car is reaching the end of uts life but this process of trying to get it to work again and the stress of all of that was definitely made easier because of Melissa.
Melissa A is amazing!!! She was a great help with finding all of the parts for my little Spark I was looking for. She also helped me change my battery and let me borrow a few tools for a few other parts I needed to replace. She was very helpful finding a good deal on a battery too! I highly recommend working with Melissa!
Didnt get a name but the guy with tattoos on his neck is the best employee ive ever met. This guy is an amazing assett to your team and should be treated as such. Goes above and beyond for customers. A+👍🏻💯

Super, super helpful staff and especially Shane Lafontaine store 3205. He helped me and my friend out of a pickle on an aging Dodge Caravan with fuel injector parking repair advice and tools. Kudos to Shane and crew!

Yesterday I was in quite the pickle with my vehicle that I don’t know anything about and my dad hours away couldn’t help me said to call here and that they’d help me. So I did the man who answered the phone was very helpful and reassuring just on the phone he said he could hook up my truck to see what was wrong. I said I was on my way and when I pulled up he came outside before I even got out of my truck and hooked this machine up and informed me my battery failed. I was a mess it was obvious I was alone and I had two of my children and my vehicle was broken. The manager was so kind as well he gave my kids candy they were so happy. So I purchased a new battery and again I’m alone and didn’t know how to install it the manger suggested the man helping me go out and put it in for me to which he did then another employee came out to help because my truck is finicky it’s 22 years old. The employees here are so kind and helpful I will always come here for any future needs my vehicle may have. Thank you again for all your help!!
Halfway up to my vacation and my battery died and I needed help. I found AutoZone, they helped me diagnose a battery problem, replace the battery, and then Mike proceeded to make sure my alternator was working. I can’t say enough kind things about this establishment, and the people who run it, And Mike thank you you’re a lifesaver!
The lone employee (David?) working on Christmas eve explained the issue to me and that the low oil level may have caused the sensor code. I added oil and he was nice enough to change the sensor for me. It likely would have gone bad soon anyway. Got me back on the road quick. Thank you so much!
Went in this morning with battery issues…William was fantastic! He checked the battery, described what he found with a system check, and gave me some helpful suggestions. He never rushed me, was very polite the entire time. I’m traveling in Maine currently, and cannot say enough that you just don’t always see this level of service. It really does matter, just wanted to say thanks to William one more time👍

This place have the best crew, they are so kind and helpfull. I went buying and they are so helpful with the things that you need, and even i lock myself out of my car by accident and they were very kind and patience for helping me and special ZACK this guy its one of the best dudes from the store.
I want to give a big thanks to Shawn here at Auto Zone for going above and beyond this morning. I am from Atlanta Ga when my alternator went out and all the repair shops were booked. Shawn took the time to change my alternator and got me back on the road. He was truly a blessing and I cannot express in words how grateful I am to him. Easy access with lots of parking. The staff is super friendly and eager to assist! They have most parts in inventory amd what they don’t have on hand, they can get usually the next day. The store is well supplied and is very clean. They have an amazing rewards program that is one of the best programs I’ve used anywhere!
Never going back, definitely the most sexist auto shop I've ever been to. Honestly can't believe how disrespectful and condescending they were when I asked if a part I ordered was in stock yet (the part did not arrive when they said it would). Good thing Advance Auto Parts is right down the street, and they were able to get the part I needed way faster and were very polite and helpful.
I went in looking for seat covers for my new car, as well as washer fluid and other little touches. I waited at the desk for one of the men to acknowledge me for several minutes, before interrupting their not work related conversation to ask for help selecting what I was looking for. The man at the computer called me "little girl," and said that they couldn't help me at all, then returned to their chat.
Don't even bother going to this location. Find somewhere else.
I went in looking for an airbrush to paint my or barring that, spray cans instead. They had some cans but not a very good selection. I understand this is really more of an "auto parts" store and I'm looking for more of a specialty product but I'm not sure where else to find car paint and the tools with which to apply it.
On another occasion, I went to buy supplies to change the oil in my 2013 Honda Odyssey. I used the reference books on the shelf to find the right oil filter and drain plug bolt. I asked the man working at the register to double-check that I had the right parts. He checked the database on his POS computer and told me that I had the right things. I went home, got ready to work and thought I better make absolutely certain. Neither the oil filter nor the plug bolt was the same size as the ones already on my van.
In short: I was sold all the wrong parts. I'm not sure where AutoZone gets the data to populate their database but they need to get it from somewhere else.
PS I have changed the oil in this vehicle before. Last time I did my own research and went to the store with a very specific list of parts. That went just fine. The Internet knows what sizes of things my van needs and AutoZone sells the things in those sizes. This time I just used the book. The book does not know what sizes of things my van needs.
My personal favorite in the area. Very helpful guys that will help with wipers and other quick change items. Check engine light on? Stop in and they will use a code reader to tell you what the light means which can be a lot of different things. Sometimes it's an inexpensive sensor you might change yourself.
