Furthermore, I brought my car in for a sticker 10 months ago. It needed rear brakes. They put on said brakes and adjusted my headlights. Not only did the mechanic completely missallign my perfectly positioned headlights, but the mechanic broke the adjusters. The headlights do not need to be alligned for an inspection sticker.
And my new rear brakes were not even making contact with the drums. Therefore I had no rear brakes after their mechanic work was done.
At the end of all of this, I confronted Bob, and he chose to take the route of a victim. Ten months later, he still can't admit his wrong doings. His mechanic has no idea what he is doing. And Bob and his wife need more of an education and a bit more growing up. I myself am a disabled auto mechanic.
I have never bought a car from Bob’s Auto Sales, but I can absolutely attest to the kindness of the owners. I ran out of gas at 6am in 30 degree weather in front of their shop and decided to try to give them a call. Out of the kindness of their heart, they came out with no hesitation and got me on my way. This company is run by good people. From my experience, I absolutely recommend this company. Thank you guys for getting us to school and work!

I'm not sure who was driving your tractor trailer this morning around 5:30 am but they definitely need to be taken off the road. I was traveling south in my truck and he came up behind me just above the New Hampshire toll plaza and was just a few inches off the back of my trailer. There was traffic to my left so he couldn't get by me. Once he did he snapped out real quick and not once did he use a directional light. I stayed behind him all the way down I-495 and he was changing lanes with no directional light and tailgating anyone that was in front of him. I have him on Dash cam and if something doesn't get done about him I'll turn it over to Maine DOT.
I bought a $6k cobalt from this clown IN 2011 and, YES, bob DOES sell crashed cars. I FOUND OUT that the one i bought had been TOTALED when i traded it in at a REAL dealership, bob never told me about it being crashed. Hes using doctored car fax reports, but title inquiries DONT LIE. Spend your money on a SAFE vehicle somewhere else
Great experience! Bob is not only knowledgeable, but takes pride in the vehicles he sells. After a test drive pointed out 2 minor issues, when taking delivery, both were taken care of and ready to roll. Highly recommend!
Bob also suggested another bank for financing and they came in the lowest.

Bob's offers the absolute best of vehicles for the price...makes purchasing an amazing experience...and complete customer satisfaction from the minute you drive in to any needs you may have after taking delivery....My son just bought his 2nd truck from them and will surely be back for the next....
Bob's has one rule. Did you buy it from him? If you did, he will take care of you above and beyond. If you are in Southern Maine, you will see his stickers on cars all around.
