I found out about Arundel Motor Sales after they towed my vehicle due to a parking issue at my apartment complex. It turned out I needed work done on my vehicle anyway, so they gained a new customer. Great people, great service, and they got me in and out in a fair amount of time.
Took my Acura RDX in because my “ Engine on” light was blinking. Of course I feared the worst. Turned out to be an easy, cheap fix but my car did not pass inspection because I needed all new tires?. No worries they said; we have a tire guy, I’ll bring your vehicle there and have tires put on for a good price. So they did and the total price was very reasonable. Brought vehicle in at 11:00 and had back around 5:30 ( they even stayed after closing to wait for me to pick it up). So yeah, super happy with my new auto shop and definitely will return. Thanks guys!
I’m so glad that Arundel Motors was recommended to me a couple of years ago. Jay and Steve are awesome to work with! I have never had an unpleasant experience here and always leave knowing that the job was done right. If you want friendly, honest, and timely service I can’t recommend this shop enough!
The Tow service fielded my call' and helped guid my wrecked car home' even though I bought nothing from them " the owner of the business still helped me and walked me through what I should in a emergency situation after being rear ended and stranded in North Carolina ' 11pm ish and he answered promptly and guided me to the collision center that would care for my car properly ' 10/10 recommend for service! Sales! And vehicle recovery ! Just excellent customer service

Chris and Jay were awesome! I recently had major problem with my vehicle, Chris responded with a tow right up the street to Arundel Motor Sales where they threw the truck on the lift. Jay was able to diagnose the issues quickly and provided a path to get it fixed with minimal issues and or cost. They even gave me a ride to a local restaurant where I got a ride from a friend back home to NH. For a person that doesn't find himself in these issues often, they made me comfortable as I could be with conversation and knowledge. Thanks Chris and Jay I appreciate everything you did for me in that stressful time.

Was in Arundel, ME a couple of weeks ago just before sunset and outside a commercial establishment when my car would not start. Assumed it was a dead battery. Called AAA, which responded quickly & I learned that my starter was out. Good initial response by AAA, but they kind of dropped the ball on getting me a tow from one of the towers in the area they have on contract. After nearly three hours, and well after sunset, after prodding from me, they said none of their contractors were available and gave me three numbers I could call. I went with the local area code (207) and contacted Steve, who was with me in 20 minutes. Very professional, he quickly gave me a tow to my destination. While in the cab, I asked him if he knew anybody who worked starters. He gave me his card, I called him in the morning with the details on my 2007 Volvo, and, within an hour, got a reply from him that he'd located a replacement starter and provided me a very reasonable estimate for part & labor. Gave him the go-ahead, he and a colleague came and towed it to the shop, and within an hour and a half contacted me that it was ready. They brought it back and I followed them in my now-running Volvo to their shop to settle up. Can't say enough about their professionalism, speed, reasonable price and plain friendliness [they knew I was an out-of-stater stranded without my car, and they fixed & returned it in record time]. Most highly recommend Steve & Chris and Arundel Motor Sales!
My car got towed here after a snowstorm. Guys at the office were very friendly and, when we learned my car was being stored in the next town over, one of the guys gave me a ride back into town. Definitely recommend this business!
Had the alternator go out on the way to Maine from South Carolina. These guys got the alternator replaced and got us on our way same day—saving our trip. Highly recommended.
Can't say enough good words. I had some issues with my car and called AAA - they sent Steve, and he was great - very kind and patient. He and his team were able to get my car in the shop and it was ready within the day. They were communicative, professional, and overall we would gladly use their services again.

I recently brought my Audi in to get serviced they did an excellent job and had my car back to me within in a day very good labor rates and very good work.
Had four new tires put on and the tire company couldn't put one of the lug nuts on...... they recommended Arundel Motor. Was very frustrating but Arundel Motors was amazing, had the lug nut in less than a minute and sent us on our way!!!

They were friendly and willing to try to fix the car i bought from them but I later found they sold me a car with a used engine and i only had the car for 5 days over about a two month period with no loaner and had to get my money back and I still haven't gotten the sales tax i paid on the car back from the state
Great shop for maintenance and a good deal on a used audi or vw. I use them for service when i don't have time to do it myself. Steve cares about his customers.
