Drove out of our way and got here at 6:40 pm when they close at 7pm. Doors locked and guys inside. Update tour store hours if you just decide to close early. Store is trash!
Recently went in needing to have a bulb replacement in the back of my Escape. Friendly and prompt service; It was changed on the spot (no waiting) all for under ten dollars!
I came into O'Reilly with a basically dead battery on my old 2006 Lexus--their staff helped efficiently and installed the battery for me even though they were busy. They were kind and courteous through the whole process, and recycled my old battery for me with a $10 credit given back to me. I had a truly seamless experience here! Highly recommend this location!
Alex helped me with an issue I had with my door sensor that didn’t pop up Google searches or other fact seeking probes. The staff at Arundel Oreilly’s are great!!!!
Came in for a can of touch up paint in a difficult color to find. They ordered it and had it in the next day. Treated my $17 transaction like it was a $500 item. Good friendly staff.
Very helpful staff. Proactively offered assistance. That’s hard to find these days. They did research and give me a wrong part making me back track, but they quickly resolved the issue. Will go back in the future.
They are a decent place to get things but you definatly get what you pay for. Want quality parts? Hit up Napa. Want cheap but effective parts. Go to Oriellys. The staff is usually pretty good. Overall, I shop there so id recommend them. Just not if I want some high performance parts.

I needed wiper blades ,I was in a pinch on vacation...big storm coming not only did they have them but installed them as well thanks guys 8/21/21at 4pm I didn't get the Names but give these guys a raise!!!

Friendly staff-these are morning people ready to take care of your issues with your car. Went in for headlights and came out with a guy ready to install them! I'm making this my store.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the person that helped me didn't ware a mask. I tried to stay 6 feet away from him. I would like masks to be mandatory in the store.
And team VIP...These folks were awesome! We were broke down on the interstate and towed there. Being irreparable; we parked overnight. These guys pushed the van to park it and then they helped us get it onto a towing dolly. They helped us so much! We were lucky to find you folks!
Still a great place to purchase auto parts. Katie was extremely pleasant and reminded me of things I had forgotten for my wiring job. Will be back again soon for great customer service.
