Jacob is very punctual, friendly, easy to talk to, really saved me in the New Hampshire snow. I feel fortunate that AAA helped me find his company. I would highly recommend him and Hi5!
On 12/13/25, my car broke down in windham maine. My serpentine belt broke. I called AAA, and a tow driver arrived, well over an hour later. He did not tow the car, because he did not have the capacity to take the three of us with the car, so he called for someone with a bigger cab. Hi5 towing took another hour or so to arrive. He was a pleasant young man who said he could accommodate all of us. He attempted to load the car onto the flatbed. He had difficulty with this, and had to call his company for instructions. It took at least an hour, maybe longer to finally load the car. He stated that the process of loading the car is supposed to "take 10 minutes". His cab did not seat 3 of us and him comfortably. However, after spending hours in the cold, we went with him. Home was 4 hrs away, but we decided to stay with my son in bangor. We were on the expressway right before the Newport exit when we were stopped by a state cop. He told the driver that there were no lights on the back of the flatbed, or on the back of the cab. The driver stated that he did not know that the lights weren't working. The cop allowed him time to try and get them working. He attempted, but was unable to get them working. He called his employer, but was still unable to get them to work. We were stopped there for approximately 45 min to an hour. The state trooper gave him a warning, and advised him to get off at the next exit. The trooper was kind, but firm. He informed him that if he saw the driver, and his flatbed on the drive home, he would "put him out of operation". After resuming our journey, he continued on to bangor. His company had advised him to take us to our destination. He felt that if he was able to take some time after he dropped us off, that he could get the lights working. We were exhausted, and glad to finally reach our destination. I hope that the driver was able to go home. I was charged $200 upfront, and received a notice from HI5 today stating that I had to pay $18 to EZPASS. This was definitely the ride from hell.

Had great service today! Jacob correctly diagnosed my problem when he arrived. Jumped my battery and avoided having to tow my car 130 miles to my dealership. Courteous and professional, gave me tips to prevent same problem happening again. Took his advice and got a new battery, as soon as I got back home! Thank you, Jacob.
I recently had an incredible experience with Hi5 Towing Services out of Maine, and especially with Jacob, who helped transport our 30-foot class a motorhome from Maine to New Hampshire. From the very first call, I was impressed by Jacob’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I was pretty nervous about the transport, but he answered every question I had (and I had a lot!). He spent a lot of time on the phone with me and always picked up when I called — which is rare and truly appreciated.
Jacob didn’t just quote me a price — he walked me through three different transport options (driving it, towing on a dolly, and towing on a lowboy), all of which were offered at very fair rates. He was also flexible and worked around our schedule, which made everything much easier on our end.
The actual transport was seamless. Two people handled the job: one drove the RV and the other followed in a separate vehicle. They arrived early at the campground, drove very safely the entire time (confirmed by my dad who followed along for the full 2-hour trip), and even parked the RV for us — something I didn’t expect to be included.
I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Out of all the local transport and towing companies I contacted, Hi5 Towing was by far the most responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. If you need to move an RV or trailer, don’t waste your time calling around — go straight to Hi5 Towing Services out of Maine.
The driver and his apprentice were so kind and quick! I arrived home safely. I felt bad because it was raining, but they were professional and didn't complain about the weather. They felt bad for my having to stand in the rain. Huge thanks!!
My family and I needed a tow from Maine to Massachusetts it was hard finding one and Hi5 LLC was eager to assist. I was in a remote area I didnt have to wait for them to arrive and I had my vehicle home that night. The driver was great friendly and left my vehicle in my driveway. If I ever need a tow in Maine again Hi5 LLC is who I'm calling. Thank you again for your help.
Absolutely no clue what these people are talking about for reviews, horrible company. Had them tow my truck through AAA and he ran the cables to the back axles and crushed both my rear brake lines and broke my axle bleeder probably 500$ worth of damage. Then stole a 40$ estwing hammer from me. Once I notified him he took it he blocked my number. Unbelievable ?
Phenomenal service and speed getting the tow dispatched to me when I was in a tight spot. Beat out the AAA dispatch time by a landslide! 10/10 recommend

The SUV was not in an ideal position to be pulled onto the flatbed, so Mohammed was able to coach me and help me move the SUV to be placed on the flatbed.

They were very responsive and communicative. Only place around open on the fourth of July that could jack up an RV. JR got to us exactly when he said he would and worked very efficiently. More reliable than AAA
The two men from Hi5 were exceptional! They knew exactly what to do and were able to get my car out of a bad situation (car hanging off a stone culvert) without damaging anything underneath my car. The car was also in a very difficult location and they were able to maneuver their massive truck around in a very tight spot to get my car out. I am very grateful to these two kind gentlemen….they deserve more than 5 stars…Thank You!!!!
The guys that came tonight to pull out my car were amazing fast professional and very polite and on time and efficient. Did it in good time for being so late and in the rain . There was a tree near car and they were very careful and avoided it hitting the tree I was very impressed .
Had to get a tire changed on a Sunday and in the late afternoon. Thankfully, they showed up and kept me in the loop with arrival time. They were courteous and quick. We are back on the road! Thanks again.
