Nothing wrong with the store, just be careful of the employee with a green Toyota truck. I dropped my boyfriend off to work there, and he pulled in beside me right when I went to creep forward to see if I could drive out. He slammed on the gas to drive in front of me, until the shell gas station where he made a reckless u turn in front of me blocking me from leaving the parking lot until his truck pulled back into the NAPA parking lot. Pretty unsafe driving for a company that delivers…

I want to say I waited 2-1/2 hours for a small twenty dollar sleeve for my truck 3/3/21 wend. The store is 1 mile away and it should of taken 10 min like it usually does,but it was dropped off at wrong store. So instead of sending another one down, no ,,,, it was a 2-1/2 hour wait. When they finally showed up, no apology NOTHING!!

No one second ma’am I’m with a customer, no please hold b right with u, all he said was thanks for calling Napa this is Chris, how may i help you? Don’t ask how u can help me and cut me to hold while I’m explaining myself!
