Every time I come into this store it’s always one guy working 3 guys standing in the back talking and about the rudest people ever. Today will be the last time I come here.

Needed coolant because I had no heat. Called my mechanic then checked my fluids. Should have checked my fluids first. Idiot 😂 Well I got a funnel, a steering wheel cover, and winter wiper fluid. I had to go back in for the funnel cuz I didn't think of it till after. The kid realized he could've had an up sale had he asked me but hind sight is Always 2020 right.

Went to this store and the workers were rude. Took care of a women and went outside, outside for 7 minutes with 1 employee inside but then said he couldn’t come help us outside of store cause there was only 2 of them. Mind u there were only 2 of them with customers in line and he went outside but then told us he couldn’t. Waited over 15 minutes and no service and wanted us to wait while they waited on other customers. They took care of 7 customers and still didn’t help us. Horrible horrible customer service

One word, woah! First time in this store and I'm blown away by the incredulous customer service! Emily treated me like I was her #1 and insured my vehicle was running perfectly before I left! I never knew AutoZone would go above and beyond to install my new battery! I even received 10$ credit towards my next purchase. Which I used towards a battery corrison kit and some cool gadjets that were recommended. Thanks Emily!

No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes; how we handle those mistakes is ultimately what matters most. Associate made a mistake on my wiper, long story short the manager ended with sending me else where to make sure it got fixed at their expense. Hands down will do business with these guys again any day of the week. Suggest everyone do the same!!

Visited AutoZone for a new battery for my daughter’s car. Scott installed the new battery after cleaning the corrosion on the terminal. He replaced front and rear wipers as well, standing in the cold drizzle for all of this. Thank you, Scott for your knowledge and expertise and kind manner.

Needed a new Battery and Scott did a perfect job helping me pick which one to get while also removing the old battery/installing the new one. The entire process was seamless and professional while also being friendly and polite.

Really fantastic service! I showed up at 8:00pm to get a headlight fixed and everyone was super friendly and helpful, they even put the headlights in for me (thank you Scott!).

Autozone has done it again!!!! Had the part I needed and Chris and Damien B helped me figure out how to change it out, even let me know about a few other things that needed to be adjusted. Always so knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand as they can. Thank you Autozone for the amazing crew you keep at your Waterville location. I still will go nowhere else.

I came in to get a diagnostic on my check engine light. Cheyenne Storm was eager to help and provided excellent service!! She helped me understand what was wrong with my vehicle and get the parts I needed to fix it. I would recommend her to anyone in need.

Had such a great experience! Went in thinking I was going to need fuses but they helped me figure out that it was just the bulbs that needed replacing.. and Chris put them both in for me and everything. He went out of his way to make sure that it got taken care of before I left. Thank you again!

I'll start off by saying I did get the correct parts. I walked in and was met by Chris C. I've never delt with him before. Probably won't again. Part way through our interaction he promptly picked up the phone as if I weren't there. Without saying anything he walked off. The kind delivery driver there, an older gentleman completed my order, was courteous, and polite. I'm assuming he was delegated this task. The reason for two stars is simply because it seemed as if Chris couldn't be bothered to help. Apathetic would be the appropriate word. Everyone else I've ever dealt with there is always good to me by comparison.

My engine light was on, Cheyene Storm was extremely helpful. She scanned the vehicle for engine codes, explained what the codes mean and gave me the part numbers for the necessary repair parts. I would strongly recommend her to anyone in need.

We got great help here! We had our battery die on us on a really hot summer day. Had a worker named Ann (Amy?) help us look up the old battery's warranty and what a relief. A worker there named Cameron really helped us out getting a new battery in and was reassuring to work with despite the inhospitable weather. We really appreciated his help and kind words!

My battery died during a snow storm today, had it jumped and went over to auto zone and a very nice gentleman installed it for me when it was 18° outside. Top notch service, including the other nice gentleman working the register. 10/10

Went to get a headlight and have them put it in… young kid was unscrewing the wrong stuff and stuff that didn’t need to be touched at all. Lifted up a panel that had pop in pins and they all fell in the car(engine area/under hood), ended up not being able to put in the headlight, my passenger ended up touching the glass on the light that he dropped and then said how it wouldn’t work (oil on hands obviously), implying I would have to buy a new one after I had just bought the one he carelessly dropped while messing my car up worse than when I came in for a mere headlight. The panel was not secure due to him losing the pins and said I should just go in and buy some. The audacity!!! Mind you , I came in beyond nice and friendly and even making compliments. Only to end up with HORRIBLE SERVICE & leaving frustrated. I left and had a friend assist me and it took 3min tops with ZERO TOOLS or breaking or losing anything. Just buy parts here don’t have em try to fix anything. At least not the young kids.

I’m incredibly thankful and grateful for the old school customer service I received this morning, from AutoZone located at 2 JFK Plaza in Waterville Maine. After shoveling and cleaning 5-7 inches of snow this past Tuesday, unbeknownst to me, my left rear-view mirror got knocked right out of its socket, but still hanging within the mirror holder. I’ve snapped that piece back into place before, but couldn’t this time, wondering if the frigid-frozen temperature had anything to do with it. Ryan, a super helpful manager at AutoZone, was cream of the crop customer service from the get go. Without an appointment, Ryan sincerely invited me to come by, offering to look at the mirror problem and see if he could help figure it out, even if I left having a better idea on what to do. He was so nice about it, I thankfully agreed. After finishing laundry, I went right over and was met by another super helpful professional Mike, who sincerely offered to look too. Not only did he comfortably manipulate the mirror and check the attaching pieces, but he went back into the AutoZone store for some double-sided tape, as a temporary measure to attach the mirror. A third super nice customer service representative, Austin, who was behind the counter, tossed an already open roll of tape for us to try. How thoughtful and generous. And it worked beautifully. My mirror still has full rotation in the meantime until I can get a new one. This is so indicative of old school customer service, like from our youth and grandparents’ generation. I did not get charged a dime for all of this. I could not believe it. I was low on funds too. Little did I realize when I woke up today, how I would meet three December angels over a mirror dilemma. Many wholehearted thanks to Ryan, Mike and Austin! I hope it comes back to you all, your families and your business bigtime. I’ll be back and I will pay it forward. EVERYONE USE THIS SHOP! The new store manager Ryan Sullivan is amazing. He listened to our problems and talked us through solutions. He was absolutely amazing and so helpful after a very stressful situation.

Ryan was excellent in helping us out!! We had a dead battery and were stranded and he graciously went out and checked our battery and found out that it was dead, and he advised us on which battery to purchase for our truck and he installed the new one for us. He was very personable and knowledgeable in the process. I highly recommend going to Auto Zone for any of your car/truck needs and they will be glad to help you out. Top notch service!!

Ryan (store manager) was awesome! Folks behind the counter were knowledgeable and friendly, but Ryan went out of his way to help me out! Will definitely be going back for auto parts purchases in the future!

Did a lot of business with my personal vehicles and our race team but won't any more after last week. Guy helping me just about arguing that there was only one wheel bearing option on my car when there was two options. Gave him my phone number three times but clearly he couldn't get it right. It's like the guy just would not listen to anything. One of my parts never showed up on time. Lucky another staff member got it next day from another store. Not professional and disappointing. I'll do business else where. I'm sorry to all the great staff that has been helpful but one person ruins it all...

The workers see me looking for just a few minutes when one of the workers came over and asked me if I could use some help which I definitely did. He walked me over to where it was and carried it up for me and I asked him if he could possibly go outside with me to show me where the anti freeze resivour was and he watched over me to make sure I was doing it right, so yes they are friendly, helpful and informative on any part that I might need in the future
