Love Chad and the crew here! I have a Thor freedom elite class C and they have sealed the roof, fixed a fender issue, lots of interior work, lots of exterior work, and taught me an enormous amount about RV’s. They have very reasonable pricing and are good with communication. Highly recommended

I purchased a 2014 Keystone Montana 5th wheel in July, found out a couple weeks later that the floors were rotted in two of the slide outs. I gave Jory a call over at Rivertown RV to get it scheduled for repairs. The repairmen there do great work. Chad, Walt, Mike I really appreciate all the hard work you guys put in on my camper. I'm going to include some pics but I'm not sure if it will show me to identify what they are so I'll give a brief overview. The roof showed signs of needing coated so they did that by cleaning the roof then applying two coats of their sealant they stock in store. Next they tackled the bedroom slide out floor by pulling out the whole slide out floor, totally replacing it with new wood, vapor barrier and resealing the area. Next they tore out the bedroom floor section that was rotted and installed new. To finish off was the biggest job the almost 12' long slide out with refrigerator, oven, wall, and couch on it. It all had to be removed and they reinstalled it perfectly. They also rekeyed my lock cylinders so now there's only a couple keys to operate the whole unit. Thanks again, can't say which good things about these guys and this business. Of your ever in the bed for service of any kind related to your RV, even winterizing, general maintenance all the way up to rebuilding them they can do it all. They also carry a full line of new and used parts from the salvage side of their business. Call them today if you need anything related to your RV.

I'm building a schoolbus conversion and this place has so many things I need at really reasonable prices. Whether you want new parts, surplus parts at a discount, or salvage parts, odds are you'll find what you need. My advice is to start here like I did months ago to see what's available, then you can adjust your build based on the parts you can find vs building first then trying to find parts that fit. I was able to find all the windows I need and I plan to come back for cabinet doors and tanks when that time of the build comes. Also the owner is really nice and extremely knowledgeable and patient (I asked a metric ton of questions)

I was traveling and broke a leaf spring. Mobile service is not something they do, but they were nice enough to come out in the blowing snow and after hours. After a couple of hours working in the dark and cold weather, they found another part that was broken. They came back first thing in the morning and finished the repair and got us back on the road. My wife and I were amazed at their service and restoring our faith in humanity! We HIGHLY recommend Rivertown RV!

Great place! I had trouble winterizing my camper trailer and freezing weather was only a few days away. They had me bring in my trailer the next morning and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. And several months ago they had the part I was looking for in stock. I am definitely going back to them and I recommend them.

Had toilet flush valve for dometic 310 toilet. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable in RV parts. I would recommend Rivertown RV shop for parts and/or service.

This place was amazing. They scheduled me in to get my roof resealed and coated. They did an excellent job and I had a camping trip booked and they got me in and out. I will definitely be back for any issues or needs that I need for my RV

This place is Price gougers all I needed was a plastic skylight dome cost online is 50.00 thies people was trying to sell me a complete skylight and frame and told me that you can't get them separately can only buy them already assembled then proceeded to try and sell me one for 285.00 and labor 300.00 total amount 550.00 installed TALK ABOUT A RIPOFF suggestion people run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chad was amazingly helpful. We had a small issue with the trim on our trailer and we were concerned about a water leak. We are on a long trip and every little issue can feel overwhelming. Chad helped to ease our concern, and offered a solution. Rivertown RV is highly recommend.

Hi I am happy to recommend Rivertown Rv after they did some repairs for me. I took my newer travel trailer to get a couple poorly designed manufactured items repaired. Black and gray tank cables were too difficult to open and close due to the excessively long cable used. Rivertown RV replaced it with 3 ft. Length instead of the 8 ft. Pulls that the manufacturer installed. Things work so much easier. While working on it they discovered that one side of my gray tank was not even attached. They took care of it letting me know at pickup. A potential problem averted. Reasonable prices and integrity in their work. Chad and Walt did great work. Great to have Rivertown RV close to home !!

We have used Rivertown RV since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago. They have been professional, communicative, and excellent with all repairs and preventative maintenance. We take our 2 horse w/ dressing room trailer exclusively to them. They helped us adjust our load levelers, and added a battery for the electric trailer jack as well as annual maintenance. Jory, the owner, is friendly and helpful with a vast amount of knowledge.

Jory goes above and beyond regular service. He helps whether it is a $10 purchase or a $1000 purchase. Very pleased and thankful for their help!

jory and the guys are excellent to work with. I have a drop axle trailer that needed to be raised and they did it with no problem. I also have bought several different parts off them. they seem to have everything you could possibly need or want. the service is excellent and the knowledge is even better ?. Jory and team did an awesome job installing a rooftop A/C unit with electric outlets in my Ford Transit. They were clear in communicating the timeline, price, and configurations so that I could make the decision that best fit my needs. Dometic 9100 rv awing- the motor didn’t break just the part on the end the picture with the snow is the part while happening 4 weeks ago during a snow store- I called 13 different places and most people wanted to sell me a working motor but no one understood that the motor was not working others though it was the whole arm fell off even after pictures- rivertown knew exactly what I needed but unfortunately at the time all he had was working parts except he thinks he remembered seeing on that was broken and we laughed bc who needs a broken motor! After about 10 days he got back to me tell me he had found a part. I had already hired a guy to make me one in a welding shop and another one on backup for 180$ but he was so great! Quoted me 40$ I paid 41.34 after tax n shipping! Which he doesn’t normally ship but bc I asked and it’s not a working part and I live 1000 miles away!! ! GOD IS GOOD! Needless to say they went above and beyond to make us happy and today we have a working awning! Praise the Lord! Thanks again and if I need anything else again I will be in touch!

Excellent place to find recycled RV parts- and at very reasonable prices. Honest and reputable business, with a friendly and knowledgable staff. I'm building a micro camper and had special parts needs (small size and weight). If they didn't have items in ready inventory, they picked them for me from two of the many RVs in their salvage yard. I pointed items out, he priced them, when the price was right- staff harvested the part while I waited- no pressure. The price was always very good- unfortunately my budget wasn't. I assisted (mostly watched) staff removing a few items - getting an education for reinstallation to come). I was prepared to travel an hour or more to enjoy the savings that I found here- but CALL JORY FIRST (he is often in the field and his guys can't always give you the best price). I just needed common items like doors, windows, and hatches etc- but Jory can tell you what inventory is on the shelf, and what's on the hoof.

Great selection of new and used parts. Georgi is both curtious, knowledgeable and is very customer oriented. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I will refer him every chance I get. It is best to call as he does do local on site rv repairs and may be out in the field.

A/C unit on Motörhome went out on one of the hottest days in July. They not only beat everyone else’s price to install a new one, they came out and installed it the following day on our campsite. I highly recommend!
