Omg. This place is amazing. Beautiful town, amazing folks. We happened upon this blessing on our way to Bowling Green. They were quick, efficient and genuinely great folk. They are worth the drive and the time!!!!

We were traveling through the area when our vehicle's check engine light came on. LaGrange Service Center quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs so promptly that we were still able to arrive on time for our event that morning. Service like this is hard to find. Very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs.

Yesterday to this morning Called AAA and waited for over 5-6 hours from 10:00pm- 3:00am gave up on them and called this place and was told they’d be here in about an hour, and there were their earlier. Guy needs a raise. He opened the car door in less than 2 minutes and was gone in less than 5 after we paid. Man needs a raise. Thank you guys. Definitely worth the price.

They Tow 24/7, do yourself a favor and use them! I had a pothole take out my run flat tire on I 71 near Crestwood. I reached out to multiple places with no answer, one fella answered and said he would be at least 3 hrs......he told me to call Lagrange Auto service....he was so very correct. They were Very nice AND quicker than They promised. Their excellent service and help got us to safety much faster and got us home much earlier than I thought possible with what had happened. Not such a horrible night. THANK YOU LAGRANGE SERVICE CENTER

I was traveling from Owensboro, KY to Cincinnati, OH for a meeting. My car was overheating. The nearby Ford dealership kindly let me know they could LOOK at my car at the end of the month (I called on Oct 4)! I went to a nearby place . . .they absolutely could not help me out. Too busy. I did another search and found La Grange Service Center was very close. I explained my situation, they popped the hood, added coolant, checked hoses for leaks, and let me know my brake fluid was going to be low soon. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were kind, respectful, and most importantly helpful. They would be my go-to if i lived closer.

We got ourselves into a pickle while pulling our camper out of a gas station on our way home from Louisville. Mark came to our rescue and got us back on the road quickly. We couldn't be happier with his kind demeanor and empathy towards our situation. We can't thank you all enough!

I was having transmission issues. I stopped by and although they were booked up, they got my vehicle right in! They're always booked up which says alot about their professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend La Grange service center for all vehicle needs regardless of make or model of your vehicle.

This review is long over due. We have been dealing with LA Service Center for many years and have never been let down. Honest, kind, quality workmanship, value about sums it up. Duane and Kevin are solid citizens and I’m proud to have them in our community!!! Keep giving them the business.

I've always been impressed by both their ethical prices and their reliable service. Special shoutout to Eli who is a stellar mechanic and always honest and sincere about servicing my car. We drive all the way from Louisville and wouldn't get service done anywhere else. These guys outshine the competition. Thank you La Grange Service Center! :)

My family brings their cars and trucks here for repairs. I always recommend customers to LaGrange Service Center They do a great job taking care of the vehicles that come into their shop. They our customer oriented and have great integrity and pride in the work they do.

This is my first time using LaGrange Service Center, it will not be my last. They perform all kinds of service. This time I was in need of tires. Purchasing tires was a pleasurable experience, none of the push to purchase additional items and service. They have good pricing and are very professional. Next time we need service or tires we LaGrange Service Center will be our first call.

I usually always bring my car here and they are trustworthy and great. This time my car has been gone for going on 4 weeks and it still isn't fixed. I'll be taking my car elsewhere next time unless something changes. Update: they hit my car on the back with something and did not tell me. I have before and after pictures. Truly disappointing and disgusting of a business. First picture was my car on the tow truck, I zoomed in for this review. 2nd picture was when my car was returned to me.

What a fantastic place! The speed and accuracy at which day were able to fix my van Was nothing less than astounding. Such a great group of people working there with a positive attitude, and a true sincere desire to service both the customer in the vehicle. I can’t say anything but greatness about them. Kevin and his team have serviced our vehicles for years and we are always happy. We have also had a couple of roadside emergencies and they have been quick to respond and always polite and helpful. I couldn't recommend a better team !

The perfect hometown service station! Friendly, helpful, and FAIR staff. Had my wife's Buick into several places to check front end noise. No one could pin it down. Took it to LaGrange Service Center and they had it fixed by the next day!! Highly recommend and I will NOT take my vehicles anywhere else!

Was nearly "stranded" in La Grange due to my water pump going bad, but from the start La Grange Service Center was nothing less than helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue and while they knew they couldn't help me same day, they willingly called a couple nearby shops to see if they could. We decided to spend the night in La Grange and they kindly prioritized our repair as we were merely passing through to Tennessee. Our car was fixed and sounded great by about 11:30 the next morning and all for a very reasonable price too. Kevin and has staff were amazing, nothing but respectful, kind and friendly the entire time. It was a scary situation for myself, but I felt secure with them working on my car

Kevin didn't hesitate. He came after hours and not only towed us for a great price. He also changed our tire after hours when the shop was closed. Without these guys we would have been stuck like Chuck. Thank you very much.

Excellent service. Broke down on the highway and they towed the vehicle to their shop and had us up and running again in a few hours. They even searched for vehicle recalls and identified the appropriate service builtin, so I knew what to reference with the dealership. Super professional and courteous. If I lived in the area, they would be the shop I'd always use.

This is the best group of auto mechanics. I was stranded in these people came to my aid even though they were fully booked with work for another week. I can't say enough for thier help. I would recommend everyone to use this service. Know that they make sure the fix is safe for my trip to Florida where I live. When the parts where not available locally he found them and ask me to speed up the repairs if I'd go get them. Understand that this part was on back order except 1 Chevy dealer had it so we made sure to get it Also he had an employee who volunteered to work on my truck on Saturday ,his day off to get me on the road. My thanks and appreciation is to high to type but I would return to his shop to have anything done because of his heart as a gentleman and what friends do to help out.

I've dealt with many auto Repair shops throughout many years However this shop exceeds all expectations. They have knowledge and Wisdom that pertain to many vehicles of all kinds. They were able to fix all my issues and have me back on the Road in a Timely manner. They are very kind and willing to work with you. Prices were fair and I was quoted exactly as stated beforehand. I'll never take my truck anywhere else. They have my business for the rest of my life. Thank you all for all your hard work and for helping me in my time of need I greatly appreciate it.

Had a flat tire on Interstate 71 and found this place just down the road. Service was impeccable as they squeezed us into their busy schedule and we were on the road in no time. They even had 2 of the tires we needed in stock. Very thankful for their service and would highly recommend to anyone. One of the few places I’ve seen a full service gas station and such eagerness to get the job done right. You won’t be disappointed!

After having frustrating experiences at other auto service companies in the area , I decided to look for a well-reviewed establishment to take care of my car maintenance needs. Between reading multiple positive reviews and talking to others in town, I decided to give the La Grange Service Center a chance. I was on a 1 week wait for my oil change and was given the option to drop off my vehicle in the morning which was guaranteed finished by end of work day or come at 8am and wait in the lobby and it will be complete in 1 hour. I chose to wait and witnessed first hand, the amount of attention given to each customer's needs. The owner himself was making phone calls to customers giving updates as well as calls in the area to find car parts needed for repairs. Everyone, including the mechanic that did the work on my car, was very professional. I have since been back and recieved the same amount of care and attention as my previous experience. Very satisfied customer!

Just got off of the phone with them. Super nice, and quick to offer their assistance. While driving 71, my popup campers' leaf spring broke. I had to abandon it at a local McDonalds, as I live in Pennsylvania, 6 hours away. After calling multiple people from my home, these folks were quick to say they would not only tow it back to their place, but also order the part and fix it. Obviously, none of the work was done yet, but he seemed very confident that there would be no issues. Call these folks first! They want to help!

While driving our parents car to Florida for them from Ohio we encountered a lil tire issue. We came directly to this service station due to their already wonderful reviews and was not disappointed. They were immediately attentive to our issue, identified the problem, gave us a recommendation and we were on our way. What a top notch crew.
