They fixed my wife's SUV perfect. Took it to BigO four times over same issue and they never did anything to fix it. I just got lame excuses. K&S had it fixed and back to her right after lunch. Rides smooth now.

Great service, had a pretty bad problem with my Nissan Juke which K&S took care of. Also loaned me a car since I didn't have transportation leaving my car with them for two days. Estimate was right on.
I had never been to K & S but had a small emergency with my old Subaru, Marge, and needed help quickly. They were able to squeeze her in. They tested a couple things and called to discuss results and give a price estimate. Work was completed and she's running great now.
Running cars off the road, not letting myself merge on the on ramp and making me swerve into the grass, tailgating people until they switch lanes, drivers swerving all through lanes like a mad man, zero courtesy for life by the driver of the tow truck. Might not want to have the name of the company on the side of the truck if you’re going to have complete disregard for human life. Would never use this company for anything seeing the way they treat people
We were driving back to Ohio from Tennessee when our truck started overheating on the highway. After multiple stops trying to figure out the issue ourselves, we finally pulled into K & S Automotive hoping for help. Even though they didn’t have anyone available at the time, they went above and beyond for us—making a few calls, ordering the part we needed, and somehow making time to get us fixed up on the spot.
In under an hour, we were back on the road thanks to their quick thinking, practical approach, and awesome service. The guy who helped us was not only super helpful, but also had a great sense of humor—made a stressful situation way easier.

They have done work on my previous car and always did a great job. They fixed tlan antifreeze leek in the past and today they fixed the oxygen sensor. I dropped it off yesterday and got it back today. The price was more than reasonable
I have been a K & S customer for over 10 years. I have had work done on 3 different Ford trucks (F250, F150 and a Ranger), a Nissan Altima, and 2 Acuras. They have always provided quick and quality service at a reasonable price. I am so happy to have found an excellent mechanic that I can trust. My most recent experience with K & S was no different than my first and every experience since, professional, courteous, honest and outstanding service.
They worked on a couple of things, one being the transmission. Afterward, I reported I heard a new sound which was not there when I brought it to them. The man on the phone literally laughed at me. I happen to be a woman. I know my truck, am in tune to how it drives and how it sounds. Three weeks later the transmission completely broke down, and I had to take it to a dealership. I knew what I was talking about. Never go to this garage. They will not take your complaint seriously, and treat customers rudely.
Did really amazing work, and they really show how much they care for their customers. Just really great people over all and plan on going to them for now on

I went in expecting to spend around $1000 to replace my alternator but found out it wasn't necessary. K&S is an honest repair shop and have been around as long as I can remember. Thanks guys !!!
Under the recommendation of a coworker, I had K&S work on the rear differential of my 2500hd. The pinion bearing had failed. They charged me $1500 to replace the bearings, and to their credit, they did get it in and got it done very quickly. Unfortunately, they failed to mention that the gears had been damaged as a result of the failed bearings. I was only told this after picking up the truck and noticed a loud roar coming from the rear end. I called them and they said they would have to put gears in the truck if I wanted it fixed and that most people wouldnt worry about it on a vehicle with as many miles as mine. When I asked how much it would be they said they would call back with a quote but never did.
I am a repeat customer! I called first thing this morning, spoke with Wayne, and they managed to work me in and repair my car all in the same day! They let me use their loaner car to drive home. Wayne made a trip to my house with my car and invoice, took my check, and drove the loaner car back to the shop! I didn’t even have to get my babies out in today’s 96F (feels like 106F) heat! Can’t say enough about the amazing service. They have always taken care of us with honest work.
Quick, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My alternator went out about an hour from my house. They were able to provide a tow and get my car up and running quickly. Prior to this, I had an estimate done on my car elsewhere, my estimates were around 3k for everything (which didn't include an alternator and was mainly suspension-related work). Turns out I just needed sway bars.. my car feels great and was 1/3 of the price I was originally told. Definitely recommend.
This place has done numerous work on an older car I had. I was always pleased with the results and definitely the price. I was quoted from one garage a $1,700 job and K&S did the job for $721. I would definitely recommend and will be returning if needed.
