3 mile tow was $150. It was a new 2025 rollback but gdamb that is parking lot robbery. What is worse is their home base is 1/2 mile from the pickup location, then a 3 mile transport, then truck returned to thire home base. 7 miles total on their odometer. $150.

Cody Dobbs is beyond professional, the best tow man around! Love this company, when the bad becomes worse, nobody else I’m calling! Price is high. But like with everything else, you get what you pay for!

My car was taken here after a car had ran a stop sign and hit me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

RJ and Hunter were very patient and kind to me whilst I was dealing with a mess of a situation. Thank you guys for getting it done today. You could have just shrugged me off, but you gave me grace and I really appreciate it.

Had to have my Tesla towed to the Louisville Service Center. Kevin showed up on time and was very careful with the car and was fun to talk to. Very positive experience.

I had to used Tony’s. Was really good experience. They arrived with in 30min to tow my truck and trailer. I had loaded trailer to deliver 7am in the morning. They sent one off their driver with me to make on time delivery my reefer load. All off Thor crew was friendly. Also they let me wait in their lot till I could find a shop to take my truck too. Very happy and very satisfied with their service. They were really helpful . Will definitely recommend them in your need off emergency.

I had a large toolbox and cart transported to my home by Tony's wrecker service. The driver ( Kevin ) handled my property with excellent care and professionalism. He took the extra time to make sure everything was secured and in place. When we got to my location he was able to maneuver his rollback in a confined area and drop off my toolbox and even helped me push where I needed it to be. I was very impressed with his service. Tony's wrecker service will be the first I will call when needed. Thanks again for the great job

I recently used Tony's Wrecker Services to move my tandems to the back to get Kroger's load off the back of my truck. I spoke with DJ, who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to me and my driver throughout the process. He provided excellent customer service and reassured my driver that he had enough space to make his wide turns. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable truck assistance.

This company blocked the entire rd coming into our neighborhood. The driver left the truck. This rd is the only way in our out of our neighborhood. I called them to tell them the truck had to be moved They told me it would be moved in 20 minutes. I told them it needed to be moved right away because I had to get out. They absolutely refused to get the truck moved. I told them I was calling the police and she said fine call the police and could have cared less. She was rude and no one should use this company if they think this is how you do business

The Older dry skinned woman is very rude and needs additional training in customer service/empathy. Also they move excruciatingly slow. I guess time is money..

HIGHLY RECOMEND! My vehicle broke down Sunday Feb 23, 2025 on I-65 Cory arrived with a flat bed truck and knew exactly what to do in a timely professional manner. Thank you!
Feb 28, 2025 -
Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Failed to answer basic questions, DJ at the front desk refused to identify a supervisor when I asked to speak to a manager. She would not give me a name or way to contact upper management. How your staff treat people is a direct reflection of the company culture, and these guys are as greasy as it gets.

Towed my daughter’s car 5 feet from the curb and facing the wrong way for $240. I Called and ask if they could come back and put it closer and face the right way and was told to drive it (which is on 3 slashed tires) and they did the best they could do due to the “weather” these guys are a joke pls use some one else

Our family of 6's truck broke down en route from Gatlinburg to Chicago while pulling a camper on I64. Tony's crew, on a Sunday, on a Holiday weekend, had 2 guys there in under 30 minutes, safely and effectively loaded my family in the trucks while securing our camper beind a service truck and loading my F150 on a rollback. They mad my wife and 4 young kids feel comfortable and safe through the entire ordeal. On top of all that, they gave me a ride to the rental car location so i could secure a vehicle to get us the last 4 hours home. The rates were more than FAIR and the service was OUTSTANDING. I cannot thank the crew enough for the help they gave on a cold December afternoon!

Would rather my car get impounded then let these guys tow it. Also if they move a big truck they’ll leave the driveshaft out due to pure laziness no matter what they say. Nothing like having to lay in the mud to put a drive shaft back in when they could lift the truck up and put it back in before dropping unit.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone. A complete joke of a towing company. Asked them to bring a dolly to prevent furth damage to my vehicle they didn’t. They driver picked my truck up by the bumper with the bed of his roll back. Thats 100% unacceptable. We asked for a price which they could have gave over the phone they know mileage and travel time. They charged me 4.75 hours when the driver was to me and had the truck loaded drop off and back to their shop in 3 hours. So over charged 1.75 hours. At 165 an hour. They also charged a fuel surcharge but yet your a tow company you use fuel it’s in your hourly rate. Do Not Use this company what so ever. I have a time log of the entire service and have it turned into my insurance. They are reporting them for insurance fraud. Multiple other companies said it would be no more than half of what was charged on a normal rate. Just beware of this scam company.

HORRIBLE!!! These people are unreal. Do not let this place tow your car after an accident. We have returned to this place four times with documents that they requested each time but because of them not being specific, assuming we’ve done this before and using their own language and verbiage, it wasn’t right and we had to go back and get something different. Even after my husband sent documents via email before we took time off work AGAIN and came out here AGAIN and got approval that everything was OK, I show up today and it still wasn’t. They finally released it after I had a meltdown and the lady had the nerve to say they did research through the state of Kentucky and did the work for me and my husband. You have got to be kidding me?? We have been making phone calls, taking time off work, bringing what they said they needed, taking my father-in-law with dementia to get the paperwork done that they requested, notarized paperwork and it still wasn’t right. Some nerve to treat people like that. THEY did the work for us?? LOL!! They do not know our situation and the stress we are under nor do they care. More days in impound means more money for them. These people do this every day and can’t expect someone off the street to understand their verbiage and requirements. They need to be very specific about exactly what is required. Don’t say the most recent registration if the most recent registration is expired and you won’t accept it. Don’t tell me you need a title receipt and it’s not the right kind. They have made me lose faith in this kind of business. And I get they have requirements to release a vehicle. We were more than happy to accommodate what was needed. It’s the communication and the nonchalant attitude as if we have all the time in the world to hang out at their establishment to see what extra requirements or verbiage they require. Nope. No thank you. **** Update. Someone from Tony’s called my husband this afternoon over this review. He answered at his desk thinking it was something about the process but, no. He got balled out!! Just further proving my point about this business. But in response to the below, no one EVER directed us to the website. It was verbal, nondescript direction. We were told to bring the current registration which we did. Yep. It was expired but life with a car owner that has dementia and a dead spouse that did everything makes things challenging. The only error we had was not having a current registration. We emailed what we had yesterday and got a verbal confirmation that we were good. Otherwise I would not have made the 4th trip and missed work - again. And if you expect someone who has never been in a car accident like that to do all the right things at the scene, you need to go in to a different line of work. That’s why there are people like insurance agents and police officers and wrecker services that deal with these things daily to direct people and guide them where they need to go and what they need to do. As I said previously, there was no issue doing what we needed to do to fulfill your requirements in releasing the car. The problem was no one taking the time to say “this is exactly what we need…. Go to our website… I’ll email you what you need to ask for at the DMV.” Zero. Don’t call and ball out customers. If anything, this serves as a warning to people reading that they can’t expect the help needed and watch your back.

By far the WORST experience I've had with a tow yard and I've had PLENTY. As a small business owner, the customer service at 1st seemed helpful but at the end TERRIBLE. The 1st issue, was the man constanly repeating that he wouldn't charge an extra day ($45.00) for 8 minutes (i can accept some accountability as i didnt realize they are on EST and im central) either way, being told that 4x on the phone seemed to a tad bit much as youre already overchanging for the service any way. If you're being kind just do that, don't keep telling me youre doing me a favor. But any who, my main issue is with whoeever the lady is that answers the phone. AT one point the lady tried to tell me what happened with the car AFTER the renter already confessed. Actually tried to argue with me about what happened. Then told me if I called her ma'am again (which ma'am is a kind thing to say and respectful in Akansas where im from,) she said she would hang up in my face and make me wait until Monday, AFTER I've already paid (hours prior mind you) and supplied documents. The other issue was they request an additional document that they emailed me about instead of calling (THEY DID NOT TELL ME about the document,) IN CASE THEY GET ON HERE LYING, MY COMPANY RECORDS ALL CALLS. I went back and listened. My issue was they told me they would call if they needed any additional things, when they called me back because my card declined due to fraud, they immediately called me and the payment went through. Now why is it that you can call me for the payment but cant call for the additional document. Sounds like youre trying to get more money, idk maybe the 8 minutes was a joke, because i still ended up paying it. Almost 2 hours had passed at this point, which according to them, now i have to pay an additional day, even though ive already paid for the impound, AND PAID THEM TO TOW THE CAR to a new destination ( 2 hours prior to this call) , almost $500.00. Which puts me at almost $550 for this "extra" day. She told me I should have handled all this earlier then I would have had more time. Ma'am i run a business in a whole nother state, with 4 employess and 32 vehicles with a child in the NICU. I handled it when i did. Everything out of this ladies mouth was rude, condesending, threating, and unnecessary. Then they take another 2 hours after charging me another $45 to deliver the vehicle. The worker is TRASH. I assume by the way she talked to me she does it often to other people and trying to use the fact that she has someone's car to make them pay more. She also questioned so many things, things that honestly weren't her business. But i still answered her questions. Like one was why did i ask the other person what was needed when she told me the day before. I corrected her and told her i didnt, he just told me on his own. Which honestly, i didnt mind because who has an issue with ensuring that they have the right things. Like why are you asking me about that? I didn't get her name nor do I care to know it. But what I do know is she needs to learn how to talk to people. And your company that employs you can work on training you better. They can think about it as their Google ratings dip. You can email me like you did if you want to talk about it.

Cory saved my rear on the side of 265 in Indiana. Took me into Louisville and skillfully got my old Karman Ghia in my narrow driveway without any issues. Hopefully, I won’t need to use them again but, if I do, I will call Tony’s again!

I called Tony’s, was given up pick up time, which was a very reasonable time frame. Was then called back to let me know that they would be earlier. Driver was friendly and competent. All around great experience will use and recommend Tony’s!

I requested roadside assistance, and Tony’s Wrecker Service was scheduled to arrive at 4 pm. However, by 4:20 pm, no one had shown up, and there was no communication. When I called to inquire, I was met with an attitude and told they couldn’t make it due to rush hour traffic. Despite their assurance of being nearby, it took an additional 40 minutes for someone to arrive. When the tow truck finally arrived, I asked for a receipt before handing over my keys, but was informed they don’t provide them. Even after requesting a photo of the information they were taking down, the driver simply went back to his truck (presumably to consult his supervisor). Meanwhile, my car service center couldn’t confirm their identity. The driver came back and asked for my keys without addressing my concerns, I refused and demanded he gets my car down to which he says “no”. At this point, I walked over to his door blocked him so he would not try to leave with my car. This lead to a confrontation and me mentioning that I would call the police if he doesn’t get this vehicle down. Eventually, he lowered the vehicle. This incident highlights the complete lack of accountability and ownership by this company, as they failed to understand or empathize with the customer’s perspective. Their dismissive attitude and failure to communicate effectively demonstrate a clear disregard for customer service. It’s astonishing that their rating is even above a 2-star. To the owner of this organization: It's imperative that you become more involved in the day-to-day operations and take proactive measures to address these recurring issues. Basic customer service skills seem to be lacking among your team, as evidenced by numerous complaints. Failure to address these incidents will undoubtedly impact your company's reputation and bottom line. It's crucial to implement corrective actions to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future, thus safeguarding the survival of your business.

I had a great experience with Tony's. They explained everything fully and an employee named David helped us with removing our wheelchair lift. He was very cheerful and knew just what to do. Great guy.

I'd rate them 0 but then I couldn't leave a review. If you were just in an accident refuse this company. Im not from the area i didnt know. They are being more than ridiculous with my insurance company about getting my property off their lot. I have fantastic insurance with a reputable company. Call your insurance let them take care of it.

I was in an accident on my way into work and my car was undriveable afterwards. I called a couple of tow companies local to the area and wasn't able to reach anyone. I called Tony's and someone answered the phone immediately, was quick and efficient, and the tow arrived within the hour just as he had said. My drivers Cris and Luke were really great!!! It was my first time being in a collision, so their insight into the insurance process was very welcomed and helped to ease my mind quite a bit. They towed me 35 miles back home, treating my poor car with the very best care all the way, AND made sure it was dropped off in a good spot before they left. I appreciate this company and the drivers so much. HIGHLY recommended!

car had to be towed to Tony's. worst experience ever. woman telling my wife not to talk and not say anything. what a rude, crude individual. It is good thing that they have you over the barrel with no other choice. as a regular business they wouldn't last 5 minutes with that type of customer service. absolutely uncalled for. If you have a choice - DO NOT USE this business.

These guys came out to tow my car to a service shop and were quite professional and excellent the whole way. They work with the service shop to get their bill onto the overall repair order so I can get it all paid at once and even let me ride along with them, too! Glad to have worked with them!

Outstanding service! Our 16' box truck was disabled with a transmission problem at the base of a steep driveway. The dispatcher was kind and helpful, giving an honest estimate of time and cost. It was a hot summer day and I am sure many cars and trucks needing towing. The dispatcher called and reported the driver was finished with a job and would be at our site sooner than estimated. When Nate the truck driver arrived he asked what the problem was, crawled under the truck, jiggled something and the truck started and was able to shift! Then he took the time to give instructions to our driver, explained the system and got the truck on the road! We were charged for a service call rather than a tow saving us significant money. This is a company that I would recommend without hesitation. Professional, thoughtful, good communicators and honest. If I am ever stranded again, I will call Tony's Wrecker Services FIRST!
