Best towing company. They responded pretty quickly (ms. Paula) when I needed my semi truck towed to a truck service. Colin Joseph arrived within his time estimate and let me know when he was on the way. Got my truck hooked up fast. They were professional and easy to deal with. Price was reasonable. Jeff was the person that did our tow and he was excellent in his service and I drove with him in his truck and was very polite. I definitely would use them again.
After driving through thick fog and unrelenting rain for 5 hours on my way back to IL from the Smokey’s…finally after getting out of all of that weather…my tire popped after hitting a pretty sizable rock. Initially called Progressive roadside assistance and they gave me an eta of 3hours for someone to come out. Needless to say, I wasn’t planning on being on the shoulder of an interstate for three hours, so I called Mosby’s. MARY was extremely helpful and sweet and told me exactly how long it would take to get her driver out. Her driver, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name unfortunately, was quick and helpful….even followed me off to the exit and gave me advice on where togo get a new tire in town. I really hope I never have to use them again :) but if I ever do, I certainly will. 5/5 on all fronts. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!
