Early today I made the mistake of accidentally locking my keys, phone, and wallet all in the car. Scott arrived within about 10 minutes and I couldn’t have asked for better help. He was so sweet and helpful, and even was teaching me. I absolutely loved my experience with this company!
Had a heater, core hose fitting brake on me, call Jade’s towing. They were very fast and professional and reasonably priced.. Ryan was my driver. He was very friendly and professional, and even gave me a suggestion on how to fix it without having to buy a new part. I would definitely recommend Jade’s towing, and will use them again in the future.
I called back & cancelled -- no foul. A passing good Samaritan did the rescue. So, I really have no towing experience to relate. My impression was costly & less-than-professional dispatch. Are there local competitors? They did not decline to take the job, even on a snowy Sunday. A plus.
