Big place, lots of stuff. Tad bit expensive for used crap they got for free donations. Exp used household items same as retail prices.

I have been going here for the last 15 months and have been repeatedly treated with rudeness given different prices than other customers on the same item been told the items that I chose were not on sale when there was a sign that said all clothing 50% off and today I was kicked out because I did not want to put up an item that I decided not to purchase. Today was the third time that I have chose not to purchase an item and then been told to put the item back where I got it from which I will not be doing. Since I have complained about this three times it is obvious that this behavior is acceptable to all board members and staff, since it’s obviously a consistent problem by reading the rest of the reviews. I know I’m not the only one I may be the only one that has proof if you watch the video, you can hear her say we’ve told you twice to put things back. No thank you!
Extremely poor customer service. Zero people skills. My kids are held to a high standard for their behavior and they stay by my side the entirety of the time once I enter any business. ESPECIALLY one where there are fragile items. My child was playing with a paper fan, then put it away on the rack she got it from. The only difference is she didn’t display it the way the shop had been. In my opinion…it’s your job as an employee to take care of items displayed the way you want them to. My daughter put the item back on the exact shelf she got it from. I got a stern talking to about putting things back where they were found. And she did. It’s my job to parent my children..which I was. It’s your job to upkeep your business. I’d understand if my 5 year old and 3 year old were trashing items or running around. They were by my side playing with rocks more than anything else there.
For a business with church in the title- y’all handled yourselves pretty ungodly. Especially with the side eyes I got the rest of our time there. On top of that- your store is cluttered and challenging to work through if you use a cart.
Marisol kicks people out of the store for no valid reason . Marisol you are very unprofessional and need to work on your customer service skills to better assist your people and it looks like I’m not the first one giving a bad review so that’s saying a lot maybe someone else she take over because you are not equipped to handle the store policies the correct way.
Marisol “the manager” is extremely incompetent, unprofessional, and lacks customer service skills and common sense. Lots of stuff has missing price tags. Upstairs is closed, why? She wouldn’t answer…Marisol doesnt like to do her job and has no business running anything especially a store LOL. It’s kind of sad honestly. Don’t recommend!
Lady was very rude, told me to ask Colby for help. They ONLY help Goodland residents. I had to live in Goodland for 6months. Told us to go back to colby ask for help.
Very high prices for anything that's remotely worth buying. Also, all of those items are specifically excluded from any sales - as marked on the tags. You can buy items new for less. And for their vintage items, I've seen better deals at most antique malls. Clothes selection was poor for boys.
Lately the store is very much improved, and I'm impressed and glad to shop here once more.The staff is attentive and friendly,and much of the clothing looks newer.Especially love the bag sales and half-off Tuesdays on house wears,etc.
Used to be there weekly,to support the store and get craft supplies..I make many different types of of crafts,alot of them donated back to charities,including this place.Ive spent hundreds of dollars and donated everything from clothing to housewears to jewelry to electronics,however, except for bag sales and half off days I feel the prices are too high,esp in comparison to Goodwill or Salvation Army stores.
Lately the clerks are very rude,a redhead and an older loud talking blonde with glasses.Marisol was usually there when I shopped before and she is sweet,but these two just talk and talk and ignore you.Then,several times,a grey haired woman rushed up in my face and asks if she can help me.When I say no she persists,repeating if there's anything in particular she can help me with.Again I say no,btw,I've been in the store maybe 30 seconds,at this point.. hardly looked around,am dressed nicely,etcbut her attitude is that I'm out to steal something.
Weird.Ive decided this place no longer even deserves my support,money,donations or my time.
Yes you are right way too high, some things more than new price, that is why I go outside of goodland, everything here is too high then they complain cause no one will shop here.
