I do not recommend using these guys. I had them replace the entire fuel system on my service truck, it took them three weeks longer than they quoted and they had absolutely no communication, I had to call them four times a week to find out what was going on. I didn’t even make it half an hour down the road before it blew all the coolant out of the system and the engine got hot because the lines were not hooked up properly. The next day it was leaking fuel all over because they used low pressure lines for a high pressure system. After I repaired that six of the injectors were loose and leaking and they broke one of the clips off the return line, so it popped off and the truck died on the freeway and I was stranded once again. Now fuel is spraying out of the fuel lines that come off the pump, it left me stranded yet again on the side of the freeway in Texas. I had to pull the entire intake system off just to find that every electrical plug they took off, they broke the clips on them and more loose fittings, as well as bolts. I now have to get the truck hauled five hours to shop that knows what they are doing. I wish they told me that they were not qualified to do the project instead of going to school on my dime.
These guys are fantastic honest hardworking individuals. Had to get a new radiator for my semi. They got me taken care of in 24hrs. Would’ve been faster if they didn’t have to order it. Rode along with me for a test drive and everything. They could’ve gotten over on me but they didn’t. That speaks to me in today’s world where everyone is trying to take advantage of I’ll be back. Y’all check them out. They’re good for it!

This shop is the life saver I was having issued with my alternator, and I called them around 3:20pm. and arrived at their shop. They put me in the bay right away, and they replaced my alternator without delay. Within minutes, I was back on the road. I can't thank them enough. 09/6/24.
My company contacted s&m we needed a tow from goodland kansas to denver co s&m sent a driver named John he arrived within 15 minutes and was courteous and professional we had a 3 hour drive from Kansas to denver and John was a safe driver and had lots of experience and he seemed like a pretty cool guy with drivers like this I can see why s&m is probably a good company!

Thank you very much S&M I had a cooling issue I came from Denver I was on my way to East I went TADA told my truck that’s gonna take her for three days and they wanted to charge me $4000 I call Ron everyone said my truck was going to take a week to weeks couple days I was frustrated and I have a load with Landstar but keep calling me they fix my truck on a good deal I really appreciate it thank you very much you guys the stuff there are really good I had a lady to answer my car and she was very generous I spent all day hanging in the lobby I love that there’s a cat and a dog and they’re so friendly my radiator my radiator was leaking cooling
Affordable, professional and quick! Best first tow truck experience we could ask for. The first tow was going to take hours to get to my husband and son, who were headed to CO but a strong wind blew them off the road. This company was able to get there within 30 mins. Highly recommend if you get stuck in their area.
These guys were jam up. Reasonably priced, friendly folks. Troubleshooting and repairing air leak took about 45 minutes total. 100 bucks out the door. No complaints at all.

This company was just super !! We had RV trouble and needed towing and repair to our 35 Winnebago adventure. They came all the way into Colorado to come save us. They totally took care of us and had us back on the road within 24 hours of the breakdown . I’m very thankful they didn’t take advantage of a bad situation.. thanks so much . Highly recommend this company if you ever have truck or RV trouble in the Colorado Kansas area

Mike at S&M was amazing!! We came into town in the middle of the afternoon, with a bent leaf spring on our trailer. He tracked the parts down in Denver. It was too late to overnight the parts, so we made the choice to run after them, rather than wait another day. He made arrangements with the parts warehouse to leave them out after they closed.
We brought him the parts the next morning, and his shop crew had us on the road by 10:30.
I wish I could give this team 10 stars. Their customer service is the way it should be done everywhere!
Husband, you were than man here and made my messed up situation so much more bare able, then a few weeks later the office staff was incredibly helpful when visa had a glitch and duplicated all my charges acrossed multiple states that day. Every part from the Initial call to the handling of my issues which were not S&M`s to resolve. Thank you all three off you.
I was driving through Sharon Springs, KS when I had to stop to...ya know! Welp, I got out and as habit locked my door. Bad idea. I'm driving a loaner rig for my company. Come to find out there is no spare hidden (as there is suppose to be at all times for these bonehead just in case moments). I called my company, which in turn called S & M Repair. I was quoted 3 hours by my company. Yikes! So later I get a call from S & M saying they be here in roughly 30 minutes. My Heroes!!! When they arrived, it took maybe 15 minutes. I asked how much the damage was and they reminded me that my company paid for the job. With 30 min being better than 3 hours I had to give a tip. I tried to give it to the guy but he kept refusing it, so I handed it to his son and told them thanks for saving my @$$!
These guys were great! They communicated with us the whole time, made certain our family would fit in their tow truck (which we were told if we had too many they would come with an extra car to get us all), the driver was friendly, prompt and efficient, their truck was clean (and warm)! Thank you!!
Broke down, slide stuck on class A RV. Mark and his skilled worker came on short noticed, worked a miracle and we were on the road in no time. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Would recommend for any mechanical needs, not just RV. Very Satisfied!
Off the side of I-70 our truck died and we were stranded on a Sunday night. To make matters worse we had four dogs with us. We called S&M and from the moment they answered the phone they were great. They got us a truck within minutes. The driver, Brian, couldn't have been more accommodating. He got the four dogs and us into his truck and out of the cold. He had our truck loaded in five minutes and answered our many questions patiently as we progressed to their shop. He Even delivered us to the local hotel after he dropped the truck.
While I hope to Never need a tow in Kansas again, if we do, S&M has our business for life.
My dumba** was pulling a car with a tow dolly during the storm last night when I completely spun out off the interstate. Amazingly I came out without a scratch. You sent out a wrecker and pulled me out effortlessly, then escorted my delayed shocked a** to town. Thank you thank you thank you! Keep up the good work and be safe out there.
We were broke down pulling a 5th wheel camper with lots of miles to travel. They got us in and did their best to get us back on the road! Very friendly people and we feel like we weren't taken advantage of! The mechanic was fantastic!
I simply cannot say enough good things about S&M repair. My family was returning from a 10 day trip to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado when the rear wheel bearing in our travel trailer burned out leaving us stranded on I-70 just inside of Kansas.
We called AAA (who was less than helpful) to start the process for a tow to the nearest town. Meanwhile I contacted S&M repair (which was after hours). AAA actually dispatched S&M repair and their responder, Cole, was dispatched to help us out.
Because our trailer was too large for any flatbed, Cole had to get creative. He worked to support the rear axle, without the rear tire, from the front axle so I could drive very slowly off the interstate and to their shop in Goodland, KS where we would stay the night and wait for repairs in the morning. He tediously followed us at 10 mph for the entire 17 mile drive constantly watching and ensuring nothing would go wrong.
We made it to the shop without issue and the following morning I got to meet Mark, the mechanic at the Goodland Shop. We fully expected to need a new axle and intended to leave our camper 700 miles from home for a couple of weeks waiting for parts and repairs. Mark immediately began working on our problem so we could still make it home that night. - with or without our camper.
Mark removed the wheel and damaged drum and confidently said "I've done more with less". Immediately he began to remove the damaged pieces and clean up the spindle. He was able to find a drum that fit and had the bearings, etc. on hand that we needed. Within the hour we were back on the road better than new. We made our 700 mile journey back home without issue.
Cole and Mark took care of us and are examples of true professionals. The rates were more than fair and our family cannot thank them enough.
Hit a turkey out on I-70 driving from Denver, CO to Springfield, MO. Totally obliterated my windshield. Stopped at a gas station in Colby, KS and someone referred me to S&M which was down the road. These guys were great. Very friendly, courteous, and professional which went a long way to lighten up a stressful situation. I didn't want to wait on a new windshield so I had them remove the damaged one so I could keep going. Can't say I was there longer than 20-30 minutes before they had me taken care of and on my way!
