David and Lidia are the assistant Managers..are amazing people, their knowledge, and letting us borrow half the tools in the store helped us getting my old Ford truck back on the road from Colorado to missouri! Thank you!!
We were in route to Denver from central Illinois and we had the alternator go out just before the Colorado state line. Roadside assistance left us in the dark for seven hours we finally got a local tow company. Back to the motel in Goodland and we were held hostage by a one-horse town repair shop likely to cost $700-$1000 for repairs. I had the tow company drop the car off at Oriellys and our luck changed immediately. Our daughter was giving birth, a new grandson and time was of the essence. The manager or assistant manager David came to the rescue and within 40 minutes we had a temporary solution that would put us in Denver asap. The term ‘Customer Service’ doesn’t even come close to the first rate consideration, kindness and effort put into the level of importance and expediency required this day and time. Our heartfelt gratitude and thanks could not be any greater than when we drove into the hospital and shared the birth with family. David you and your father are remarkable people who exemplify the Golden Rule. People like you make the world a better place. Outstanding service at this business.
Driving from Colorado to Missouri and the alternator died in our Chevy Tahoe. We barely made it to the parking lot and I am so glad we did. They tested the battery and the alternator and confirmed it was the alternator. They had about 10 different models to choose from. They had a nice rachet set for us to borrow and they even helped us put it in. We were back on the road in about an hour. Thank you so much!

Amazing staff they are super helpful and kind and even gave me a ride back to the gas station. when my alternator went out so I didn't have to carry my jack and my alternator back with me ! Amazing team!

After my alternator went out travelling on I-70 I got a tow to town and was stranded. No auto parts store in town had my alternator in stock, but the store manager, wonderful gal, had one there within a couple hours despite being short staffed. She also offered and drove me a couple miles back to my vehicle!
