I got stuck in Burlington, CO after having an accident in a blizzard this past week. Due to the demands the storm put on the "system" and the fact that my car had to be repaired in Aurora, CO (162 miles), getting a tow was exceedingly difficult. Finally, my insurance carrier look on the "other" side of the state line from CO and found StageStop who quickly scheduled a pickup of my car as well as letting me ride along back to Aurora where a car rental had been arranged. StageStop's owner "Jim" picked me up then my car and patiently got it ready to be loaded on to his truck, dealing with 20+ inches of new snow which made every step in the process more complicated. He was patient, careful and thorough, all while maintaining a pleasant and engaging personality. After the days I had been through trying to get this situation resolved his professionalism and upbeat personality were just what I needed and I cannot recommend this company any higher.
After going through all the work to get my car situated in Aurora (snow piled everywhere), as he was leaving Jim gently left me with a few words of encouragement and empathy and I realized I had probably appeared pretty uptight during the hours we spent together and his kind words brightened my day as much as did his excellent services to me during a very, very difficult period of time. I felt like I had made an unexpected and new friend.
This guy talks like a dirty sailor ....not thinking cars have Bluetooth ....my child had to hear this man belittle me because we called him for a price then called insurance for help. When he called back he raised the price 3 times as he then reamed us out for calling insurance... So mom mode did kick in ad he hung up because he didn't wanna hear back what he have ? NEVER USE this company like he said he didn't care about reviews"we're not returning customers in his business"
I was stranded on the side of the road in literally the middle of nowhere. No one more local was able to tow me, but StageStop traveled nearly a hundred miles to come and get me. Much appreciated! Driver was friendly and made a stressful situation better.
I blew a tire on the side of the highway, and was so freaked out. It's the first time it's ever happened to me. I couldn't get the tire off to put the spare on because it was rusted stuck, so I called StageStop Towing, and they came out just to help me get that dang tire off so that I could get the spare on. He didnt even end up charging me. He said he'd let me go this time, because I already had it mostly done, and I was just so emotional and a wreck. He was very kind. He told me where to go to get a new tire too. These guys are great.
James Carver was awesome and helped me out big time. Towing my car and also giving my dog and I a ride to drop the car off at a shop far away and also dropping me off at a hotel. Better then 5 star service and I appreciate it. Thanks y'all
