DO NOT BUY, this place has done nothing but give me constant headaches when purchasing a “tested” engine the first motor they sent me was a rusted pile of junk that didn’t even fit my application the second they gave me looked promising and then started misfiring the 3rd day they said they had ordered another only to find out it had been cancelled by someone, I waited a week for nothing they offered another with way higher miles than was originally offered and then proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay more for there screw up now I’m waiting on a refund that will take god knows how long I’ve done plenty of business with this company in the past but my money is going elsewhere from now on
I could live here if my wallet would allow it. The only way to deal with them is in person. They have a terrible online business and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone with a direct phone. Luckily the lady gave me a business card that I haven't tried yet. If it's a direct phone number I will update my review.
Well the lady at the front desk shouldn't be there if she's that miserable that she treats her customers like dirt. I took off work to come get it, and it was wrong. So I waited while she took her sweet time getting someone to try and find another one or give me a refund. Then I have to wait another week and take off more time to go get it.
Don’t bother with them. They shipped wrong eng. Did get the proper engine in but not give me the correct eng. To install in my vehicle. So I could return their incorrect eng. Wanted me to pay another $1200.00 to take correct eng. To be determined on weather or not a lawsuit will be done to get my first $1200.00 back. Not easy to work with. Can never get them on the phone. Return calls are non existent unless you call repeatedly over and over again. Don’t even consider going to this place.
I'm doing business with this company for over 20 years. You couldn't ask for more knowledgeable sales, parts are always quality and if they're damaged they work with you to make you happy.

Very nice building the people were helpful and parts came in timely manner . What I really liked was u could get body panels in the same color as your original color!
order was supposed to be done at 2 got there at 3:30 order still not ready. Then when the order was ready the staff didn't tell the front desk. Every time I pick up stuff for my paint guy its like this.
I bought a new fan and it went out in less than 4 months. They did warranty it out but the new ones don't come with the sensor attached and they wouldn't get me one for it or find a used one. They even had my old fan and didn't even know anything about it. If you don't know what you sell and what it comes with don't sell those kind of parts!
1997 F250 Heavy Duty Steel rim. Terrible interaction!! I purchased an 8 lug steel rim from them for my truck. I went to the tire shop and paid to have the tire swapped onto new rim. New rim was egg shaped... Came back and told them, so they kindly ordered me another "new" rim. Took that one to the tire shop and it is also out of round. This time it was put on the machine without a tire to check roundness. This one is also out of round. Came back to Keystone for the 3rd time with the same problem and the best they could do was refund half of my money. I even showed the guy at the front counter video of the rim on the balancer machine and his reaction was less than surprised. Absolutely terrible experience with this company and their "new" products.
