Outstanding service today. Daughter wanted a stone walkway, we gave the salesman our measurements and he took us outside and showed her numerous options and then priced the project. Staff loaded our truck. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The estimated materials were very close and we were able to complete the walkway in one afternoon. A+++

Went in today just to check things out for a small walkway my Dad and I were building. Ended up leaving with every single thing we needed, thanks to our wonderful salesman. I explained my idea and showed him a few pictures and he walked us around to different options and was super helpful. Extremely pleased with the prices AND service. 10/10 Recommend.

Huge selection of rock and nicely laid out. The only thing I would change would be the pricing book. It is several pages long and it can be difficult to find prices. Maybe if they numbered the rock and put a corresponding number in the price book it would be more user friendly. We will still be buying our rock here.

I have quite a few aquariums at home. I recently purchased a 180 gal. I needed some large stones to decorate it. Staying away from chain pet stores and local fish stores due to budget. Was searching google Maps for places to go and found your place. On my day off, I decided to go check it out. When I got arrived, there was an older gentleman who offered to help me. I told him what I was doing and asked how does this works and bout pricing. Even though it was about 100⁰ today, he grabbed his sunglasses and showed me around and what to avoid. He let me grab a yard cart and let me browse around. Found a great selection. Got what I needed at a great price. They took time to sort and weigh everything, handed me my tag, went inside, and paid. Tank is almost done and will be back. With aquarium community like it is I would suggest this place. Thank you.

Great experience overall. Placing the order was simple, and they answered all of my questions. We had gravel delivered. The person who delivered it, placed it where we wanted it and was courteous of our property. We will be ordering again!

I had went on their website and asked about specific things that are listed there, and told him I'd never been here before. Completely unhelpful and felt condescending. Was it because I'm an older woman? My money is just as green as anyone else.

Excellent service and a wide variety of mostly local stone. Many are cut or “snapped” at various sizes which make great borders or steps in your outdoor Eden. The employees will walk around the lot to show you various types. Do wear proper footwear as it can be messy. I’ve come here for decades and will be back. Most if not all products are sold by weight. You’ll need a sturdy truck or trailer, and gloves!

If you love rocks you'll love House of Rocks. Every unique and beautiful rock I have in my garden came from here. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Go visit....you won't be disappointed!!!!

This place was great for us. Was recommended by a family member but i figured I'd check more local places first. We found House of rocks was quite a bit cheaper and had way better customer service. All their pricing is posted online, which I found most places don't do and I appreciate. When we went in to purchase, our sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We purchased on a Saturday and had rock in our driveway by Tuesday, quick turn around! 10/10 would recommend!

All I needed was a few pavers. When I rang the bell the 1st time a nice lady told me where to look but once you get back there, the only way to get them is to drive - but do I need to weigh my truck before? Or since it’s just a few pavers would I set them on the scale? She said it’s all by weight which makes sense, but when I came back to tell them what I wanted nobody answered the door. For an awkward setup they don’t do the best job at explaining how to get what you need. For people who go here all the time it’s probably great but it shouldn’t be that hard to get help/figure out how to buy something.

They are an entire house of rocks. And rocks of many types and from many places. I didn't need enough to build a wall today, but if you need to build six or eight of them I believe they've got your rocks. Plus some specialty stones as well. Good Times and the staff were super friendly. Everybody needs rocks. They probably have the world champion Lake skipper out there right now you just have to find it

Best prices and the most beautiful gravel! Got the Missouri Rainbow 2” and loved the beautiful colors that emerged after watering! Staff is super helpful and kind. Will definitely come back for a few more projects.

I've had great experiences at House of Rocks. I once went on a rainy day and a guy showed me rocks for a couple projects I dreamed up, he didn't even mind that we were both getting soaked while I asked him at least 1,000 questions about rocks. Another time I showed up, waited in line a bit, and asked if they had any seconds or discounted rocks to put at ground level around a garden bed. In fact, they did, and I got a great price on what I would call some really beautiful rocks. There's lots to look at and buy for just about any budget - and staff who knows what will work for your project.

Great company to work with. They have great material and are very helpful. They are busy often, but handle those times very well. They are always willing to help you with any questions that you have about your material. I would strongly recommend buying materials here. They are great!

Nothing but wonderful experiences with house of rocks over the years. Started a flagstone walkway project this morning. Nathan provided excellent service. We were not sure how to make the project possible within our budget but Nathan was able to show us a couple of options with instruction! We will always use house of rocks.

Had a quick turnaround on the call - PRO. CON - Failed to provide any notice while I had labor waiting around for the gravel that they said would be there 3 hours prior CON - Dumped and left after showing up late and didn't even put it in the spot CON - Poor customer service on the phone - insisting someone called. No missed calls, no texts, nothing. Garbage execution overall. Will go elsewhere

Have been doing business with House of Rocks for years and found their prices reasonable and their selection great. Build a large pond system with waterfalls and patio in the back yard and am very pleased. Will be going back for more. You guys rock!

Wonderful service. The staff loaded my car and provided a needed education on flagstone. Much appreciated. The selection of stone is endless and their hard work is evident in their hands. Drew makes the Marlbro Man looks like Sheldon Cooper. I will always try to shop this local place first. Thanks again.

I used them many years ago and am about to use them again! They had the perfect rock for my landscaping needs in just the right size! Very hard to find colorful river rock sometimes but they had it! Now they are the only ones to have white rock in the size I need! Great company. Will continue to do business with them. You should too!
