We absolutely love them. Here at M&M’s Auto Sales, they treat us very well and always help us inspect our vehicles. My employees Rafa and Dairyn always arrive very happy with the service and assistance they receive. They even support us on days when the weather is terrible! As a dealership, we highly recommend them.
Called to see if they had any appointments available, and the lady on the phone treated us like we were stupid. She sent us to a website to make an appointment, but the website won't pull up this location in the search. Which is honestly fine with me. Happy to go somewhere else and not be talked to like that again.
Big heads up they do NOT do regular cars, doesn't waste your time going here if you have a regular car/suv that needs a vin inspection. They were extremely nice when they informed me.
I didn’t have the original title for the boat trailer that I purchased from a private seller from out of state. As frustrating as that was, Charlotte was just the sweetest, most helpful human I’ve ever encountered in my life! That lady deserves triple pay, and a monument made in her honor!
They do everything by appointment, their website is not user friendly, they are late for about one week.. Kansas Clean tittles do not need an inspection..
It's just a place to park a tractor trailer. No bathrooms just a dumpster. No passenger vehicles allowed to park there. Good place to drop chassis and boxes
They only do large trucks, RVs and salvage titles. I didn't see that anywhere on the website, so hopefully, I'll help save you some time. Just another broken cog in the s... show of Kansas titling.
It’s easy to miss the turn because I didn’t expect a car inspection station was in the middle of the highway. Book a reservation a few days ahead and wait in your car patiently until the staff come to talk to you. The staff are pretty nice. The whole inspection process takes about half an hour. If you need to have a salvage inspection, you have to go through the car registration place first to get a permission and then come to this place.

I just called KCK I-70 the woman I spoke to was abrupt & rude. As a hospice nurse I would be rightfully fired if I spoke to patients in that manner. She snapped at me to schedule online. I used the website provided by Google. Screen was blocked with repeated word “Language” Click on it, English not an option and the screen remained blocked

They were very friendly and professional, thank you inspectors! Be prepared to wait quite a while though, it's a pretty busy place and a small staff. I would recommend having something to read or watch while you wait. And maybe a coffee or a snack.
The website says that you can't go to this location for normal out of state title inspections but the people there said you could. The service there was very good. I'm only doing 4 stars because of the bad information on the website telling you different than what is actually available
Slow very slow shouldn't take 30+ minutes for simple vin inspection this isn't a vehicle inspection they are slow we should have this privatized you might as well bring a lunch don't bring kid's they are way too slow here
For a place that's supposed to be a "rest area" for trucks most of the parking spots where filled with dropped trailers. No real place to park except for the staging area and behind the dropped trailers. West bound side was the same way.
It was a horrible experience. Unclear signage if you are new to the state/area. Then I waited for an hour for the inspector, just to find out this sight only does salvage titles. Their site could have been clearer.
Staff was very friendly and informative. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Overall the building interior could use some updating and a little fresh paint but functional. Very easy to find and accessible location.
Dont go around 11 because it will be packed. The people were kind and when it became your turn they were efficient and fast. One employee did take their time chatting with a friend who came in when she knew certain people had to be at the dmv by 2 for tags or elsewhere. Other than that itd be 5 stars.
For starters the process was simple and easy, they have a three-person team knocking out inspections. My wait time was short and on top of that the ladies were very helpful. I just moved to Kansas and they were very detailed in answering my questions regarding tagging vehicles in this state.

About a year ago I had about the worst experience I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing, and I left a lengthy review. BUT today, never have I been more impressed. The staff have stepped it up and I see a noticeable difference in the general outlook of the staff. They were happy, helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. Sharon Jones specifically is well deserved of a shout out for being so friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone for the big improvements. It shows
The process is easy and quick but the employees there are so rude. I first called to see what i needed to bring and the guy that answered had an annoying tone when answering my questions then when i got there they did my inspection and took my payment but then when doing the paper work the lady asked me for my address. I had just moved into my new apartment so i gave her the street address but did not know the zipcode and she rolled her eyes and took a heavy breathe as she looked annoyed because she had to google it.
