This guy G, is a freaking life saver, he towed my car for me last night in freezing cold, in 0 below weather, after I caught a flat and didn’t have a spare! very fast, friendly, and affordable , will definitely be using these folks again. Thanks G
I told them exactly what I was driving and the trailer that was hooked to my truck he showed up with a tool bag that looked like it came out from underneath the kitchen sink didn’t have an appropriate Jack to lift the vehicle did not know how to take the hubcap off didn’t have a torque wrench to put the tires back to spec And then wanted to argue with me when he lost parts to replace my hubcap when I’m not driving, I will post the videos showing the whole interaction, including the lack of tools. The fact that I had to take my own hubcap off, and he lost the pieces and was unable to torque my rims down to spec because he didn’t even have a torque wrench, Don don’t worry the videos are coming. Don’t call me a liar.
I had a flat tire at just before 3 AM And the owner of this company His name is G. He called me to verify my location and arrived in less than 30 minutes got my tire changed and got me back on the road. He was super nice, extremely friendly just an all-around great guy. I highly recommend this company. They are open 24 seven 365.
G is the nicest dude ever. I was so freaked out about my tire going flat in a parking lot, and I had somewhere to be in an hour - the whole time, he’s talking to me like an old friend and reassuring me. He chopped it up with me while he was putting the spare on, and offered to drive my car to his shop in KC from my job in Lawrence the next day. I’m forever grateful - if you break down in KC (or anywhere nearby, for that matter), CALL this company! All this care just for him to offer me a discount on my tire replacement.

Towed my car after a long difficult night. Very kind, very thoughtful and very thorough. Called me twice after dropping me off just to ensure I was okay (because I had him drop me in a parking lot with nobody picking me up).

The U-Haul roadside assistance had contacted Midwest Roadside Assistance early Saturday morning after our trailer had a flat. They arrived super quick and had all equipment needed to get us back on the road. G was an absolute godsend. Not only did he get it fixed, he called a few times to make sure we were still safe and heading home. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this man and company truly deserves a shoutout. Horrible experience. My roadside assist coverage dispatched me to this service, charged me even though they already paid him or the company, lied and said my coverage would reimburse me after 48 hrs when I protested, said he was only charging me $109 even though it was really more, but somehow charged me $118 anyway. He had a passenger with him, kept dodging my questions about the money, and then took off with the flat tire on ground still. The people who dispatched him confirmed that everything he said was a lie, and not only do I want my money back, I want him fired. Disgusting not even one star
