Michanic’s are cool. Kyle is an understanding man at the reception. The reason I give them 5 stars because Michanic didn’t kill or waste the time. And I was charged less than estimated. Owner operators be smart and negotiate the price. You won’t regret if you fix your Volvo here. In fact dealers usually charge higher than regular shops. You know this! Peace
This shop was amazing. This is the first time my truck has gone down and not gotten stuck in a Volvo/Mac shop for an extended period of time. I only spent 1 night in a hotel, and my truck was ready by noon the next day. Not to mention, the tow truck got it there at 1600 the following afternoon, as they closing up for the day. Great work!!
Best Volvo dealer I've been to yet.. Kyle(Service Advisor)and Robert(Mechanic) were the best to deal with.. Owner Operators this is the shop you want to come to.. I came in and they immediately started working on my truck.. Fixed repairs other shops could not and found problems that others couldn't and made the repairs.. I could not have asked for a better experience.. This is my shop for now on...! Thank you Kyle and Robert...
This is a great place to get your truck worked on open all hours of the day great customer service there as well and as far as the wrecker service they use lazer towing does an awesome job an reasonable rates an honest with their work. I refer anyone to West fall Odell
These guys really know what they are doing!!! Great service, quick response time, very knowledgeable group of people!!! Seems to be a big change for the better over there!!
Only gave 3 stars bc it was like they stalled long enough to get a full hour of labor charges for something that probably only took them 20 minutes to do. But they fixed my problem and got me out of there so why go on a rant about it right?
