They want your truck keys and have you waiting inside while you're getting unloaded. Spent 2 hours. No food, no drinks, only metal uncomfortable seats wrapped in thin plastic. No driver appreciation whatsoever..
We just bought a 2023 Malibu from Hertz Auto Sales in Philadelphia. We love it and its a really great car and is well built. Just want to say thank you to the workers at the Fairfax plant in Kansas City KS who built our Malibu. Looking forward to many great years .
Worst place to deliver if u came in team , both drivers have to wait inside until unloading is done doesn’t care about driver who is bunk completeling his sleeping cycle. Gm is big company even not able to afford good washroom at waiting area . Washroom are located outside of docks dock H
Ridiculous and unprofessional. Checked in at 9:00 a.m. and have been sitting here since then. There are no other trucks besides me. It's 2:00 p.m. and they still didn't start. The guy with long hair in shipping/receiving has attitude and doesn't want to do anything about it. I only got four empty racks. There is no excuse to hold me here for so long. They are just sitting there and wasting the company's money. Dock. H
So GM is ending Malibu production to build EV's? How stupid, it's very apparent that Americans don't want EV's. So glad the federal government wasted billions to bail out GM just to turn around and make stupid decisions.
I delivered a load of tires there. The guard entrance on Google maps is on a road at the top of GM. If you were to draw a box around the entire GM plant, it would be the top of the box, the right side of the center of that line. The right side of the box would be Fairfax TRFY (trafficway) I believe. So if your headed north up to the end of Fairfax TRFY, you'll turn right. Hope that helps.

Nice people.. Fast loading and unloading (Docks H).. Security guy is very helpful in giving directions.. Lady at the receiving room was very nice and helpful
too. Only GM place so far I like delivering.
Great experience. Guard was super nice wish I got her name and Dock E office person (Carla) was fabulous. Let me go to bathroom 1st. Probably saw pain on my face. Give them a Christmas Bonus. Jesus Loves you all. Thanx for Load.

First give me dock, then call me and tell load is not ready yet and I need to move truck from dock….
Disaster
Dock W has a black haired man working the window very unprofessional just rude! Bring your our vest an glasses because they will give you dirty things an demanded I wear them or be refused service! They have a outside which I couldn't wait in even though I turned my keys in to them couldn't go! But the local trucks can just sit outside! I won't be back isn't worth the time to be treated this way!

I am telling you, even if you have an appointment for 06:00 am, they won’t come at 06:00 not before, I was here 05:28 and they did not let me in
As far as of my experience, receiving was great. Loved the way they unloaded me, my apptm was at 11pm, got a dock about 7:30pm, empty at 8:20pm. I think that is fair enough. Great job guys ?. I know sometimes it maybe different and I could leave a bad review, but when is great should be a great review.
Don't respect appointment times. Tell you to be here at 6am and then only one dock is used for unloading. But they have other trucks that supposedly have appointments. What a waste of time!

I checked in and they send me to dock E
And they have to check the load
And send me over to dock K
And over to PC
And at PC ( paint ) dock
The forklift driver and other employees
Was sitting and doing nothing
I have to search for them and let them know about my load !!!!

These people have no idea how to run a business, no wounder the government had to bail them out, ive been to 4 different docks and they have idea where my pickup is or how to locate it, they just keep sending me ti the next one down the list
Management needs to take a hard, hard look at itself for firing a security guard for missing a day's work when he was called to see his father on the deathbed. What on earth are these people thinking about? Shameful, yes. But downright disgusting, too.
