The office employees are very rude and don’t try to help people. They constantly act superior and are full of ego. If they don’t like working here or aren’t happy, I think they can just leave. No one should have to deal with them this much. The people helping with loading cars are fine, though.

I am just putting this out there.So people don't get screwed over like I do.I am a dealer.I've been messing with this company for a very, very long time.Since they got these new managers up there, they are horrible.I don't know how they can get away a selling a car and not having the proper paperwork.They sell in cars that have liens on the titles and you know anything that has a lien on a title.You can't get it legal, then they don't even want to buy the car back once you get the car. I think the company itself is a pretty good company.But the managers are horrible, especially the kansas branch. Then, on top of it, the loaders when they load your vehicles up, they put holes in your bumpers, or they put a hole in the bottom of your oil pan.Then, once again they still don't make it right.They tell me you buy as is.I didn't buy a car with a hole in the bumper or a hole in the oil pan.Then, they say a car is a running drive.I get it home, it doesn't even drive.That's why they stopped the live auctions.If they ran a live auction, then half them cars wouldn't even drive through.Then, it wouldn't be considered as a run.And drive, that's how they get over on people.I'm just saying if anybody messes with this company just be prepared for the worst.

Garbage place, the manager is a clown, forklift operators also. They refused to load a car that they said is driving. I asked to move it after they loaded and they didn’t want to. I was told that company policy and they can’t touch it . And by the end they unload it and they didn’t want to load it where I needed. I didn’t understand what was there. What kind of business do they do? When the buyer is upset because he can get his car . and they hold the car to charge more for storage? I don’t do too much business with IAA but this is the worst place that I have been!

Their attention is very bad, I came to pay with a cashier’s check and they don’t accept it. They want the owner of the account to come and he finds another state. I have bought in several IAA auctions, this place is the only one that has a problem with its personal

Interacted with very unprofessional Manager Dom might be for Dominic and this place needs a better Manager who does understand what the role of a manager should be. Went there to pay for car shipment and front desk agent was nice but had a question for Dom. He comes out of no where did even look me. Sounded like he is dealing with an animal. He was disrespectful and lack of the needed demeanor to run a busy place like this

My daughter’s car was, unfortunately, towed here after an accident July 9th. She had an out of town trip and went to this lot July 15th. She was told she’d have 2 weeks to get her belongings out of her car. Upon arrival, her car had been completely cleaned out. Without her permission, authorization or her being present. She had several sentimental items in there also. The amount of calls that have been made to this place to speak with the manager are in double digits. He’s always ‘unavailable’ and unwilling to take accountability They literally stole everything in her car and nobody will answer questions or take responsibility. It’s really a disgrace and so unprofessional. And now they’re trying to blame the tow company!

This is the worst IAA branch in the entire state. I would advise against buying or bidding on any vehicles here. The descriptions provided do not accurately reflect the condition of the cars. Many vehicles arrive without keys or have engine damage. Additionally, the service from the forklift operators is poor, as they often damage the cars during the loading process for transportation companies. This branch exhibits extremely poor management and overall service quality.

I just went to this auction to pay for a car that I bought. I went inside and they started abusing me for not having safety vest, they all disrespected me and call a police on me. Police said go you can’t be here without safety vest. They even refused to take the $12000 for the car, but they said you have pay latter somehow otherwise they will make my credit ba. I told them if I could I really want to cancel this car and not buying it from this bad people. At this point if I just leave and not taking the car or cancel it they would charge me which they were refusing to take the money. Finally the corporate office told me that I don’t have to have a safety vest. Only tow guy need safety vest. This people even don’t deserve 2.6 star which they have on google. Terrible people here. Completely and totally not real people They even Don’t Know their own rules After all the disrespect they done to me I still have to give them my money which I gave up for this crazy people Even after that they said I can’t be there and I really don’t know what to do, anyway they let my wife go inside and pay it. I hope they don’t damage the car I bought from them, bad people like that can do anything. Managers and workers are all same, terrible Don’t go there, avoid it if you can. I mean the IAA is a great company with good cars but just look how lazy people and disrespectful people working for them They company should do something about it and replace this workers with good ones.

Honestly, it is NOT an auction, it is a car dealership. I won the same car twice. The first time I won it and they did not accept the payment, and the second time it was the same. My question is: why do they say it is an auction if they already have the price at which they want to sell it? Why do they let one bet if they will not accept the payment? An auction is a bet on the winning price, not on the price they want to give it

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I was there to collect things out of my car. It had been towed there after a bad wreck. The vibe of the place was nice. People that worked there acted like they enjoyed their jobs.

Slowest place ive ever been. No movement in their lines whatsoever. Had a cop telling people they can’t come in because they were going so slow. I could’ve had a child, raised him, watched him graduate, and seen him have his own children before getting ONE car loaded onto my trailer

I had an absolutely terrible experience with IAA From start to finish, their service was a nightmare. The employees are incredibly slow, and it’s clear they don’t care at all about their customers. I spent hours trying to get any kind of response from them, and when I finally did, it was like pulling teeth just to get basic information. The customer service is non-existent—no one returns calls, and when they do answer, they’re unhelpful and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and unimportant the entire time. It’s obvious that they don’t prioritize their clients in any way. If you're looking for efficient, customer-focused service, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They’re an absolute waste of time!

“Beware of fraud and misinformation at this branch”. I purchased a car from this auction last month trusting the mileage listed on their website as accurate. However, when I received the title, it showed a mileage discrepancy, indicating the mileage was not actual. This was never disclosed upfront. It’s incredibly disappointing and feels deceptive. If you’re considering buying from here, double-check everything thoroughly. I won’t be doing business with them again.” Also it will take them weeks to ship your titles!

Horrible place,the guy with the curly hair feels like he owns the place,so pathetic,lack of customer service and this has spread to other team members,I noticed racial profiling as well. Let me say the world goes round. I give zero stars.

My truck was there for two days. They stole some minor things and damaged my vehicle. Broke my passenger side mirror, my bumper, and my tool box. The man at the counter with whom I dealt with was kind enough to hear me out but told me that since I drove away without reporting it there's basically nothing I can do besides report it to the third party that contracted them.

IAA has a roster full of thieves working the yard. Over half of the personal property left in my vehicle when it was towed was never returned to me. Sentimental items like obituaries and personal ashes of loved ones. They go through your vehicle and keep anything they want and intentionally leave what they stole off of the property list. I don't recommend this place at all!!!

This is the worse place that can have possession of your vehicle. They literally take what they want and when you file a claim with the office manager it does not get investigated. It took six months and me to be standing in front of them for them to tell me they have no record of half the items i told them were missing from my vehicle. The threw away my mothers obituary and then told me they had no record of there being one in the car. How when it was sitting on the dashboard when they towed it. Then they dont follow up they claim the follow up with the company and that is false.....i swear i will never deal with iaa EVER!!!!!!

I haven't used IAA in 5 years. What a complete mess dealing with set up and new processes. The corp office is a complete mess to deal with hours spent waiting on hold.... The only reason I gave a 5 star is this local office and staff is so supportive and great to work with.

Tried to call them several times. Waited on hold for 4 hours before being disconnected. It was much easier to go into the branch in person. The people were very nice. Although they lost one of the license plates, they offered to pay for new ones.

This place is a total joke, absolutely zero attempt at anything that resembles customer service. They must pride themselves on being lazy and unprofessional judging by the other reviews from many months ago, if you are wondering if anything has changed, it hasn’t. Believe every word of the 1 star reviews and believe they left the worst parts out. I would rather schedule back to back prostate exams than have to deal with these clowns on the phone or god forbid in person. Stay away.

I give this company zero star's. They're unreliable to put it mildly. They were suppose to pick up a motorcycle from my daughter's. I spoke with an employee on 3 way. She said the tow truck driver would be there within the hour to pick up the bike. They never showed up. The next day they put in the notes that the bike wasn't accessible. No one was home . My daughter is a stay at home mom. She's home all day. The next day the driver put in the notes that the bike was picked up at 8:30am. Which it had not been picked up. I've been dealing with this situation for 2 weeks or more. They're suppose to pick up the bike today 10/5/22 I hope they fallow through this Time! I'm waiting for the insurance company to send me a check. The insurance company can't do that until IAA picks up the bike. Another thing is if you call them and leave a message they don't call you back like the recording says. Unprofessional!!!!!

Garbage customer service. They don't care about the customers and the attitude is nasty. The wait is very long. They STILL make you wear face masks without providing them. I would try to avoid this place if I where you!
