I recently found this Auto recycler to replace a seat in my older pickup truck. I had looked at two different salvage yards, but didn't find what I needed. They were able to locate and deliver what I needed. My only comment is that they need a little bit better quality control. The seat had a broken hinge and it wouldn't recline and the recline handle may have been damaged during transport. I was able to repair both items but was a little disappointed. I would likely use them again, but do a much better inspection of the item before taking it.
Over 170 just for a used rim! Plus a $30 core charge. No thank you! I went to discount tire and got a new aluminum rim and my tire installed for right at the same price! Make sure you try new first. I'm see lots of things that are cheaper than used.
Ordered a strut from here. When I got it, it was not the right one even tho I asked several times. And the mechanic I had said he wouldn't of put it on it or was right cuz it was in very bad shape!
Had a certified mechanic put in the motor I bought from them. It hasn't been in the truck two weeks and it caught on fire and burnt the vehicle to the ground. Most definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
Needed a spare tire and the tire place I was at called this place and they said they had what I needed in stock. I went to pick it up and the receptionist was rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. Told me I needed to place an order and couldn't just show up since she can't answer phones and get parts at the same time. I also had trouble finding the front entrance since it is not marked and there is no door handle on the door. When I called to ask where to come in she was rude over that as well. :/
I blew a tire and was running on a spare late in the day on Good Friday, and most tire shops were closed or closing. On a whim, I searched junk yards in the area, and dialed up the first one that came up. It was after hours, but I happened to catch the owner as he is as stopping in to finish something up. Even though he was technically closed for the day, he was so very kind and eager to try to help me find what I needed. Not only did he find a quality tire for me right away, but he stayed to load it into my vehicle and wished me a Happy Easter and sent me on my way (free of charge!). This is a perfect example of what I missed so much when living in Arizona for the last almost 7 years ..Midwest people are the BEST kind of people! I don't enjoy the cold weather, but it sure reminded me how nice it is to be back home in the Midwest! I highly recommend this place!
Found a part I needed via car-part.com that pointed me to Jeff Smid Auto. A quick phone call and my part was found, paid for over the phone, and ready for pickup in just a few hours. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will be back when we need something else!
Needed a fan assembly. Guys got me hooked up for a great price and were quick about it. I will return when I need parts like that again. Cool office atmosphere, seems like good people there.

They’re awesome. Very knowledgeable and a ton of parts. I love the setup of the website so I can see what I can get. I drove from Silvis with junk yards closer but I couldn’t beat their service.
Great experience, bought a truck bed Jeff helped me load it and listened to how I wanted it done, even provided me with a extra ratchet strap I needed.
An employee gave me false information that my part would be ready the same day the following day which was a Friday my part was not ready and they would be closed over the weekend the owner called me Saturday morning to let me know he got my part ready to be picked up great customer service while the owner couldn’t help what the employee had told me he went above and beyond to rectify the situation def someone who cares about his customers and return business
Still waiting on my back windsheild, I have 3 kids and I'm pregnant. I've been calling everyday for 3 days and they told me it would be ready and it's not. Bad business!! Not to mention the lady who answers is disgustingly rude when I tell her I need it and it's late I need my job and not a rude lady making excuses. I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!!!
Horrible customer service, called 3 different times to be put on hold by 3 different people, and for nobody to pickup and actually say anything besides “we’ll be right back”. Called back a half hour later. Same issue. They must be selling a lot of parts at this place to be letting customers sit and wait like that. Will not call back nor do business with this business, again.
Great prices. Very friendly and have lifetime warranty on parts. Even delivered a part to my home when my car was broken own and I had no way to get the part for free.

Based on my experience... If you HAD to have a part, and this guy was the only one who had it...I'd go without. Terrible manners and a "not my problem" attitude.
Very poor business practices here. Very unprofessional. They want you to pay before you see the product in person. If you ask to see a product they tell you they will show you pictures but you can't see the product in person. Their answer when asking for an explanation is, "thats just how we do things here." Sure makes you feel like they are going out of their way to try and steal your money.
